Abstract

Impact counseling is a new approach in the counseling field. Imapct counsling emphazies a multi sensory approach that involves verbal, visual, and kinesthetic dimensions in the counseling process. This research aims to discribe various unique approaches to counseling that seek to integrate various concepts ina rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), transactional analysis (TA), gestalt,and reality therapy by using various properties, images, and motions in the counseling process. So that impact counseling demands the creativity of counselors in the developing guidance and counseling media using avariety of simple media. This study uses a type of qualitative research with instrumental case study using visual aids. Data collection techniques in this study include documentation, observation, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the therapeutic process in impact counseling seeks to make counseling sessions more effective, active, and short. Guidance and counseling media development can use simple media such as “bucket vessel”. That are four stages that need to be passed in the impact counseling process by using the bucket vessel media, namely : (1) Rapport, which shows the phase of building a genuine and trusting relationship between  the counselor and the counselee, (2) Contract, refers to an agreement either implicity or explicity between the counselor and counselee in the setting the goals of entire counsling session or part of counseling session. (3 Focus, the focus phase resfers to the stage that focuses an a particular topic or issue within a certain period of time, (4) Funnel , the funnel phase refers to stage of discusing an issue ina certainway until a new deeper level of understanding (insight) is achived. The phases and stages of impact counseling process as above are usually abbreviated as RCFF. Trough the development of media in the impact counseling process counselor can help counselee  formulate and set priorities, both short term,medium term, or long term in a more enjoyable and meaningful way. Then the counselee can determine what actions must be taken to achive the goals to be achieved in his life.

Abstract

The success of a learning process is closely related to the interaction process. Islamic boarding school, an ustadz/ustazah besides being a teacher must be an uswah/examples in instilling religious values ​​and moral values. In addition, the interaction between the ustadz/ustazah and the santri is expected to provide understanding to the students including cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities. This study uses a qualitative type of research with the type of field research with the aim of providing an overview of the form of social interaction. qualitative approach with the type of case study, using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses data condensation, data display, and verification. The results of this study indicate that. 1). Lack of self-confidence because of feelings of insecurity and discomfort towards him. People who lack self-confidence can feel anxious, ashamed and afraid of their own inadequacy. Situations like this can make students depressed excessively so that it triggers a mental disorder. 2). Lack of self-confidence factors such as not accepting one's own abilities. Still see the advantages of others compared to himself. An individual effort process to obtain a new behavior change as a whole, as a result of the experience itself there must be a process of interaction with the environment. These changes will be expressed in all aspects of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. 3). His role as a hostel builder is due to the lack of self-confidence of students due to the lack of independence of students in attitude or in making decisions, most of the students here become insecure of themselves and compare themselves with their friends.

Abstract

Teenagers are the next generation of the nation. However, Recently, the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency has become increasingly widespread, not only in urban areas but also in rural areas. Juvenile delinquency is behavior that deviates from social norms, religious norms and regulations that apply in society. One form of juvenile delinquency is a violation of the rules committed by teenagers, one of which is in Islamic boarding schools. The role of counseling is expected to help overcome the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency which is increasingly happening. This study aims to determine the role of counseling in tackling juvenile delinquency. By using library research methods. Methods of collecting data by reading books, articles, and journals. Guidance and counseling by using rational emotif behaviour therapy approach is effectife to give juvenile delinquency solution like indiscipliner case in Islamic boarding schools. Conselor helps a counselee detaility, holistic and focus In the process of giving therapy to changce behaviour and mindset of santri that do juvenil delinquency.

Abstract

Client centerd therapy is a counseling technique where the most important role is the counselee himself, the counselee is left to find their own solutions to the problems they face. The relationship between counselor and counselee in the counseling process is no more than a partner. The counselor’s role is only as a driver and creator of situations that allow the counselee to develop on himself. Islamic client centerd therapy has essence is how the counselee feels that he is not alone because there is Allah SWT in all aspect of his life. This study uses a qualitaive research with a literature review approach. Data collection using various literacy both from journals, books, and other literature. The concept of Islamic guidance and counseling is to offer alternative solutions based on religious that are effective in reducing anxiety about the future. There are stages in this Islamic client centerd therapy, first creat comfortable conditions for the counselee so that he feels comfortable to remove anxiety. Second, the counselor assures that counsele is not alone there is Allah SWT is great listener and know everything. Third, make a future plans in wordly life such a career, family, social, and long term goals in the afterlife.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as one of the countries with the lowerst interest in reading. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to grow in reading in the nation’schildren from an early age. Early childhood has a period called the golden age, where the growth and development of children is very fast. In order to optimize the potential of children, learning guidence is needed especially in growing children’s interest in reading. The method used in ibi’s research is in the from of library research. Data collection is done through research that has been published in the last 5 years. Descriptiv eanalysis method isused to describe in the form of a descriptive narrative that is broader and comprehensove. The results of the study show that tutoring in fostering interest in reading for early childhood can be carried out individually and in groups, both formally and non-formally. Things that need to be considered in fostering interest in early childhood reading is the material provided must be relevant to the child’ sage. So that it can foster a sense of pleasure and love in reading and not cause boredom which results in laziness to read in children.

