Abstract

A song is a literary work, almost the same as poetry, but sung. The lyrics of the song Di Ujung Hari are a religious song which contains a message, namely conveying how difficult it is to live during a pandemic, when the earth is being hit by serious problems and humans can help each other, and whatever trials they face are only a test from God Almighty so that their creatures will be better. strong. In conducting this research, library research researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. Qualitative research methods are often also called naturalistic research methods because the research is carried out in a natural setting. Qualitative research is carried out on natural objects that develop as they are, are not manipulated by scientists, and the presence of scientists does not actually influence the dynamics of these objects. The song being studied is the lyrics of a song entitled "At the End of the Day", which will explain the first stanza explaining human destiny, then the second stanza will explain about togetherness, then the third stanza will explain disaster, then the fourth stanza will tell about giving, then the fifth stanza will explain about test, then the sixth stanza tells about trials and the seventh stanza explains about belief. The results of this research were obtained from the signs contained in the words and sentences used. In the review, the writer got the lyrics of this song by Arlonsy Miraldi, noting that there is naturally a story behind the lyrics of the song, talking about the inspiration for the song, which was inspired when he realized how difficult it was to live during a pandemic when the Earth was facing serious problems.

Abstract

Empowerment is a way to provide a foundation in the main foundation for strengthening a person to be able to have skills and be able to meet their own needs independently. So empowerment is an important thing to do, including people with disabilities. This research is to analyze the role of social workers in empowering people with disabilities. The purpose of this research is to find out the programs run from social workers as facilitators in empowering people with disabilities, the process of guiding disabilities carried out by social workers and the impact on independence for people with disabilities at Sentra Budi Perkasa Palembang City. This research uses an empowerment theory approach from Robert Rappaport which says that empowerment in practice, is to train or make people with disabilities independent. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. The paradigm used is postpositivism, because it is to assess an object with facts in the field. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses logical interpretation by reducing data obtained from observations to select and simplify those related to the context of Islamic community development. Based on the results of the research conducted, the empowerment carried out by Sentra Budi Perkasa Palembang City has a therapy program which includes physical therapy such as gymnastics and healthy walking, there is also music therapy, there are vocational and psychosocial programs to train habituation to the outside world. The empowerment process to empower is assisted by other professions such as psychologists, nurses, instructors, and even religious experts. In addition, the process in empowerment also goes through several stages, one of which is a case conference to find out the identity and background of people with problems. The impact of empowerment is the ability to care for oneself, maintain one's emotional self, and be able to interact with the environment. In general, this research can be concluded that social workers in empowering persons with disabilities play a very important role.

Abstract

Greta Gerwig's Barbie is one of the films that highlights women's gender issues, features various scenes with certain stereotypes, and gets a variety of responses from the audience. This phenomenon is interesting to study about how the audience's reception analysis of the meaning of female gender stereotypes in Greta Gerwig's Barbie Movie. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine the audience's interpretation process of gender messages contained in the film. This research method uses Stuart Hall's reception analysis with data collection through interviews, documentation, and literature study. The informants in the study amounted to 5 Barbie movie viewers who were selected based on purposive sampling technique. The results of this study show that there are variations in the interpretation of 4 indicators of female gender stereotyping messages in Barbie Movies with different position categories, namely dominant, negotiation, and opposition positions. There are certain parts of the informants agreeing to the message of female gender stereotypes displayed in the Barbie Movie, but there are parts when the informants are still negotiating the message, and there are informants who do not agree with the movie message in certain parts influenced by a number of factors Some of the influencing factors are educational factors, environmental factors, and cultural factors which are the basis for interpreting gender stereotypical messages carried out by informants.

Abstract

The impact on income is due to efforts to improve product quality and price again so as to create a good image for the company, so the researchers determined the title "The Impact of Product Quality, Price and Word of Mouth on Purchase Interest at the Islamiyah Taqwa Travel Palembang Boutique." The aim of the research is to determine the impact of product quality, price and word of mouth on purchasing interest at the Islamiyah Taqwa Travel Palembang boutique. The type of research is quantitative statistics. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires and documentation. Then the data analysis technique uses validity, reliability, homogeneity, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, multiple linearity and hypothesis tests. The results of the research show that the Fcount value is 55.410>2.69 Ftable, the significant value is 0.000 <0.05, so there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of product quality, price, Word of Mouth on purchase intention received. This means that the influence of the product quality variable (X1), price variable (X2), Word of Mouth (X3) and purchase interest variable (Y) is 84.9%, meaning that there is a significant impact between product quality, price, word of mouth regarding buying interest is due to strong internal encouragement or stimulation to motivate action, where this encouragement is influenced by stimulus and positive feelings about the products that consumers want to have from Butik Islamiyah Taqwa Travel Palembang

