Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, informan adalah karyawan Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) NU Cabang Ganding. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan datanya yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama; Variabel promotion mix sudah diterapkan di BMT NU Cabang Ganding, advertising (periklanan) berupa pemasangan spanduk dan penyebaran browsur, sales promotion dengan cara mendatangi langsung serta melakukan demonstrasi produk SIDIK Fathonah kepada para siswa, publicity dengan cara mengadakan pengajian saat Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) dan pemberitaan kegiatan dan produk di media online NU, dan personal selling dengan mendatangi dan berbicara langsung dengan kepala sekolah dan orang tua siswa terdekat. Kedua; kekuatan, yaitu dengan strategi jaringan silaturrahim dan pendekatan personal, kelemahan, minimnya tenaga kerja, pemberitaan dan periklanan terlalu universal, peluang, terbukanya peraturan perundang-undangan dan letak kantor yang strategis, dan ancaman, teknologi yang dimiliki kurang memadai dan munculnya pesaing yang semakin banyak dengan inovasi promosi yang semakin bagus dan bisa menyesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan sekitar.

Abstract

Koperasi syariah merupakan koperasi yang dikelola menggunakan prinsip-prinip syariah. Temuan observasi penelitian koperasi syariah Sidogiri Capem Yosowilangun mengutamakan kenyamanan berinteraksi dengan anggota terutama dalam kegiatan pembiayaan yang mengalami kesulitan. Bentuk pengembangan usaha anggota, Koperasi Sidogir Capem Yosowilangun menggunakan sistembagi hasil yang sesuai dengan ajaran syariat Islam serta tidak menggunakan imbalan bunga seperti bank atau koperasi konvensional pada umumnya. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan penelitian ini yaitu pengelola koperasi sidogiri dan masyarakat Desa Yosowilangun Lor Kecamatan Yosowilangun Kabupaten Lumajang yang menjadi anggota koperasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang di gunakan yaitu dengan reduksi data, display data, verifikasi data penelitian. Keabsahan data menggunakan kredibility, transfersibility, dependibility, dan konfirmability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pemahaman masyarakat terhadap koperasi syariah sudah baik dimana masyarakat mampu menjelaskan bahwa bentuk pengelolaan koperasi syariah dan (2) strategi koperasi syariah dalam memberdayakan masyarakat ekonomi lemah ditunjukkan dengan melakukan upaya jemput bola terhadap anggota/nasabah yang perekonomiannya lemah untuk berbisnis atau berwirausaha. Saran (1) Bagi Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi STKIP PGRI Lumajang diharapkan mampu memberikan referensi yang berkaitan dengan strategi koperasi syariah dalam memberdayakan masyarakat ekonomi lemah. (2) Bagi pengelola koperasi dihararapkan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat sehingga kedepan mampu memperkenalkan ekonomi syariah kepada masyarakatt lebih luas. Terakhir (3) Bagi anggota koperasi diharapkan mampu memilih produk koperasi sesuai kebutuhannya dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian mereka yang diharapkan dapat ikut andil dalam mengangkat dan memperkenalkan ekonomi syariah kepada masyarakat lebih luas.

Abstract

Media Pembelajaran adalah salah satu komponen penting bagi guru dan peserta didik sebagai alat bantu dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil Pra survei pada guru dan peserta didik kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Metro menunjukan bahwa banyak peserta didik kurang termotivasi dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran karena media pembelajaran yang digunakan kurang bervariasi. Maka dari itu diperlukan pengembangan media pembelajaran agar peserta didik aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu media yang dapat membuat peserta didik aktif adalah media pembelajaran fotonovela berbentuk flashcard yang dapat digunakan oleh peserta didik. Tujuan dari pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan media pembelajaran fotonovela berbentuk flashcard yang valid dan praktis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dan Model Pengembangan yang digunakan model Plomp yang terdiri dari 4 tahap (Prelimenary Investigation, Design, Realization/Construction, Test/Evaluation dan Revision). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa fotonovela berbentuk flashcard Valid untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media pada tahap ahir mendapatkan persentase 80% dengan kriteria valid dan validsi tahap ahir menurut ahli materi mendapatkan nilai persetase 86,15% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil ujicoba produk kepada peserta didik dengan persentase 86% kriteria sangat praktis, hal ini menunjukan bahwa media tersebut sudah dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan rekapitulasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran fotonovela berbentuk flashcard merupakan media pembelajaran yang valid dan praktis dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Guru menggunakan model pembelajaran example non example dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan edukatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keaktifan siswa selama penerapan model pembelajaran example non example. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasi-eksperimen dengan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor hasil belajar pada kelas kontrol dengan kelas eksperimen. Rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen 1,85 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Perbedaan tersebut disebabkan model example non example membuat siswa lebih aktif didalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode research and development model Dick and Carey dengan sembilan langkah pelaksanaannya. Penelitian melibatkan 90 mahasiswa semester satu Angkatan 2019. Kegiatan uji yang dilaksanakan adalah uji pretest dan uji posttest. Handout diuji oleh tiga validator yaitu ahli materi, ahli media serta ahli bahasa. Dan rancangan handout dilakukan uji kembali pada mahasiswa yaitu uji berskala kecil dan uji skala besar. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa hand out matakuliah prngantar pendidikan berbentuk mind mapping masuk dalam kriteria baik dan layak.