Abstract

Many pesantren are dubbed as a hotbed of patriarchal culture by the community. Several factors that lead to patriarchal stereotypes in pesantren are, for example, the phenomenon of interpretation of the meaning of the yellow Islamic classic book, where in the yellow Islamic classic book there are no authors who are female, even in books such as the uqudulijain book, the differences in rights and obligations between men and women are evident, which are considered more favorable to men than women. In this case, the author tries to analyze the position of women in pesantren, and also tries to review how the position of women who are discriminated against in pesantren, and how the resilience of santri who experience discrimination in real form by their own caregivers. The research methodology in this study is to use a qualitative approach by extracting data using observation and interviews. With the focus of our research is on students who experience sexual violence by their own caregivers in one of the boarding schools in East Java. From the results of our research, that there are students who have high resilience so that after the incident they managed to get up and still instill positive values that can be taken from their learning while in the pesantren. However, there are also some of our informants who direct their disappointment to negative things such as smoking, drinking alcohol, and etc. Keywords : Sexual Harassment, Resilience, Patriarchy

Abstract

This Article is to find various giudance and counseling methods contained inthe Qur’an as a reference as well as the basis for islamic guidance and counseling. The focus of this research is to explore the islamic guidance and counsling methos contained in Surah an-Nahl ayat 125. The metod usedin this research is atype of library research. The analysis used in this research is contend analysis. These result obtained 3 (three) giudance and counseling methods in Surah an-Nahl ayat 125, the three methods are : 1) al-hikmah method which can be done through assertive communication that can touch the emotional side of the counselee so that he really feels meaningful guidance and counseling service sessions; 2) MauIzatul Hasanah method is how to direct the counselee to be able to apply methods and prespectives in dealing with problems by emulating the attitudes, and thinking framework of role models of Islamic figures such as Prophets, Apostles, Auliya, Ulama, historians and scientist; 3) Mujadalah the implementations of this method through conten mastery supported by expertise in mastering counseling skills and good communication skliss.

Abstract

MA Al-Hijrah Ngawi students all live in boarding schools and there are many religious activities in it. So that students carry out activities according to what has been scheduled by the boarding school, but there are still some students who are not fully able to manage time, realize the importance of actively participating in all activities, and these indicators show that there are still some students with low self-concept. This study aims to improve the condition of self-concept in grade XI adolescents at MA Al-Hijrah Ngawi through Smart Moslem training. The type of research used is quantitative with experimental research type Design Pre-one group pretest-posttest without control group. The subjects of this study were 11th grade students. The data collection methods are observation, short interview, scale and documentation. The analysis method is statistical data. The results of this study are, the implementation of Smart Moslem training can improve the self-concept of adolescent students at MA Al-Hijrah Ngawi, it is found that the pre-test results state the condition of low adolescent self-concept. Thus, Smart Moslem training helps adolescents in improving adolescents' self-concept, as evidenced by the increased post-test results, Smart Moslem training is carried out through several stages, including: the introduction stage, the elaboration stage, the activity implementation stage and the termination stage, The influence of Smart Moslem training that is carried out results in several positive behaviors including having clear, planned life goals, having strong self-awareness, being able to manage time well and increase activeness in all activities. Such is the influence produced by Smart Moslem training. The results of Smart Moslem training state that it is effective and has increased, it can be seen by an increase in knowledge and understanding of self-concept seen from the results of the pre-test 73.11 and post-test 96.88 with a percentage result of 31.30%, so it can be said that treatment in the form of Smart Moslem training is successful and effective to be used to improve self-concept (self-concept) in adolescents in class XI MA Al-Hijrah Ngawi.

Abstract

Self-help learning in class VIII C of YPPABK Ngawi extraordinary school in practice still needs a lot of development based on complaints experienced by the teacher of class VIII C self-help subjects when learning self-help very often performs non-adaptive behavior when learning takes place students are difficult to control, often tantrum and hurt themselves, students are not focused when eye contact, students often spit, slam and grab friends' belongings, students often go to the bathroom and do not return to class when the lesson is still ongoing, students experience a decrease in response when communicating, students are less able to understand simple instructions such as sitting, standing and squatting, students often do not go to school when there are scheduled self-help lessons. This study aims to determine self-help in class VII C, find out the causes of students doing non-adaptive behavior, the application of self-help with modeling techniques and the improvement of students' adaptive behavior.The use of modeling techniques in self-help lessons is expected to make it easier for students to understand, practice the material provided and can improve existing adaptive behavior. The type of research used is qualitative which is descriptive qualitative with a case study model. The subject of this research is the teacher of self-help subjects in class VIII C of Sekolah Luar Biasa Ngawi. The data collection methods are observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study are the application of self-help with modeling techniques can improve the adaptive behavior of students in class VIII C of YPPABK Ngawi special school. This modeling technique makes it easier for students to understand, practice the material delivered by the teacher and improve students' adaptive behavior as seen from changes in students' behavior and attitudes in social interactions with all teachers and with their classmates, they never do non-adaptive behavior as before.

Abstract

This Paper aims to find out whether the application of behavioral counseling using self management techniques can improve the discipline of santri at the Al-Hijrah Ngawi Islamic boarding school. The next goal is to find out the increase in the discipline of santri before and after being given behavioral counseling by using self management method. In this research are using descriptive-qualitative methods. Data collection tchniques sing interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this research used includes; data collection, data reduction, verification, and conclusions. The result of this study is the application of behavioral counseling using self management techniques to improve the discipline of Ngawi islamic boarding school santri Al-Hijrah have a positive impact on daily activities at the boarding school. Santri became more disciplined so the learning activities in the boarding school can be carried out smoothly significant obstacles.
