Abstract

This research uses library research techniques, with an emphasis on collecting information from the book "al-Musiq al-Kabir" by Al-Farabi and constructing it from various sources, for example books, journals and research that has been carried out. . Abu Nasr Muhammad ibn Muhammad Farabi (Al-Farabi) is known as the "second teacher" after Aristotle because he is seen as one of the pioneers of thinking in the Islamic world. Al-Farabi can also be called a music historian because most of his works are about beautiful sounds. One of his works that examines music as medicine is the book "al-Musiqa al-Kabir". According to Al-Farabi, music can also be used as a means of psychosomatic healing treatment which has an impact on a person's mental peace, because when music is used as a healing medium it can improve, restore and maintain a person's physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. Music therapy with Islamic nuances is very effective in relieving tension and stress, strengthening the sensation of relaxation, reducing depression, and overcoming sleep disorders.

Abstract

  Disobedient or disciplinary behavior is an action carried out by an individual or society that violates norms, rules or laws. We also often encounter behavior like this at school. In almost every school there are students who break school rules even though there are clear rules and receive punishment, but they still break them. One of the violations is skipping school, there are students who deliberately leave school or skip school just to play outside or not come in without clear explanation. In providing treatment for this problem, there is an individual counseling service which provides treatment to student for violations committed in the hope of making students comply with existing rules again. By using a client centered therapy approach, a guidance and counseling teacher only directs or becomes a facilitator so that students can solve their own problems. In this research, we used this method to deal with students who skipped school at SMA Negeri 1 Kedunggalar with clients from class XII.

Abstract

The main role of guidance and counseling teachers is expected to be able to overcome verbal bullying in junior high schools. One of the functions of guidance and counseling refers to Permendikbud number 111 of 2014, guidance and counseling in repair and healing, namely helping students with problems to correct mistakes in thinking, feeling, willing and acting. Guidance and counseling teachers must be able to: 1) be able to prioritize the welfare of clients, 2) develop competence in clients' cultural diversity skills, 3) develop information processing and emotional control skills, 4) have high resilience in facing problems. The role of guidance and counseling teachers is an effort to prevent and overcome verbal bullying in schools to provide good and comprehensive counseling to all students using skills to help create guidance and counseling services. The function of guidance and counseling can help students overcome problems, be able to make their own and independent decisions and obtain change and better direction. Therefore, the role of guidance and counseling teachers in schools is very important in serving junior high schools. So that counselors have the ability to understand the characteristics of students who can provide good counseling..

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions certainly have efforts to develop students to behave in accordance with Islamic religious values. The Sabilunnajah Simo Islamic Boarding School needs to improve the regulations that must be implemented and obeyed by the students in order to increase the discipline of the students. One of them is the ta'zir effort implemented in Islamic boarding schools. The main purpose of giving ta'zir to students is so that students feel deterred and will not repeat their wrong actions. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation methods. The informants that the researchers studied were the head of the Islamic boarding school, security witness administrators, students who had been given ta'ziran and students at the Sabilunnajah Islamic Boarding School. The informants involved were 8 people consisting of 1 Mrs. Nyai, 5 administrators and 2 students. The results of research regarding ta'zir efforts in improving the discipline of female students at the Sabilunnajah Simo Islamic boarding school, it was found that ta'zir efforts are by giving punishment to students who violate, the types of ta'zir come in various forms, the administrators divide ta'zir into 3 categories, namely light, medium and heavy, there are 2 types applied, namely written and physical.

Abstract

This research tries to examine the meaning of love from several important figures, such as Fahruddin Faiz who is a philosophical figure and Erich Fromm from the humanistic psychology figure and tries to relate to the concept of love in Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs and construct the value of love into the skills or empathy of an Islamic counselor. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. The purpose of this study is that to achieve Abraham Maslow's third level of hierarchy of needs, it needs to be reviewed, namely by integrating several perspectives owned by important figures, in order to minimize the wildness of human desires in fulfilling needs and also to create human sincerity in accepting himself as a whole, taking responsibility for himself and also the object of love. So that the result of this research is the creation of a personality or high empathy attitude of a  counselor by reflecting on the figure of Erich Fromm, the expert on love.

