Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of da'wah management in increasing public attraction to worship and travel at the Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of da'wah management at the Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque. The object of study was the Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque. In this study using qualitative descriptive approach method. Data sources and types use primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive, namely by data collection methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data processing techniques in this study include data reduction, data presentation, comparative analysis and conclusions. The results of this study obtained information that the role of da'wah management used by the Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque includes: planning, compiling and specific briefing. And there are supporting factors of da'wah management in increasing the attractiveness of the community to worship and travel at the Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Improving the Supervisory Function of Leaders on Employee Performance at the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) OKU Regency". The aim of this research is to find out how to improve the supervisory function of leaders on employee performance at the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) OKU Regency. This type of research is field research, namely research that collects data in the field, located at BAZNAS, OKU District. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. This data analysis technique is qualitative descriptive through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research uses supervision theory by Kartono and employee performance theory by Robbins. Supervision at BAZNAS OKU District uses a collegial collective system, which means that supervision is carried out by 4 people, namely the Chairman, Deputy Head I, Deputy Head II and Deputy Deputy III. To improve the supervisory function of employee performance in this research, as implemented by BAZNAS, OKU District places more emphasis on supervision indicators: Determining Implementation Measures, Providing Assessments, and Carrying out Corrections. The supervision process at BAZNAS OKU Regency uses direct supervision through direct inspections, on-site observations and on-site reports. The types of supervision used are the type of preliminary supervision (feed forward control), the type of supervision carried out simultaneously with the implementation of activities (current control) and the type of feedback supervision (feedback control). The implementation of the supervisory process carried out by the leadership on employee performance at BAZNAS OKU District has not been carried out optimally. Because daily meetings are rarely implemented, which are usually held after employees have finished their work. However, this is still effective for employees, therefore employees can produce good performance so that the institution's goals can be realized optimally.

Abstract

Criticism can sometimes be a very important need in life to express yourself or what is in your heart. In reality, human consciousness can make two decisions, namely ignoring or accepting the situation. To reject and condemn it is to worry about it. Examples include musicians through their music, poets through their poetry, and so on. Such criticism can help clean up the wrong governance order. The aim of the research is to find out what songs are on the album Abdi Lara Insani: Edisi Lengkap by Feast. and to find out the analysis of social criticism discourse in the song "Song of Criticism Again" by Feast. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method which aims to explain contemporary issues using information presented in the form of words or images. With data collection techniques through observation, documentation and literature study. As well as using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis techniques which include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The researcher uses Teun A. Van Dijk's critical discourse analysis model, because based on discourse analysis, Dijk does not only rely on textual analysis, because texts are only the result of production practices which must also be scrutinized. but also in analyzing how the text was created, in order to gain knowledge of why the text came to be. There are dimensions of text structure, social cognition and social context which are an integral part of Van Dijk's framework. Based on the presentation of data and critical discourse analysis modeled by Teun A. Van Dijk by discussing the overall meaning of the song on the album "Abdi Lara Insani: Edisi Legkap" and the construction of the meaning of social criticism from the lyrics of the song "Song of Criticism Again" by .Feast. It can be concluded that the album Abdi Lara Insani: Edisi Lengkap tells the story of a fictional character named Ali A(bdi) L(ara) I(nsani), a public official who was originally an idealistic young man who was very critical of the leaders in his country in fight for certain ideas but change when faced with wealth and power. Ali, who was arbitrary with his power, like the previous rulers, whom he had previously criticized heavily, was finally sued by the people of the world. Then the results of the research show that the discourse of social criticism in the song "Song of Criticism again" by .Feast is manifested in three dimensions of text structure, social cognition and social context. So "Song of Criticism Again" by .Feast is an effective means of social criticism. This song can provide awareness to the public about the importance of social criticism of the government.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Perceptions of Palembang Ulama towards the Al Zaitun Indramayu Islamic Boarding School". This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study research method. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the perception of one of the famous Kyai, namely KH. Solihin Hasibuan in Palembang, as well as religious figures and community leaders regarding several evidences of heresy at Al zaitun, all agree that the teachings at the Al zaitun Islamic boarding school are teachings that deviate from Islamic law and norms, some of the evidence that has been mentioned, such as the prayer rows which are at a distance, the school used in the lodge is the Soekarno school of thought and several things that are implemented in Al zaitun, Friday prayer khotibs are allowed to be women, and female congregation members can pray close to the men's rows. , and the distance between the men's rows is half a meter. Other Islamic boarding schools must be clever in sorting and choosing and deepening the religious knowledge taught by the Prophet Muhammad so that they do not get confused and deviate from the scientific knowledge of the Prophet Muhammad, and it has been described by several media that the leader of the Al zaitun Islamic boarding school is Panji Gumilang after being appointed as suspect in the case of religious defamation and this news is already widely known by the wider community in Indonesia

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The development of print media from time to time always experiences developments, one of which is hybrid newspapers. Hybrid newspapers are digital-based printed newspapers that can be accessed at any time. This indicates that print media needs innovation to keep up with the times. In news writing, each journalist has different characteristics in writing news. The aim of this research is to determine the use of journalistic language in the headlines of the hybrid Sumatraekspres.id newspaper used. Researchers used descriptive qualitative methods. This type of descriptive qualitative method is used as an illustration of how journalistic language is used in the hybrid newspaper Sumatraekspres.id. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Apart from providing information, hybrid newspapers can also provide knowledge and insight for readers at large, in newspapers we find many different languages, as a communication tool that can help readers. understand communicatively, especially in writing journalistic language in newspapers. Writing journalistic language determines the information conveyed. Wrong writing can cause errors in meaning for those reading it. Therefore, careful analysis of journalistic language in the hybrid newspaper Sumatraekspres.id is needed before it is published and disseminated to the public and adjusts the characteristics of journalistic language according to Haris Sumadiria's theory. Journalistic language is the language used by a journalist to explain an event in a journalistic work. Every journalist has their own language in writing. However, we need to be careful about the accuracy of the data and the truth of what is happening in the field. From the research results, it can be concluded that the hybrid newspaper Sumatraekspres.id is quite good, but still violates the characteristics of short and concise, populist, logical and clear journalistic language..

