Abstract

Education is the life of civilization, meaning that only with education will an ideal civilization be realized. The ideal education will be challenging to realize while the management structured by the Principal as the supreme leader in the school is not of quality. Therefore, between quality education and quality education management must be an integral entity. The two components work hand in hand to produce qualified graduates. The head of SD Muhammadiyah 3 Assalam and SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Malang managed to modernize their school's management of his school so that the quality of graduates had high competitiveness. The management was named School Management, "No Box," which ultimately abandoned the old tradition of thinking towards more progressive thinking. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the author explains the results of his research. It is expected that the reader is easy to understand. This study was obtained from the study library by utilizing the google scholar search engine to find relevant references, combined with interviews and observations, to obtain complete and detailed data. The results found that implementing the school's modernization management can boost graduate quality and improve the institutions' competitiveness of institutions. So the institution can be the primary choice of the public because it is considered able to answer parents and students.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low fine motor skills of group B children at TK Aisyiyah Pandean. This is because teachers are not optimal in choosing new learning methods, so that learning activities are less attractive and monotonous. Departing from this problem, the researchers used the loose part creation play method in order to improve the fine motor skills of the children of group B. The focus of this research is the application of the loose part playing method can improve the fine motor skills of group B children at TK Aisyiyah Pandean. The method in this study used Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the Kemmis & Taggart model. This research has several cycles, namely pre cycle, cycle I and cycle II. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive qualitative and quantitative percentages. While the data collection technique of this research is observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study are: 1) The application of loose part play has succeeded in improving the fine motor skills of group B children at TK Aisyiyah Pandean. This can be proven in the selection of learning methods that take place and get a final score of 80, which is included in the very good criteria for assessment of 76-100. 2) There is an increase in each cycle, pre-cycle students have not developed (BB) as many as 1 child (6.7%), begin to develop (MB) as many as 9 children (60%), and develop according to expectations (BSH) as many as 5 children (33.3%), the first cycle of 15 children, 7 children or 47% of children got the start to develop (MB) and 8 children or 53% developed according to expectations, the second cycle, the scores of 15 children, 5 children or 47% children began to develop (MB), 7 children or 46.7% children developed according to expectations (BSH) and 3 children or 20% very well.

Abstract

by having knowledge of education, parents may not be able to provide education to their children, especially formal education. Early childhood education is a formal educational institution that is not obligatory for a child to enter primary school. The parents / guardians of underprivileged students in Pandean Village certainly have their own perceptions about this. With their economic conditions that are not yet prosperous, they continue to send their children to early childhood education institutions. This research uses descriptive qualitative research to describe the situations and events that have taken place. The research location is Pandean-Ngawi Village, the object of research on the perceptions of underprivileged students' parents / guardians, using the purposive sampling method and the Alo Liliweri analysis technique. Which cover; Stimulation, Organitation, Interpretation & Evaluation, Memory, and Recall. Based on the research results it can be concluded; 1) Early childhood education for underprivileged people is very important, the existence of early childhood education institutions is a special attraction for the wider community, including underprivileged people. 2) The experience of underprivileged students' parents / guardians of enrolling their children in PAUD institutions is different from the experiences of parents / guardians of students who are economically well-off. The parents / guardians of underprivileged students feel happy and proud because they can send their children to PAUD. An educational institution that is not a requirement for basic education. Economic constraints that resulted in late payment of tuition fees and not being able to give their child's pocket money became a very valuable experience for the parents / guardians of underprivileged students in Pandean-Ngawi Village

