<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the implementation of bureaucratic reform at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) in Padang Panjang City and offer several solutions to improve licensing administration services related to public services. This research approach is qualitative with the type of instrumental case studies. The results showed that the implementation of bureaucratic reform in licensing administration services, from the institutional aspect, that the licensing service in Padang Panjang City was in the form of One Stop Integrated Services; Aspects of Human Resources, namely the qualifications of existing employees are not in accordance with the needs of the organization, discipline and responsibility of employees are still relatively low; Aspects of systems and procedures, where permits are generally completed beyond the specified time period, there are discrimination and inconsistencies. The quality of public services as a whole still has to be improved because the level of public satisfaction is still categorized as sufficient. Where we can see the influential relationship between the quality of services performed by officers and community satisfaction as service recipients. In the future, it is hoped that it will be important that DPMPTSP Kota Padang Panjang improve the quality of its services to achieve public satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe how the transportation management of the Bukittinggi City Transportation Agency. The background is that the City of Bukittinggi has received the Wahana Tata Nugraha award for the last 3 years, 2014-2016. The Wahana Tata Nugraha Award is an award given by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to a city that is able to organize public transportation well. There are several activities that have been carried out well by the City of Bukittinggi City Transportation Service, including public transportation services, freight routes and special bus routes that are clear and equipped with traffic signs. Among these activities, there were problems with parking on the road and inadequate infrastructure. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The selection of informants was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. The data validity technique used in this study was the accidental sampling technique in accordance with the needs of the researcher and purposive sampling with certain considerations. The research analysis unit uses the institution. The results showed that the Transportation Management carried out by the Bukittinggi City Transportation Agency was basically going well.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the implement of posyandu for the elderly in the work area of the Jua Gaek health center. This study aims to find out how effective implementation of the elderly posyandu program in the working area of Jua Gaek health center, the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the elderly posyandu program as well as efforts made to improve the implementation of the elderly posyandu program. This research is qualitative research with descriptive method. Then the data is tested for validity by source triangulation which is then analyzed by data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that the implementation of the posyandu program in the working area of the Jua Gaek health center has not been effective, one of the causes is that the community lacks understanding of the elderly posyandu program so that the elderly posyandu program does not reach the elderly achievement targets if the target is not achieved then the goals of the Posyandu for the elderly are also it has not been fully achieved and changes in the health of the elderly have not yet been seen due to the lack of participation of the elderly who come to the posyandu.]]>

<![CDATA[Factors that can affect visitor satisfaction are human rights-based work culture and public services. In this study, the author aims to identify and explain the Influence of Work Culture and Human Rights-Based Public Services on Visitor Satisfaction at Muara Padang Class IIA Correctional Institution. This research uses associative quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study using accidental sampling technique. The accidental sampling technique is a technique of determining the sample based on chance. The sample in this study amounted to 100 visitors or visitors who were visiting the Class IIA Muara Padang Correctional Institution. The data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale measurement. The analysis of this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between work culture on visitor satisfaction with an R Adjusted Square value of 0.144. Furthermore, in the human rights-based public service variable on visitor satisfaction there is also a significant influence with the R Adjusted Square value of 0.226 and there is a simultaneous significant influence between work culture and human rights-based public services on visitor satisfaction seen from the regression test results. Adjusted R Square value of 0.267. It can be said that there is an influence partially or simultaneously in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the flood disaster mitigation in Nagari Taram which is carried out by the regional disaster management district of Lima puluh kota. There are still frequent floods in Nagari Taram, especially during the rainy season, although there has been mitigation carried out by the BPBD district of Lima puluh kota. Mitigation is carried out by normalizing the Batang Sinamar river, building gabions, enlarging river flow and installing grass thickets to retain river cliffs. This research method is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The location of this research is in the office of the district disaster management agency in fifty cities, the office of public works and spatial planning as well as the office of the Taram nagari guardian. Collecting data using observational interviews and documentation studies. Research information is a number of heads of fields, heads of sections in disaster management agencies in the district of Lima Puluh Kota. <![CDATA[This study intends to find out what are the obstacles in dealing with landslides carried out by the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Agam Regency, which trigger the problem, namely the delay in information received during the landslide disaster. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method, the technique of determining research informants was by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data Analysis Techniques, namely by reducing the presentation of data and drawing conclusions, the validity of the researcher's data is triangulation of sources. The obstacles faced in landslide disaster management by BPBD Agam Regency are divided into two parts, namely Internal and External Constraints. The results show that the internal constraints faced by the BPBD of Agam Regency are insufficient funds, minimal equipment used in response, and limited capacity of members. Meanwhile, the external obstacle faced by BPBD Agam Regency is the lack of awareness and concern of the community in understanding the potential for disasters that exist in the environment where they live]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract This study describe the empowerment carried out to women in Nagari Sunur in processing coconut as one of the potential areas to improve community welfare and increase income. Women's empowerment is carried out by various elements, be it the local government, community institutions and the Nagari community. With the abundant coconut potential of Nagari Sunur, as well as support from various parties, it is hoped that the empowerment efforts carried out can run properly. So that people can also enjoy the results of their work. The empowerment that has been carried out has shown good results in improving the welfare of the community. However, it is undeniable that in this effort there are still obstacles that have an impact on bottlenecks in product marketing. It is hoped that the Regional Government will support this activity more so that it can motivate the community to continue producing VCO oil processed products and also so that the community is able to be creative and independent.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of the Aur Duri Village Owned Enterprise Program (BUMNag) in Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research is motivated by the implementation of BUMNag in Nagari Aur Duri which is still not going well. Namely in terms of management management, administration management and documentation in every transaction by the community with BUM Nag, as well as the lack of business promotion for the village community. The problem in this research is the lack of support in the form of financial and non-financial assistance from the local government and the lack of guidance and guidance from the local government. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were determined by purposive sampling. This research was conducted in Nagari Aur Duri, Pesisir Selatan Regency. Data were collected by conducting interviews, observation and documentation study and reduced so that conclusions could be drawn from the data obtained. The results of the study found that in socializing the BUMNag program the management was still not well conveyed to the community, while in the implementation of the program regarding the facilities and labor it was adequate.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is trying to identify, and identify.whether there is a significant influence of work culture and work area on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Department of Learning and Culture of Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. Determination of illustrations in this research is to use the Yamane formula in slovin language to obtain illustrations of 93 employees. Measurement of information was tried using a Likert scale. Information in this research was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Information analysis was carried out using the classical assumption test.and multiple linear regression. The results of processing this information analysis show that there is a positive influence of work culture on employee job satisfaction. Adjusted R Square is 0.155%, a significance.value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Work area has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Adjusted R Square is 0. , 286%. a significance value of 0, 000 is less than 0, 05. Simultaneously, work culture and work area have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction by 0, 313%, a significance value of 0, 000 is smaller than 0, 05.]]>
