Abstract

This study aims to analyze audit opinion and KAP reputation that affect audit delay with audit tenure as a moderator in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 – 2020. In this study, audit opinion and KAP reputation are independent variables, and audit delay is a variable. dependent, tenure audit as a moderating variable. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 – 2020. The total sample used is 135 companies which were determined through purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that audit opinion has no effect on audit delay. KAP reputation affects audit delay.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on company value on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The object of this research is companies that are members of the IDX SRI KEHATI ESG Sector Leader index in 2015-2020. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data which was analyzed using panel data regression. This research is quantitative research. The analysis tool uses the Classic Assumption Test, Model Test and Hypothesis Test with Eviews 12 software. The research result shows that Corporate Social Responsibility influences company value.

Abstract

The Ki Ageng Giri Islamic Boarding School is located in Girikusumo Hamlet, Banyumeneng Village, Mranggen District, Demak Regency. Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions that are used to study Islamic religious knowledge for students. Judging from the existing phenomenon, apart from being an educational institution, the Ki Ageng Giri Islamic boarding school also plays a role in improving the economy. With the presence of Islamic boarding schools, it provides business opportunities for the surrounding community to meet the needs of students, congregation, and visitors. From there the community's economy increased with the presence of Islamic boarding schools in the community. This study aims to analyze the role of the Ki Ageng Giri Islamic Boarding School in improving the economy of the people in Girikusumo village. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach method. The results of the study prove that the Ki Ageng Giri Girikusumo boarding school plays a role in improving the economy of the people of Girikusumo Mranggen Village.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and test intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on heart specialists' performance at Telogorejo Hospital. The qualitative approach was used with 51 people as primary data. Surveys as data collection are used by providing questionnaires that must be filled out by respondents. In this research, data has been analyzed through reliability tests, classical assumption tests, validity tests, and T-Test to prove research hypotheses with a software namely measured using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) 16.0 tool. The result shows that the T-Test for heart specialists at the intellectual intelligence does not impact in negative -0,92 with a significance 0,927 toward performance. It aligns with emotional intelligence with -0,691 with a significance 0,493. In contrast with them, the spiritual intelligence effect is positive with 2,941 significance 0,005 in performance from heart specialist Telogorejo HospitalKey word : intellectuals intelligence; emotional intelligencel; spiritual intelligence; employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to apply the value of integrity in corporate governance to achieve strong, balanced, and sustainable global economic growth towards a golden Indonesia in 2045. This research design is ex post facto, namely from something that is done afterwards.  The analysis technique used is descriptive to see events in the form of rare or unusual phenomena that may not be anticipated and can provide valuable insights and contribute to understanding for management in actualising good corporate governance. The results of the study concluded that the steps that need to be implemented by management in good corporate governance by actualising the value of integrity include: humble, honest, patient, sincere, trustworthy, fighting spirit in working and offering the best work. This research has practical implications for the management of business entities or companies in increasing economic productivity, creating stability and anticipating crises that will be faced by the global community towards the Golden Indonesia in 2045.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the level of education, competence and work experience on employee performance. The research data is primary data with a questionnaire as a tool for collecting it. The sample for this study was police officers at the Central Java Regional Police Office, Itwasda Division. The sampling method for this research is probability sampling, with a total sample of 65 people. Data analysis methods used include data quality tests (validity and reliability), classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (partial T test), coefficient of determination. The results showed that the variable level of education had no positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the competency variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work experience variable had no positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of testing the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square obtains a score of 34.9 where this figure includes the influence of the variable level of education, competence and work experience on employee performance simultaneously. The suggestions given should be able to optimize performance and be able to assist further researchers in filling out the questionnaire because the answers given are very valuable for researchers. Then for further researchers to be more detailed in conducting research as well as being able to add research variables from learning factors and beliefs then add the number of samples and research in other objects or areas

Abstract

Abstract Organizations must manage information and knowledge effectively and allow knowledge-based value creation. This study examines the role of personal knowledge management in increasing Value creation to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This research is explanatory research using quantitative descriptive-analytical methods. Respondents are managers of 30 garment companies in Salatiga, the sampling method used is a census and scoring using a Likert scale of 1 to 5, and the data is processed using SEM AMOS software. The results showed that personal knowledge management had a positive and significant effect on value creation. Personal knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on sustainable competitive advantage. Value creation was found to positively and significantly affect sustainable competitive advantage. Network quality strengthens the influence of personal knowledge management and network quality on sustainable competitive advantage. Further research is suggested to examine the influence of other factors that influence value condition to knowledge management by considering the quality factor of HR Industry players and product marketers who can competitiveness/ innovativeness in achieving sustainable competitive advantage Keyword: Sustainable competitive advantage, personal knowledge management, value creation, network quality

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to (1) collect data on the total population in Singkup Village, (2) recapitulate population data based on, (a) Gender, (b) Education, (c) Type of Occupation, (d) marital status, (e ) Age, (3) submit a report on the results of recording Village population data to the Head of Singkup Village, Pasawahan District and hold discussions about the follow-up of the results of this research. The method that the writer uses in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection methods used were observation and interviews. The data were processed using the Microsoft Excel application with the common size method. The results of this study indicate that the population in Singkup Village, Pasawahan District - Kuningan Regency is 1,848 people. The male population is 954 people (52%), and women are 894 people (48%). The types of work for the residents of Singkup Village include: farmers, private employees, Soldiers, Civil Servants, Domestic Servants. Businessman. The limitation of this study is that there are no graphs made from the results of processing population data in Singkup Village. The contribution resulting from this research is to broaden the insights and knowledge of students and lecturers in analyzing population data processing using the common size method. The novelty of this study is that the researchers held discussions with the Village Head about what the Village Head would do in responding to residents who did not have permanent jobs.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of testing the effect of the Application of the Village Financial Accounting System Application and the Utilization of Information Technology on the Accountability of Village Fund Management in Tanjunganom Village. The population in this study is the village apparatus in Tanjunganom Village. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a sample of 32 respondents. This research was processed using SPSS version 24. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test (partial test). These results indicate that the Village Financial Accounting System Application has a positive effect on Village Fund Management Accountability, but Information Technology Utilization has no effect on Village Fund Management Accountability.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine and Analyze the effect of job engagement on employee performance with employee loyalty and turnover intention as a mediating variable at one of manufacturing company (musical instrument furniture, wood working and plastic injection) located in the industrial area of Wijaya Kusuma, Semarang, Central Java. The sample technique used is random sampling by using questionnaires and was distributed to 120 respondents consisting of contract employees with a minimum working period is 3 months, with returned data as many 117 questionnaires, and which later was proceeding as many 113 questionnaires. The data is then processed and analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated by AMOS. The result of this study was found there is a significant effect between job engagement on employee performance; there is also a significant effect between job engagement on employee loyalty; then there is a significant effect between job engagement on turnover intention; then there is a significant effect between employee loyalty on employee performance; and in addition, there is a significant effect between turnover intention on employee performance. The findings are discussed in the light of previous evidence, and the implications can be used for the company.Key word :Job Engagement;Employee Performance; Employee Loyalty; Turnover Intention and Manufacturing Company