Abstract

Al-Quran merupakan kitab Islam yang isinya harus dipelajari dan diamalkan. Ketika Anda mempelajari Al-Qur'an, hal terpenting dalam belajar adalah membacanya. Hukum membaca Al-Qur'an dengan baik dan benar adalah Fardhu 'ain karena berkaitan dengan kitab suci dan makna Al-Qur'an. Jika pengucapan huruf dan bacaannya salah, maka akan mempengaruhi arti dan maknanya. Oleh karena itu, belajar membaca Al-Qur'an lebih utama daripada mempelajari maknanya. Membaca Al-Qur'an dapat dimulai sejak usia dini, dengan harapan anak-anak akan mengenal dan mencintai Al-Qur'an sedini mungkin. Dalam belajar membaca Al-Qur'an terdapat beberapa metode membaca Al-Qur'an salah satunya adalah metode Ummi. Paud As-Sakinah di Sambirejo Mantingan Ngawi ​​telah memilih metode Ummi untuk memantau perkembangan bacaan Al-Qur'an siswanya. Metode Ummi dipilih karena semboyannya mudah, menyenangkan dan menyentuh hati. Berdasarkan asumsi tersebut penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengapa metode ummi lebih efektif dalam peningkatan kemampuan membaca al-qur’an di Paud As-sakinah, dan bagaimana penerapan metode ummi dalam peningkatan kemampuan membaca Al-qur’an pada siswa di paud as-sakinah sambirejo mantingan ngawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Paud as-sakinah di Sambirejo Mantingan Ngawi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan metode ummi lebih efektif dalam meningkatakan kemampuan bacaan pada siswa, didalam proses pembelajran al-qur’an menerapkan pendekatan bahasa ibu dan pada hakikatnya pendekatan bahasa ibu mencakup tiga unsur yaitu direct metode, repeatation,kasih sayang yang tulus. Harapan peneliti yang akan datang untuk membahas tentang implementasi metode ummi dalam peningkatan hafalan pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Abstrak The results of cognitive learning were assessed by test techniques through the items as instruments. A good instrument should have a good level of difficulty, a good differentiation of problems and have a well functioning distractor (when it comes to multiple-choice objective items). (1) The analysis of difficulty level is an opportunity to answer correctly a problem at a certain level of proficiency that is usually expressed in the form of indexes. The difficulty level function is associated with the test purpose. Difficulty level of problem can be done before or after test. (2) The distinguishing power is the ability of a question to distinguish between a capable student (mastering the material being asked) and an underprivileged student (not yet mastered the material being asked). Differentiation power can be found by looking at the large and small number of differentiator Power Index (IDP). (3) The analysis of the Distractor function is an analysis that is performed only on the objective of multiple choice models. Abstract

One of the goals in implementing English learning in kindergarten is to foster children's interest in learning English. Early English mastery cannot be compared to adults. English for early childhood is only limited to the introduction of vocabulary that is often found in the environment. In teaching English vocabulary in kindergarten, it must be fun to do so that children are not bored. Therefore, researchers conduct research using active play strategies in order to create interesting and fun learning for children. This class action research was carried out on children of group B of Aisyiah Kindergarten, Widodaren District, Ngawi City. The results showed that active play strategies can improve children's English vocabulary skills.

Abstract

This study delves into the educational philosophy of Paulo Freire, emphasizing its humanistic roots and exploring its intersections with Christian, Marxist, existentialist, phenomenological, and personalist philosophies. Influenced by liberation theology figures like Gustavo Gutiérrez, Freire envisioned education as a tool for conscientization, aiming to cultivate critical awareness among the oppressed. Freire's humanistic approach faces criticism, particularly concerning the ambiguity of its goals and potential psychological disturbances. The research methodology is rooted in an extensive literature review, incorporating both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data stems from direct references relevant to the research topic, such as scholarly journals and articles, while secondary data is derived from existing literature to construct a solid conceptual framework. Appropriate data analysis tools aligning with research objectives are employed to systematically evaluate the collected information. This methodology aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the theories and concepts essential to the research. The outcomes and discussions underscore the fundamental disparities between Freire's humanistic education and Islamic perspectives. While Freire advocates for critical consciousness and social liberation, Islam centers its education on the Quran and Hadith, emphasizing moral and spiritual responsibilities as Khalifah. Islam interprets freedom as the pursuit of goodness guided by divine revelations, rejecting liberal interpretations. The study concludes by accentuating the stark differences in worldview and values between Freirean humanism and Islamic education, shedding light on the diverse philosophical foundations underpinning these approaches.

Abstract

The application of make a match cooperative learning paradigm to stimulate early childhood math logic is the main discussion in this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of make a match cooperative learning in stimulating early childhood math logic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with sampling using purpossive technique. The results showed: 1) The learning atmosphere of math introduction through cooperative learning model runs well. 2) In addition to gaining basic math knowledge, children's social skills also improved. Children are able to learn and cooperate with the group. 3) Logical intelligence that can be improved includes; Logical reasoning and mathematical reasoning, number sense and problem solving, 4) Some supporting factors in learning mathematics for early childhood are; 1) Cognitive development, 2) Experience and learning environment, 3) Motivation and interest of children, 4) Practice opportunities.
