Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan berdasarkan cross section dan time series serta menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website www.ojk.go.id. Penelitan ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Analisis Data Panel yang memiliki hasil penelitian bahwa variabel dana pihak ketiga berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan margin murabahah yang dapat dibuktikan thitung < ttabel (2.617126 > 1.65605) dan berdasarkan uji t  signifikan sebesar (0.0099 < 0.05). Variabel inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan margin murabahah yang dibuktikan -thitung < ttabel (-0.950022 > 1.65605) dan berdasarkan uji t diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar (0.3438 > 0.05). Variabel BI Rate tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan margin murabahah yang dibuktikan thitung < ttabel (0.489605 > 1.65605) dan berdasarkan uji t diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar (0.6252 > 0.05). Dana pihak ketiga, inflasi dan bi rate berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pendapatan margin murabahah yang dibuktikan dengan (F-Statistic) sebesar 0.019085 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pembiayaan Mudharabah dan Pembiayaan Musyarakah Terhadap Laba Bersih Bank BCA Syariah Tahun 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan berdasarkan runtun waktu serta menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi www.bcasyariah.co.id dan www.ojk.id. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa bahwa Pembiayaan Mudharabah tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih yang dapat dibuktikan –thitung< ttabel dan tstatistik> 0,05 (-1,562 < 2,101 dan 0,137 > 0,05). Variabel Pembiayaan Musyarakah berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih yang dapat dibuktikan thitung> ttabel dan tstatistik< 0,05 (3,326 > 2,101 dan 0,004 < 0,05). Pembiayaan Mudharabah dan Pembiayaan Musyarakah berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap laba bersih yang dapat dibuktikan dengan fhitung> ftabel dan fstatistik< 0,05 (6,633 > 3,59 dan 0,007 < 0,05) dengan pengaruh sebesar 37,2% dan 62,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Bank syariah dalam mendorong  perekonomian di Indonesia dapat dilakukan dalam berbagai bidang usaha perekonomian salah satunya dalam sektor pertanian. Keterbatasan modal dan sulitnya akses untuk mendapatkan fasilitas pembiayaan menjadi salah satu permasalahan utama yang di hadapi sebagian besar petani di Indonesia.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana padangan petani karet terhadap pembiayaan di perbankan syariah. (2) untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi petani karet dalam melakukan pembiayaan diperbankan syariah. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Data yang diambilkan pun berupa data primer dan data sekunder.Pemilihan  informan sebagai sumber data dalam penelitian atas subjek yang menguasai masalah, memiliki data dan bersedia memberi informasi. Informan pada penelitan ini adalah pimpinan di Bank Syariah Indonesia, bapak camat kecematan bangko barat dan beberapa masyarakat petani karet di kecamatan bangko barat. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa: (1) padangan masyarakat petani karet terhadap pembiayaan di perbankan syariah,  masyarakat petani karet dikecematan bangko barat sudah mengetahui pembiayaan di perbankan syariah tetapi belum mengetahui betul pembiayaan di keuangan syariah sehingga masyarakat lebih memilih bank konvesional di bandingkan bank syariah.(2)kendala yang di hadapi petani karet dalam melakukan pembiayaan diperbankan syariah pertama karena faktor lingkungan, kedua faktor proses administrasi, ketiga faktor jaminan(anggunan). Untuk masyarakat petani karet diharapkan dapat menggunakan pembiayaan yang didapat sebaik mungkin sebagai salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah kekurangan modal dalam pengembangan disektor pertanian indonesia.

Abstract

Minat kerja merupakan kecenderungan memiliki kemauan dan kemampuan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan berdasarkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan. Penghargaan finansial merupakan gaji atau bayaran yang diperoleh pekerja berdasarkan jabatan atau tugas yang dikerjakan, dan pertimbangan pasar kerja merupakan ketersediaan lapangan pekerjaan untuk jenis keahlian tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengetahui pengaruh penghargaan finansial dan pertimbangan pasar kerja terhadap minat mahasiswa FEBI UIN STS Jambi bekerja pada Bank Syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 540 mahasiswa dan sampelnya adalah mahasiswa semester 8 FEBI UIN STS Jambi, yang terdiri dari Prodi Ekonomi Syariah, Akuntansi Syariah, Perbankan Syariah, dan Manajemen Keuangan Syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penghargaan finansial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa bekerja di Bank Syariah. pertimbangan pasar kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa bekerja di Bank Syariah. Variabel penghargaan finansial dan pertimbangan pasar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa bekerja di Bank Syariah.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya penanganan customer service terhadap komplain nasabah pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa upaya penanganan yang dilakukan customer service terhadap komplain nasabah pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kota Jambi sudah sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) yang ada di Bank Muamalat tersebut dan persepsi nasabah tentang kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh customer service pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kota Jambi dilihat dari 5 indikator kulitas pelayanan seperti bukti fisik, indikator kehandalan, indikator daya tanggap, indikator jaminan dan kepastian, serta indikator empati. Pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kota Jambi, tentang persepsi kualitas pelayanan customer service bersifat positif.

