Abstract

Education management is main pillar for advancing educational institutions. But in practice, it is not as simple as one might imagine. There are many challenges and problems that must be handled for the implementation of education management. These challenges will not be overcome if only handled by individuals as an element of education, but all parties must work hand in hand to deal with and resolve these problems. To be sure, conceptually the management of school institutions with integrated educational management is a solution to build quality human resources. Abstract

Education has a very urgent role in building a civilization. It can even be said that education is the main pillar in the effort to build a dignified civilization. Therefore, history records that no civilization has ever ruled the world but begins with science. However, Islamic education today has almost lost its prestige as a process that leads every child of Adam to become a whole human. Even though educational institutions have facilities, these institutions are still not quite successful in producing civilized human figures. This is because the vision and mission of education which leads to the formation of civilized humans are neglected in the objectives of educational institutions. In principle, the goals of Islamic education must be in line with the objectives of the Islamic message, in line with the objectives of Islamic law. Therefore, the aim of Islamic education must be universal and always be up to date with all ages, as always the teachings of Islam, so that the objectives of Islamic syari'at which want to realize rahmatan li al-alamin can truly be realized. The aim of education is essentially to produce human beings who behave in an Islamic manner, namely humans who believe and obey Allah as a source of absolute power that must be obeyed. Absolute obedience to God implies total surrender to Allah, making humans enslave themselves only to Him.

Abstract

The quality and quality of education is one of the human needs in building human capital which is the main driver of human resources to achieve goals and provide students with abilities. The quality and quality of education requires serious attention, both by education providers, government and society. Meanwhile, Dedi Supriadi's research on 12 underdeveloped elementary schools in East Java and NTB concluded that the condition of schools, educational facilities and infrastructure, teacher welfare, student physical condition, enthusiasm for learning and student learning outcomes and parental care were very worrying. The problem is how our schools can achieve quality improvement based on certain standards. What approach is more appropriate to improve school quality. Although an approach has been chosen to improve the quality of schools, we also often see other problems and these are real problems faced by schools, often beyond what is ideally designed on paper. These problems include work culture, differences in insight of the actors, operational techniques, and financial support.
