Abstract

Someone good or bad will come from several factors which they found from their education. Education is an appropriate means to achieve it. Especially as Muslims the Islamic education would become a path that must be taken by all the people. Religious education is a form of educational value, because it is the maximum and the absence of religious education depends on factors that can motivate to understand the value of religion. Moreover the atmosphere of religious education made at home then the development of religious life will be able to grow optimally. A person's psychological development is a form of fairness and do occur in a person. Therefore, education is a necessity in directing the process of psychological development. Moreover, in the educational institutions of Islam, will certainly affect the formation of religious life. The religious soul needs to be instilled in children from an early age.

Abstract

The teacher is a professional position that requires special skills as a teacher. . In practice the teacher is required to have some teaching skills and creativity. Being an ideal, creative and innovative teacher is a profession that must be owned by the teacher, the future is determined by the cadres of the nation, while the main responsibility in providing guidance for the next generation is determined by the role of the teacher as an educator, because they directly interact with students in personality formation, experience developing imagination, and making them tough to face the future. Abstract

Ibn Miskawaih bases his principle of moral virtue on the "middle" theory (al-wasath), an action is said to be true if it is in the midst of extreme excesses and extremes of deprivation so that one can be called fair if he is able to place himself between persecution and persecution. In addition, humans should be able to avoid moral illness that always undermines their lives. If the disease can be avoided, true happiness will soon be achieved. The form of happiness in man is not only found in the soul, but also at the same time in the body. The perfection of happiness will be fulfilled if the human being can spread love and affection among each other. Abstract

The fifth generation management emerged and developed in tune with the emergence of high-tech technology, information superhighway, and digitec economy so that the concept of the importance of building competitiveness through knowledge emerged. Within this framework, the teachings of fifth generation management should be applied in the lives of both profit and non-profit organizations including education. Decision making as one of the elements of the organizational sub-system, needs to adjust to the concept in question. Therefore, decision making must also be related to how decision making within the organization - including education - must also be scientifically accountable as the rules of the fifth generation management teachings.

Abstract

This paper presents a descriptive survey of the use of pocket electronic dictionaries (PEDs) by first-year university students at the Islamic Education Department of STIT Muhammadiyah Tempurejo Ngawi. The purpose was to explore general findings about the use of pocket electronic dictionaries and their impact on vocabulary-learning strategies of EFL students. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the results of their responses were tabulated. The participants were 75 students (50 females, 77.5% and 25 males, 22.5%) ranging in age from 18 to 30. The research population consisted of 25 students from four programs: PAI, PGMI, PIAUD and MPI. The findings revealed that students were not consistent in the use of any particular vocabulary strategy; furthermore, the students learned only a small number of words per week one to three words at the most according to their responses. PEDs were the most-used dictionaries, especially those installed on the students’ cellular phones, but printed dictionaries were still being used and some students preferred to use them in spite of having the electronic option. The results suggest that there is a need to promote proper and effective use of dictionaries, especially PEDs, to improve vocabulary learning. The experimental findings can help teachers and learners to enhance language learning by means of more precise and effective guidance and recommendations concerning the use of PEDs. Abstract

In an effort to improve the quality and quality of education in Indonesia there needs to be some renewal in the world of education both in terms of learning methods, media, and material. The process of teaching and learning activities is no longer dominated by teachers or lecturers but rather is student centered. Some studies in learning show that peer teaching is more effective than teaching by the teacher. Teaching systems that provide opportunities for students to cooperate with fellow students in structured tasks are referred to as "cooperative learning" systems. And one of the Cooperative learning models that can be applied in learning foreign languages ​​is the Numbered Head Together learning model. Abstract

Personality is a description of how a person behaves towards the surrounding environment, which can be seen from the habit of thinking, attitudes and interests, as well as a typical life view to have constancy. Because in human life as individuals or social beings, personality always experiences the colors of life. There are times when happy, calm, and happy. However, life experience proves that humans also sometimes experience things that are bitter, restless, frustrated and so on. This shows that humans experience the dynamics of life. Personality reflects a person's behavior. We can know what someone is doing in a particular situation based on our own experience. This is because in many ways, everyone is unique, unique. Therefore we need a kind of frame of reference to understand and explain the behavior of ourselves and others. We must understand the definition of personality and how the personality is formed. For that we need behavioral theories, personality theory so that the usual disorders that arise in the personality of each individual can be avoided. Learning personality is interesting because the dynamics of knowledge about ourselves will automatically increase. Abstract

Scientific knowledge is knowledge that can be verified or based on facts through empirical research. Science exists because of proof, science exists because what we see is then empirically proven, giving birth to science. Science arises because contemporary thinkers want to build a framework for a new epistemological view and together agree to want to come out of the difficulties of ways of solving that are commonly put forward by modern thought. To achieve a belief in something, there must be at least 3 basic characteristics above. In turn, belief will produce habits in mind (habit of mind). Various beliefs can be distinguished by comparing habits in the thoughts produced. From there, we can distinguish between doubt and belief. From this doubt arises a kind of inquiry (investigation), through this investigation, finally which ushered in achieving human meaning (essential meaning) which is basically more important than Truth (truth), because meaning is the essence and substance of various phenomena of human life.