Abstract

Sharia banks have been in Indonesia for a long time and continue to experience development in various circles of society. Sharia banking provides opportunities to grow among Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. Usually we are familiar with Islamic boarding schools that have Islamic nuances, but in this research it was found that the Islamic boarding schools in Ummul Masakin still have Asatidz who still use conventional banks. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and knowledge about contracts on interest in savings at Sharia banks. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 100 respondents. In this study, a saturated sampling technique was used, namely taking the population based on the number of Asatidz in the Ummul Masakin Islamic boarding school. The data analysis technique used to answer all problem formulations uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 29 program. The results of the t test show that the motivation variable has a tcount value of 1.798 > ttable 1.717, so H1 is accepted, the knowledge variable has a tcount value of 5.398 > ttable is 1.660, then H2 is accepted and the R2 test is 0.579, this means that the interest in saving variable can be explained by the motivation and knowledge variables. The t test results of the variable that is very influential in interest in saving, namely the knowledge variable, has a t value of 5.398.

Abstract

The results of initial observations that the author found are that what is happening now is that the financing distributed by Sharia Banks is not on target by providing financing to customers not for business development. This is reinforced by financing data which increases every year, but the number of micro and small businesses (UMK) in Jambi City has decreased. This is the problem that researchers want to study. With this Sharia Bank, it really helps customers in starting their business or vice versa. This research aims to determine the role of micro and small enterprises (UMK) in the existence of Bank BSI KCP Dr. Sutomo Jambi. This type of research is field research. This research collects data through interviews and documentation. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature and functions as a source of information about the role of Sharia Banks in improving micro and small enterprises (UMK). Based on the findings of interviews conducted with customers and the Head of BSI KCP Bank Sub-Branch, Dr. Sutomo Jambi, researchers can analyze how the existence of banks provides results and impacts on micro and small enterprises (UMK) in Jambi City. This can be seen from the increase in customer business after obtaining financing at the bank. Apart from that, customers also felt an increase in income, an increase in sales volume, and the addition of new employees to their business after financing at Bank BSI KCP Dr. Sutomo Jambi.

Abstract

This article explains the strategy for improving the quality of sharia services to customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi Area KCP Hayam Wuruk. This study is based on the fact that banks as service providers need to implement ways to improve the quality of their services in order to use available resources effectively. Real competitive advantage comes from providing quality services. This is due to the bank's ability to keep its customers happy and focused on their business. The purpose of this research is to determine the strategies and efforts of Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi Area in improving the quality of sharia services to customers. The research method used in this research is field research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study, Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi Area is AKHLAK (Trusted, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptable, Physical, Human Resources, Business Services, Business realizes the value of collaboration through the ultimate business acceleration concept to increase contributions to and obstacles faced by BSI is to always achieve excellent service by providing excellent service to customers and convenient solutions for the work of its employees, so that the service is optimal and hassle-free.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how customers perceive BSI Mobile Services at BSI KC Jambi and to find out their opinions regarding the marketing strategies implemented in providing BSI Mobile Services at BSI KC Jambi. This research uses a qualitative approach with interviews and documentation of 10 BSI KC Jambi customers. From the results of the research conducted, it is known that customer perceptions of the services provided by mobile banking are relatively good and the BSI mobile application is also very useful for customers. In this case, BSI Mobile emphasizes that the promotional strategy for the BSI Mobile application is setting prices for BSI Mobile Banking products based on customer perceptions, namely that the prices/costs offered by BSI Mobile remain according to standards.

Abstract

Customer preference is the attitude of customers who want a product or service based on their ability to provide satisfaction value with what is purchased or offered, For this reason, this study aims to find out how customers prefer financing products and also to find out the factors that affect customer preferences for choosing financing products at Bank 9 Jambi Syariah Jambi City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on primary data (through interviews), It is also supported by library research which aims to collect data or information with the help of various references. The results of the study show that customer preferences for choosing financing are activities based on religious beliefs. The informants felt comfortable using Indonesia's Islamic banks for this financing. In addition, some informants stated that they felt it was more profitable to use the profit-sharing system and did not have high interest rates like conventional banks so that customers felt that they were not focused on the financing provided by Bank 9 Jambi Jambi City then associated with factors that influenced customers to choose financing products, namely, social factors, personal factors, price factors, and psychological factors as the customer's choice.
