Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's personal competency, student achievement, and the effect of teacher personality competency on student achievement at MTs Ar-Riyadh 13 Ulu Palembang. A teacher must have and be aware of the importance of competence teacher training especially personal competence. Many teachers master learning methodology well and have extensive knowledge of material taught, but not with a personality that reflects as a teacher who can be emulated and exemplary in the middle society especially students. This type of research is a type of quantitative research. While secondary data sources are administrative staff, books and school documentation. The population in this study were all students of Ar-Riyadh MTs 13 Palembang Ulu. While the sample of this study was students of class VIII.A which amounted to 34 students. Data obtained by observation, questionnaire and documentation.First, the data is collected, then recapitulated, then analyzed using statistics, namely by using the formula mean, standard deviation, TSR and percentage, and Product Moment. The results of this study are: first, the personality competencies of teachers in Ar-Riyadh MTs 13 Palembang Ulu are categorized as moderate or good enough because of the 34 respondents there were 21 respondents who stated medium (61.76%). Second, student achievement in Ar-Riyadh MTs 13 Palembang Ulu is categorized as moderate or good enough because of the 34 respondents there were 22 respondents who were in the medium category or equal to (64.70%). Third, there is a significant influence between teacher personality competencies on student achievement at Ar-Riyadh MTs 13 Palembang Ulu. Based on the results of statistical analysis that the "r" table (Product Moment) of 0.489 is greater than the "r" count both at the significance level of 5% (0.349) and at the significance level of 1% (0.449).

Abstract

Rasulullah SAW most often performs one of the fasts on Monday and Thursday. Rasulullah did it with a state of a heart full of enthusiasm and earnest and manifested in the form of a deep appreciation of the meaning and meaning contained in fasting and actions as the intensity of the fast itself. Fasting can control emotions, strengthen awareness, and create emotional balance. This study aims to determine the intensity of the Sunnah fasting Monday Thursday for students at the Ar Risalah Lubuklinggau Islamic Boarding School Middle School, to determine the emotional intelligence of the students at the Ar Risalah Lubuklinggau Islamic Boarding School Middle School, and to determine the relationship between the intensity of Monday's fasting on the emotional intelligence of the students at the Ar Risalah Islamic Boarding School Junior High School. Lubuklinggau treatise. This research method uses a quantitative research approach. Based on the research approach, the type of research used is correlation research. The correlation technique used is the product-moment correlation technique. Which in this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between the intensity of the Sunnah fasting Monday Thursday with the emotional intelligence of students.The results of this study indicate: (1) The intensity of the Sunnah fasting Monday Thursday the students of the Ar Risalah Lubuklinggau Islamic boarding school have an average percentage of 67.5% which is classified as moderate. (2) The emotional intelligence of the Ar Risalah Lubuklinggau Islamic boarding school students has an average percentage of 70% which is classified as moderate. (3) There is a significant relationship between the intensity of the Sunnah fasting Monday Thursday with the emotional intelligence of the students of the Ar Risalah Lubuklinggau Islamic boarding school. Thursday with at-count value of 0.489 is greater than t-table with a significant level of 5%, namely 0.220 and a significant rate of 1%, namely 0.286 which indicates tcount> table with a comparison of 0.220 <0.489> 0.286

Abstract

The increasing of educational quality is geared towards educators (teachers and lecturers) quality. The availability of substantial funds, complete infrastructure, as well as various other educational components will not ensure the achievement of the goal of increasing the quality of education, if the quality of the teachers is not improved as well.Quality improvement can be done by a professional teacher. In addition, the teacher must be a professional educator with who can teach students by heart, explore, discover unique talents of learners, train the students, guide their life, and lead them to the way to know their Almighty Allah Swt., so that later participants will become useful person for other generations, for their era, the world and be proud to return to his Lord.

Abstract

Islamic religious education quality improvement is expected to resolve the multidimensional crisis in our country, especially the moral-ethical aspects, and also be able to contribute in elaborating the meaning of national education that serves to develop skills and build character and civilization of the nation's dignity in the context of the intellectual life of the nation that aims for the development of potential learners in order to become a man of faith, fear of God Almighty, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become citizens of a democratic and responsible. Developing models of PAI in Schools / Colleges General include: Model dichotomous, Mechanism Model, Model Organism / Systemic, and the Integrative Education Model. Teraebut models needed to overhaul capabilities and political well from policy makers, especially the leaders of the institution itself.