Abstract

This research aims to determine the self-efficacy and stress levels of students at the Al-Azzam Babat Supat MUBA Islamic Boarding School. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection tools in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this research were students and administrators of the Al-Azzam Babat Supat Islamic Boarding School. The data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research stated that the self-efficacy of students at the Al-Azzam Babat Supat MUBA Islamic Boarding School varied or varied and the students' self-efficacy was sufficient, namely in completing tasks on time. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the stress level of students at the Al-Azzam Babat Supat MUBA Islamic Boarding School is relatively low and still reasonable. There have not been any students who are very tired, like fainting in the hut because they are tired. There are no students at the Al-Azzam Babat Islamic Boarding School who are disturbed in their demands for knowledge at the Al-Azzam Babat Islamic Boarding School. Symptoms shown by students when experiencing mild stress at the Al-Azzam Babat Islamic Boarding School are decreased concentration when studying, such as intoxication and less attention to the teacher when explaining the material. Social relations between students at the Al-Azzam Babat Islamic Boarding School are very good. There are no students who have difficulty carrying out their activities, everyone is able to get to know each other. The causes also vary, such as fear of studying because of the possibility of being tired after a day's activities. There are no students at the Al-Azzam Babat Islamic Boarding School who experience severe stress. The stress experienced by students when there are tasks such as rote assignments that they cannot memorize well. Even that is still normal

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of Transtv Insert Infotainment on the Dissemination of Backbiting News in the Taman Beringin Patra Complex". The aim of the research is to find out whether TransTV infotainment inserts can spread news of backbiting in the Taman Beringin Patra Complex. This research can be explained that it uses a counting method or is often called a quantitative method. It can be explained that this research was carried out in the field (field research), carrying out an activity where there was a casual approach, meaning this approach was carried out by finding out what the causes and effects were between variables. Researchers did this by taking a sample of 80 respondents or target people who could help with this research, namely the people in the Taman Beringin Patra Complex. This research instrument will be carried out with various test stages, namely using validity and reliability tests. Then the basic assumptions are tested. This research will carry out a stage with data analysis techniques used, namely simple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination test. It can be explained that there is an influence of Infotainment Insert on the spread of backbiting news. This can be seen from the results of the t test which shows a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated t value of 4,459 > t table 1,990. And the results of the coefficient of determination test, the R square value is 0.203, which shows that the influence or influence of TransTV infotainment inserts on the spread of backbiting news is 20.3%.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Optimizing Mosque Management in Increasing Religious Activities for the Community in Manggar Raya Village, Tanjung Lago District." There are two research objectives, namely first to determine the optimization of management of the Nurul Iman Mosque in increasing religious activities for the community in Manggar Raya Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, secondly, to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for optimizing the management of the Nurul Iman Mosque in increasing religious activities for the community in Manggar Raya Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research (field research) uses a qualitative approach. There are two data sources used, namely primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman concept with three stages, namely Data reduction, Data display, Conclusion drawing/verification. The theory in this research uses the theory of Moh E. Ayub, et al. The results of this research are that mosque management at the Nurul Iman Mosque is not yet optimal because the activities carried out by the mosque have not been fulfilled, due to a lack of human resources and some of them are no longer active in carrying out their duties as administrators, one of the reasons is that they are elderly so in carrying out activity programs is not optimal, and there is a lack of socializing in the community. Meanwhile, the religious activities carried out at the Nurul Iman Mosque only pray five times a day and Friday prayers, but religious activities are also carried out such as celebrating Islamic holidays, namely the Prophet's birthday, Isra Miraj, Hijri New Year, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, mother-in-law recitation. mothers, Pahing Sunday recitation, hadroh training for mosque teenagers, and BTA for children. The supporting factors at the Nurul Iman Mosque are adequate facilities, sufficient financial support, strategic location, while the inhibiting factors for mosque management at the Nurul Iman Mosque are lack of human resources, lack of interest from the younger generation, having other activities outside of mosque activities. , the activity program is lacking.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Suluk as a Da'wah Method in Increasing Religious Understanding for Followers of the Naqsbandiyah Tarekat at the Kiai Marogan Islamic Boarding School in Palembang." The aim of this research is to find out and analyze suluk as a da'wah method in increasing religious understanding for Naqsbandiyah Tarekat followers at the Kiai Marogan Islamic boarding school Palembang. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. This data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. This research data uses the theory of da'wah methods popularized by Moh. Ali Aziz and the Theory of Understanding Religion which was popularized by R. Stark and C. Y. Glock. The results of this research are that Suluk, which is practiced by the Naqsabandiyah Tarekat at the Kiai Marogan Islamic Boarding School in Palembang, is used as part of the da'wah method. The theory is the lecture method, discussion method, counseling method, written work method, community development method and institutional method. Of these several methods, there is one method of da'wah that is not in suluk, namely the discussion method. Understanding of religion for followers of the Naqsabandiyah Tarekat at the Kiai Marogan Islamic boarding school in Palembang. In this research there are several theories. The theory of understanding religion is the dimension of belief, the dimension of religious practice, the dimension of experience, the dimension of religious knowledge and the dimension of consequences.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Application of Management Functions in the Management of the Orphanage Caring for Orphans in Palembang". The function of management is to make it easier to achieve the goals of an activity. The problems are, 1) how to implement the management function in managing Peduli Anak care. 2) inhibiting and supporting factors in managing the orphanage that cares for orphans in Palembang. The aim of the research is to determine the application of management functions in managing the activities and resources of the orphanage caring for orphans in Palembang as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors in managing the orphanage. This type of research is descriptive qualitative field research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research in orphanages that care for orphans using George R. Terry's theory in the application of management functions including planning, management of human resources and activities that are running well and there are still plans that are still in process, then organizing and placing tasks in the orphanage. care, direction in carrying out tasks, up to evaluation after carrying out program activities and development activities in the orphanage environment, up to the supporting factors and obstacles that exist in the process of managing the orphanage which come from internal such as existing resources and external factors come from from donors and the surrounding community in assisting the process of managing the orphanage.