Abstract

The proportion of the elderly population in Indonesia continues to increase. The implication of population aging is the low carrying capacity ratio which triggers the elderly to keep working. The need for leisure is increasing in the elderly, but almost half of the elderly in Indonesia still work. This study aims to look at the characteristics of the elderly who still work in the informal sector. This study also portrays the correlation between the carrying capacity ratio and social security ownership with the number of elderly workers by province. The secondary data used in this study is the 2018 national labor force survey data. The method used to answer this study is Pearson correlation analysis and binary logistic regression. The correlation analysis findings show that the higher the carrying capacity ratio of the elderly, the less elderly who work in a province. Social security in the elderly has a negative relationship with the number of elderly people who work. An interesting finding from the logit model is that the elderly with disabilities, both minor and moderate, are more inclined to work in the informal sector than the elderly who are not disabled. Low and secondary education in the elderly has a higher tendency to work in the informal sector than the elderly who have high education

Abstract

Social and economic conditions of parents in the family which will affect the education received by children, seen from the level of parental education, parents' age, income, expenses and even environmental factors can also affect the level of education of a child. The research aims to find out how much influence social and economic conditions have on the level of education of children of fishermen families in Nangadhero village, Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency, using the Ex-post facto method. The sample was 83 family heads from a total population of 105 families who work as fishermen. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation, the results of research (1) There is a significant influence between social conditions on the level of education of fishermen children, with a tcount of 2.113> 1.667, and significant = 0.038 <0.05. (2) There is no significant influence between economic conditions on the education level of fishermen children, with a significant value> 0.05. (3) There is an influence of 10.2% between social conditions and economic conditions simultaneously on the educational level of children of fishermen families in Nangadhero village, Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency.

Abstract

Health is one of the basic needs of society. Through the health office, Temanggung needs to be transmitted with a budget that has been established. The purpose of this study discusses the effectiveness and efficiency analysis of the direct expenditure budget and the indirect expenditure on the regional device unit of Temanggung District Health Office in 2017-2019. This method of research is qualitative descriptive research. The result of this research is the level of efficiency in the health office of Temanggung District from 2017 to 2019 has been efficient, which is under 60% and the level of effectiveness in the capacity of 90% which means that financial management of the budget is well-realized.

Abstract

Internet is on source of learning that can help student in participating in learning activities, because on the internet there are various kinds of information related to subjects matter. The results of interviews with educators and class X students that in adition to using textbooks as a learning resource, Muhammadiyah Maumere high school students also use the internet as a learning resource. Therefore, there is a need for research on the effect of the use of the internet on the learning outcomes of class X students in economic subjects at Muhammadiyah Maumere High School, with the aim to determine the Effect of Internet Us on Class X Student Learning Outcomes in Economic Subjects at Muhammadiyah Maumere High School. This type of research used in this research in quantitative research. The study had a population of 82 respondents and a sample of 68 respondents. This research uses an instrument in the from of a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis said that there is an influence of the use of the internet on the learning outcomes of class X students in economic subjects at Muhammadiyah Maumere High School, this is evidenced by hypothesis testing namely Rhitung>Rtable or 4.056>1.995. R square value of 0,200 means that the influence of internet us on student learning outcomes by 20% and 90% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

The role of the teacher in shaping the character of students is one important component in shaping the character of students to become better. Based on the results of research carried out at Karitas Watuneso high school that in shaping the character of students the teacher provides motivation, advice, guidance, and becomes an example for students who should be encouraged and replicated by the students participants. The type of motivation that teachers do at Karitas Watuneso high school is by providing scholarships for students, the type of guidance provided by teachers at Karitas Watuneso high school is implemented during the learning process and when other spiritual or extra-curricular activities are carried out, the role of the teacher in shape the character of students by giving advice to students, namely face to face with students specifically in one particular room, in addition to forming the character of participants in high school Karitas Watuneso teacher is an example thas is used as an example by students relating to attitudes, appearance, time discipline, as well as courtesy in speaking and mutual respect both teacher-teacher and teacher with students. The application of character that has been carried out at Karitas Watuneso senior high school is to provide stimulus for students before learning begins consisting of praying before starting learning and after learning, tidying the tables and chairs before learning begins, reminding students of the material being taught, and providing motivation for students related to the material to be taught. The purpose of providing motivation, guidance, advice, and being an example for students is that students know every wrong action that has been done by students and students are motivated to think creatively, learn independently, honestly, be responsible, discipline time, and neatly married school and have good manners.