Abstract

Application of the Behavioristik approach is the theory that his discussion is about patterns of human behavior which in this case is to memorize the qur'an, which is one of the most glorious worship activities run by a Muslim, from all walks of life be it male or female adults or even children, in this study the researchers raised the research Application form fokos Approach Behavioristik in improving the ability of Memorizing the Quran Naat in the hut Qur'anic Tahfidh boarding school children An "Nafi'iyah" Tulangan of Sidoarjo.Researchers using this type of qualitative research approach to fieldwork data collection techniques, using observation, interview and documentation. While the data analysis techniques using domain analysis technique of measures the reduction of data, display data, and verification. Test the validity of the data is done through perseverance observer, triangulation, membercheck and external audit.The results of this research is the application of Behavioristik Approach in improving the ability of Memorizing the Koran Students in boarding schools of children Tahfidz An-Nafi'iyah Tulangan Sidoarjo realized in several stages, namely: a) planning stages, b) Stage of implementation, c) stages of the evaluation.

Abstract

Self-Accepatnce is a problem that often occurs in individuals who experience anxiety. Counseling is an alternative to help with anxiety problems. The aim of this research is to help increase self- acceptance which is characterized by the ability to accept everything that exist in oneself, both the weaknesses and strength that the research has. This is study uses a qualilatuive case study approach and uses a single subject design. The intervention provided is psychoanalytic counseling with supportive counseling techniques. The counseling that the subject participated in resulted in changes in the subject, there was a decrease in three criteria, the fisrt criterion was anxiety aboute the future, the subject became more optimistic about the future by making plans related to the future and a calmer mind, the second criterion was positive changes that the subject experienced, such as sleeping more quality, and can manage excessive anxiety and thirdly the subject feels more comfortable because he can express suppressed feelings and is able to express desires with more logical thougts.

Abstract

One of the functions of guidance and counseling refers to Permendikbud number 111 of 2014, guidance and counseling in repair and healing, namely helping students with problems to correct errors in thinking, feeling, willing and acting. Guidance and counseling teachers must be able to: 1) be able to prioritize the welfare of clients, 2) develop clients' cultural diversity skills, 3) develop skills in processing information and controlling emotions, 4) have high resilience in facing problems. The role of counseling and counseling teachers is an effort to prevent and overcome sexual violence in schools in good and comprehensive counseling services for all educated participants by using skills to help realize counseling and counseling services. The function of guidance and counseling can provide services to students to overcome problems by making their own decisions independently and obtaining change and better direction. Therefore, the role of guidance and counseling teachers in schools is very important in services in high schools so that they are able to understand the characteristics of students and can provide good counseling.

Abstract

This article describes group counseling based on indigenous or local wisdom to find the meaning of life by instilling the philosophical valuesof javanesse society. Several teachings containing the philosophical valuesof javanesse society are often expressed in javanese terms. The type of research used in thus research is libarry research, where data is collected by conducting a review study of books, literature, notes, and reports has something to do with the problem being solved. The resulth of this research are that group counseling based on philosophical valuesof javanesse society is relevant and can be internalized in counseling sessions to help clients find meaning in life., for example Suro Diro Jayanigrat Lebur Dening Pangastuti, Alon-Alon Waton Kelakon, Aja Gumunan, Aja Getunan, Aja Kagetan, Aja Aleman, Ngunduh Wohing Pakarti, dan Nrimo ing Pandum, Makaryo ing Nyoto. The meaning of philosophical valuesof javanesse society has a deep meaning and can be used to help clients find the meaning of life. Simply put, humans must admit that they have and opposite side and can accept whatever happens or we must surrender to everythings that comes to us after trying as hard as possible in life. The steps or stages of group counseling based on philosophical valuesof javanesse society are the opening stage, presenting the problem, exploring the background of the problem, solving the problem, and the last is closing.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim to first, describe the level of student discipline and the forms of rewards and punishments in developing student discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Kedunggalar. Second, to describe the steps of reward and punishment in developing student discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Kedunggalar. Third, knowing the impact of reward and punishment in SMA Negeri 1 Kedunggalar. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive type. Data collection techniques are three ways, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses (data collection), Data Reduction (data reduction), Data Display (data presentation), and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: First, the provision of rewards and punishments carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Kedunggalar has been running well. The form of rewards given in the form of positive points, certificates, and announced in the forum. The form of punishment given is in the form of negative points, and expulsion. Second, the provision of rewards and punishments in daily activities runs well in accordance with the regulations in the student order book and refers to the four stages in disciplining students with the existence of rules, punishments, rewards and consistency. Third, the impact of the application of rewards and punishments makes students more disciplined, namely with time discipline and regulatory discipline.