Abstract

Stres adalah salah satu jenis gangguan jiwa ringan yang bisa dialami oleh siapa saja. Mulai dari anak-anak, remaja, orang tua sampai lansia, dengan kadar gangguan yang berbeda-beda. Faktor penyebabnya pun bisa beragam. Seorang remaja bisa stres karena kesulitan belajar atau putus cinta. Orang tua bisa stres karena memikirkan tingkah pola anak-anaknya yang susah diatur dan suka memberontak. Berat ringannya stressor (pemicu stress) relatif pada setiap orang. Stres adalah suatu kondisi anda yang dinamis saat seorang individu dihadapkan pada peluang, tuntutan, atau sumber daya yang terkait dengan apayang dihasratkan oleh individu itu dan yang hasilnya dipandang tidak pasti dan penting. Stress adalah beban rohani yang melebihi kemampuan maksimum rohani itu sendiri, sehingga perbuatan kurang terkontrol secara sehat.Mengatasi stres dalam psikologi Islam, Tanamkan sabar, bersifat optimis, bersyukur, do’a dan zikrullah, selanjutnya olahraga, pola makan, minum air putih, melakukan hal-hal yang positif.

Abstract

Dalam perjalanannya, terdapat stigma diametral penggambaran Rasulullah Muhammad SAW yang mendekorasi historisitas manusia. Pada satu sisi rame-rame orang memuji Rasulullah SAW sebagai sosok dan tokoh yang sangat mempengaruhi perjalanan umat manusia dan peradaban di dunia. Pada sisi lain, terdapat gambaran minor tentang Rasulullah, yang sesungguhnya bila diteliti lebih seksama, gambaran minor tersebut akan meruntuhkan stigma positif sebagaimana yang digambarkan sebelumnya. Sebagai seorang Nabi yang menjadi patron dan cermin posistif bagi manusia khususnya dalam ilmu pengetahuan dan pendidikan, maka gambaran diri rasulullah harus memiliki makna positif bagi manusia lainnya khususnya dalam konteks pengetahuan dan pendidikan.Kegelisahan akademik yang muncul dari personifikasi minor Rasulullah Adalah bagaimana mungkin Rasulullah akan menginstruksikan sebuah komando pembelajaran, padahal ia sendiri tidak mengalami pembelajaran tersebut atau tidak melakukannya (padahal al-Qur’an mencerca perbutan menyuruh sesorang melakukan sesuatu sementara ia sendiri tidak melakukannya). Dalam tataran yang lebih fundamental, epistemologis, gambaran reduktif tentang pengetahuan Rasul, mengisyaratkan bahwa Rasulullah secara epistemologis hanya menempuh atau melalui salah satu varian epistemologis semata, intuisi misalnya, tanpa melalui rasionalisme, empirisme, eksistensialisme, fenomenologi bahkan hermeneutika sekalipun. Sementara di sisi yang lain, dari perspektif pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, tertutupnya kajian tentang proses pembelajaran Rasulullah. Di sinilah letak signifikansi penelitian terhadap pembelajaran Rasulullah untuk memperoleh jawaban yang memadai bagaimana sebenarnya sosok Rasulullah dalam konteks pendidikan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan penelaahan terhadap kepustakaan yang berkenaan dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar Rasulullah. Dengan kata lain, penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan murni. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda content analysis. Data yang didapatkan di analisa melalui perbandingan dengan bacaan-bacaan atau pemikiran lain. Pada akhirnya, terutama dalam analisa data, dilakukan pula kritisisme baik dari komparasi tersebut maupun melalui pemberian interpretasi dari peneliti sendiri.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pendidikan Islam dalam mengatasi sikap agresi pecandu narkoba. Metode yang digunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kajian literatur, observasi, dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan Islam dapat mengatasi sikap agresi pecandu narkoba melalui mentoring pendidikan Islam dengan lima pilar program terapi, yaitu konsep kekeluargaan, tekanan teman sebaya, sesi terapi, sesi agama, dan keteladanan. Pada pilar kekeluargaan ditanamkan rasa kasih sayang, saling menasihati, dan memberi semangat. Tekanan teman sebaya diupayakan untuk melatih keaktifan, kemandirian dan kepemimpinan klien. Pada sesi terapi, sikap agresi ditanggulangi dengan membagi level klien sesuai data hasil tes dan wawancara masuk rehabilitasi, kemampuan beradaptasi dan mengikuti kegiatan terapi, dan data hasil perkembangan pemulihan. Pada sesi agama, sikap agresi dicegah melalui kegiatan-kegiatan tadarus Al-Quran, kuliah tujuh menit, tahfiz Qur’an, salat berjemaah, dan gotong-royong. Sesi keteladanan memberikan contoh yang baik pada setiap klien. Pelaksanaan lima pilar pemulihan menggunakan pendekatan konseling Islam.