Abstract

This research discusses "Using Processed Soybeans in the Tempe Making Process to Increase Community Income". This research aims to find out about the use of processed soybeans in the process of making tempeh and tempeh marketing strategies to increase people's income in Lorong Asia, Plaju Ulu Village, Plaju District. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, the data collection tools used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this research were Tempe craftsmen at the Plaju Ulu Tempe Crafts Center. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research are that the process of making tempeh takes 96 hours or around 4 days with several stages, namely the first stage of washing soybeans, the second stage of boiling, the third stage of soaking, the fourth stage of washing again, the fifth stage of fermentation, the sixth stage of molding. 2. The marketing strategy used by the craftsmen at the Plaju Ulu Tempe crafting center is still simple, selling tempeh directly to traditional markets around Plaju. Such as the Main Market, Mariana Market, and Tegal Binangun Market, and also collaborates with retailers and restaurants. Always pay attention to the quality and quality of the products they produce so that consumers remain loyal to buy the tempeh they produce and their income can meet their daily living needs, including food, clothing, housing, and education, thereby achieving prosperity

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Television is a very popular mass media in society. Almost in every public place, office, home, even in the bedroom. Therefore, any news conveyed through television media will very easily reach the middle class of society. The existence of mass media such as television, film, radio, newspapers, magazines and the internet as communication in the modern era can have a wider influence when compared to face-to-face communication. The first television in Indonesia was named TVRI (Televisi Republik Indonesia) which broadcast for the first time on August 24 1962, with a live broadcast of the opening ceremony of the Asian Games IV from the main Gelora Bung Karno stadium. Observation in general is the activity of observing an object directly and in detail to obtain correct information regarding that object. The observation activities carried out have distinctive characteristics, namely factual and systematic objectives. Observations are closely related to objects and phenomena, both causal factors and broad impacts. The definition of interview according to the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) is a question and answer session with someone who needs to be asked for information or an opinion about something. Meanwhile, according to Lexy J Moleong, an interview is a conversation with certain purposes. In this method, researchers and respondents face directly (face to face) to obtain information verbally with the aim of obtaining data that can explain the research problem. Basically, documentation is taken from English, namely Documentation, which has two meanings. First, namely presenting official information or evidence that is useful for records. Second, as an effort to record and categorize information in the form of writing, photos, videos, etc. Program monitoring and evaluation is a stage to see whether the program being broadcast is as expected or not. This monitoring and evaluation process is to determine the extent to which a plan and goal has been achieved or realized by a broadcasting station. At this stage, we will evaluate what the strengths and weaknesses were during the implementation of the program. Based on the explanation of the research results in the previous chapter, the researcher can conclude regarding the Editorial Strategy for the Tanah Air Beta Trans TV Program, namely in simple terms, mass communication can be defined as the process of communicating through mass media. . The study of mass communication is heavily influenced by the dynamics of mass media and its use by audiences. Abstract

The presence of social media such as Tik Tok makes the communication process easier and more effective. This is the case with da'wah activities. Da'wah must be in accordance with the concept of al-Islamu sholih likulli zaman wa makan (in accordance with the conditions of time and era). This research is entitled "Student Perceptions of the TikTok Application as a Da'wah Media". The purpose of this study was to determine student perceptions of the TikTok application as a medium for da'wah. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, namely summarizing the results of interviews, observations, and data analysis. The results of this study indicate that, the perception of MD students views TikTok as a media for da'wah is an effective and relevant media if used in preaching. TikTok is also perceived as a new or innovative preaching media, besides other media. TikTok is also responsive and can meet current needs, because it contains positive things and content, such as information, educational content, comedy, business, and various other positive things.

Abstract

The writing of this research is motivated by technological advances in business development which cause tighter competition in various media. Various companies in developing their business carry out several advantages and advantages of each which aim to attract consumer shopping interest, one of which is the e-commerce company Shopee in promoting its products through advertisements on the Youtube internet-based media. For this reason, researchers are interested in examining the variables that can influence buying interest in consumers. The title of this research is "The Effect of Shopeefood Advertising on Consumer Purchase Interest in Palembang Teenagers". This study aims to determine the effect of Shopeefood advertisements on Youtube on buying interest in teenagers in Talang Kelapa Village, Palembang city. This type of thesis research is explanatory using quantitative methods. The technique used in sampling used the slovin formula with simple random sampling technique, with a sample size of 90 teenage respondents in Talang Kelapa Village Palembang. Based on the simple linear regression analysis test conducted, it shows that each unit of Shopeefood advertising has an increase in purchase intention of 1.185, which means it has a significant influence. Meanwhile, based on the hypothesis test tested through the correlation coefficient, it has a very strong relationship with a value of 0.948, greater than the Ftable value of 0.207 (degree of freedom) at a significant level of 5% (0.05) with a positive direction, so that researchers can conclude that H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. This statement is also supported based on the results of the coefficient of determination analysis, where the R Square value is 0.920 with a percentage of 92%. In other words, there is an influence of Shopeefood advertising on consumer buying interest among teenagers in Talang Kelapa Palembang Village with the percentage of influence on variable X (Shopeefood advertising) on variable Y (buying interest) is 92%, while the remaining 8% is influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this study.
