Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine empirically the effect between emotional intelligence on job performance among the employees at La Tansa Mashiro Higher Education in Rangkasbitung. The subjects of this research were 76 employees selected as samples by using total sampling technique taken from the overall population of 76 employees. The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondents’ filling in a questionnaire. The effect technique was applied to analyze the data which had been previously treated with the regressive and correlation procedure. The result proved that the employees’ job performance was positively affected by the emotional intelligence in La Tansa Mashiro Higher Education in Rangkasbitung. The findings suggest that the variation of the job performance of the employees might have been affected by emotional intelligence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of operating leverage on the level of profitability in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Rangkasbitung (2004-2013), operating leverage is measured by comparing the operating profit to total income, while profitability is measured by comparing the net profit (profit after tax) to total assets. The research was conducted at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Rangkasbitung. The population in this study are the enterprises themselves to a sample of financial statements that amounted to 10 years the period 2004-2013. The sampling technique is by purposive sampling. And data analysis technique used is simple linear regression, the product moment correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and the normality test and hypothesis testing (test T) with the help of a software program SPSS version 20. The results of the data found that there is influence between operating leverage on profitability in Regional Water Company (PDAM) Rangkasbitung.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine empirically the effect between leadership on job performance among the employees at Technical Implementation Unit Department of Revenue and Fiscal Management in Rangkasbitung. The subjects of this research were 40 employees selected as samples from the overall population of 64 employees. The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondents’ filling in a questionnaire. The effect technique was applied to analyze the data which had been previously treated with the regressive and correlation procedure. The result proved that the employees’ job performance was positively affected by the leadership in Technical Implementation Unit Department of Revenue and Fiscal Management in Rangkasbitung. The findings suggest that the variation of the job performance of the employees might have been affected by leadership.

Abstract

An incentive is one very good way applied to direct employees at the company's goals. Incentive is seen as one of the elements that can affect employee productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of incentives on work productivity. This study uses a method used by this author is a quantitative method. The sampling technique using saturated sample of 40 respondents. Results of this study are: There is a positive and significant impact on performance incentives.