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an merupakan otoritas tertinggi dalam Islam sebagai sumber fundamental bagi akidah, ibadah, etika dan hukum. Idealnya, semua masyarakat Muslim bisa membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an. Namun pada kenyataannya masih ada 65% umat Islam di Indonesia masih mengalami buta aksara Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab buta aksara Al-Qur’an, problematika, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta solusi penanganan buta aksara Al-Qur’an di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Library Research yang datanya diperoleh dengan mengumpulkan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang mutakhir, mengklasifikasikan literatur, lalu dilakukan penelaahan dan analisis untuk diambil kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Faktor penyebab buta aksara Al-Qur’an di Indonesia yaitu kurangnya minat dan motivasi, kurangnya dukungan dari keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat. 2) Problematika internalnya yaitu kurangnya minat dan motivasi intrinsik belajar BTA, tingkat kecerdasan bervariasi, dan faktor kelelahan. Problematika eksternalnya dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat. 3) Faktor pendukungnya yaitu motivasi tinggi, adanya dukungan dari keluarga, sekolah, masyarakat dan pemerintah. Faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya minat, kurangnya dukungan dari keluarga, sekolah, masyarakat, dan pemerintah. 4) Solusi yang bisa diupayakan untuk mengatasi buta aksara Al-Qur’an di Indonesia adalah dengan meningkatkan peran dan fungsi lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, masyarakat dan pemerintah dalam memberikan pendidikan Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Outbreak cases of pandemic covid 19 when it makes the student to shift the activities of learning to teach for a while time diverted home respectively. To prevent the spread of covid 19 inenvironmental education, then held learning distance away in the network (Online). The low ability of student in Islamic Religios Education Subjects and the lack of student and teacher interaction during the Covid 19 pandemic can slow down the formation of values ​​in teaching and learning. The objectives of this research are 1). To find out the application of cybernetics learning theory in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 54 Palembang. 2). To find out the obstacles to the application of cybernetics learning theory in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 54 Palembang. This type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed: (1) The application of cybernetics learning theory in the teaching and learning process is to determine instructional objectives, determine the subject matter, study the information systems contained in the material, and determine the learning approach that is in accordance with the information system, arrange the material in an order according to the system. information, presenting material, and guiding students to learn in a pattern that is in accordance with the sequence of lessons. (2) Constraints in the application of cybernetics learning theory during the Covid 19 pandemic, namely the ineffectiveness of internet network access, quotas, difficulty understanding the subject matter, inadequate technology, and Lack of teacher's ability to operate digital technology.

Abstract

The use of hadith software as one of the learning media in the Takhrij Al-Hadith subject is not fully optimized. Related to the low achievement of students' learning in this lecture, among others; students become lazy and aren’t serious about making takhrij hadith with correct efforts and following the guidelines. This study is to obtain objective information about the different uses of the hadith software on the achievements learning of Takhrij Al-Hadith in PAI students of the Al-Qur’an Hadith concentration class of 2016 UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using descriptive analysis. From the research results obtained, the data were analyzed descriptively. Then, to learn more about using software, it has been analyzed with the Product Moment detection formula. This is used to determine the interaction between the two variables. Furthermore, the "r" product moment is obtained, at level 5%, while at level 1%, is obtained. Apparently, is greater than (and ). Because is greater than, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Hopefully, with this research, we can see how the difference is using the software and the learning achievement of Takhrij Hadith. Thus, it can be denied that there is a strong or high difference between the use of the Hadith software and Takhrij Al-Hadith achievement learning in the PAI students of the Al-Qur'an Hadith Concentration class of 2016 of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.
