Abstract

The most important aspect, which is the main focus in performance measurement, is efficiency in order to reduce operational costs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of earnings management on the efficiency of conventional banking in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with a population of conventional commercial banks in 2019–2022. And for the collection of samples, a purposive sampling method with a non-probability sampling technique is used. From the sample criteria, the sample results are obtained, namely the annual report of 10 conventional commercial banks in 2019–2022, with a total of 40 data points. The methods used are DEA for measuring the level of efficiency and simple linear regression for hypothesis testing with SPSS software. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant negative effect of earnings management on the efficiency of conventional banks

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the role of human capital in the company. Method used is systematic review through journal reviews regarding human capital in companies Search articles accessed from internet search databases, namely: Emerald, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, and Google Scholar. The literature review found 5 journals related to human capital: 2 journals with a descriptive design and 3 journals with a quantitative design. The results of the literature review starting from 2016 to 2021 show that 3 journals are from abroad and in English, and 2 journals are from national journals in Indonesian. Results this systematic review shows that human capital has a very important role in the company's human resources. And companies must utilize the human capital they have (knowledge, skills, and values) to advance the interests of the organization. Conclusion this systematic review good company is aware of the fact that employees are the main contributors to profit, providing an opportunity for the company to achieve its goals. Those who work in the core centers of the organization must develop higher skills

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio on firm value. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as the analytical method. The results showed that the current ratio has a positive effect on firm value, the quick ratio has a negative effect on firm value, and the cash ratio has a positive effect on firm value

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out about the strategies used by Islamic Banking in Indonesia to remain competitive in the post covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a literature review and observation of phenomena that are happening at this time. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of observations made by looking at financial performance data at the OJK in 2020-2022 state that there has been and increase in revenue (total asset) from year to year after the covid-19 pandemic. The strategy that has been implemented by Islamic banking in improving financial performance after the covid-19 pandemic is issuing various regulations that accelerate digital transformation and synergy in the banking sector. In addition to digital transformation, Islamic banks are required to innovate as a strategy to improve financial performance

Abstract

In implementing the right competitive advantage strategy to be implemented by a business, entrepreneurs need to look at market conditions and assess their position in the market. This can be done by analyzing the business environment, both internal and external, which is commonly called a SWOT analysis. The purpose of this research is to formulate a better business development strategy. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews and observation and documentation. Primary data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with informants in this study, namely the owner of @mac.schol, employees and consumers in the Semarang area and its surroundings. While the secondary was collected through literature and previous research journals. The research method used in this study is the SWOT analysis method. From the results of IFAS and EFAS, the business position is in quadrant 1, from this quadrant, the recommended strategy is an aggressive/progressive strategy. Then from the SWOT matrix the right alternative that can be applied at @mac.schol going forward is the SO strategy by maintaining business strengths and minimizing weaknesses and avoiding threats seen from internal and external factors through a SWOT analysis matrix. Abstract

Abstract.   The main activities carried out by banks aim to increase equitable distribution of economic growth and maintain national stability towards increasing prosperity. Strict regulations in the banking industry require the banking industry to improve its performance, including in the aspect of achieving profits. Achieving this profit can be improved by analyzing the factors that shape profilability. The aim of the research is to find out how the role of the amount of deposits and credit mediates the influence of gold prices on return on assets. The results of this research show that individual testing to determine the determinants of savings shows that prices have a positive and significant influence while the determinants of credit, savings have a significant positive influence. Factors forming return on assets, savings and credit, have a significant positive influence on return on assets, while the price of gold has a significant negative influence. In the analysis test, the savings channel variable was able to mediate (parcel mediation) the effect of gold prices on return on assets as well as credit also showed its ability to mediate (parcel mediation) the effect of savings on return on assets. However, if you look at the VAF value, the credit variable has a better level of mediation compared to savings, so that for state-owned banks to increase return on assets it will be easier if they channel savings in the form of credit   Keywords: Gold Prices; Bank; SEM; ROA; Credit.   Abstrak.   Kegiatan utama yang dilakukan bank bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemerataan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan menjaga stabilitas nasional menuju peningkatan kesejahteraan.. Peraturan yang ketat di Industri Perbankan mengharuskan industri perbankan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya, termasuk dalam aspek pencapaian keuntungan. Pencapaian keuntungan ini dapat ditingkatkan dengan menganalisis bagaimana faktor-faktor yang membentuk profilitabilitas. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran jumlah deposito dan kredit memediasi pengaruh harga emas terhadap return on aset. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengujian individual untuk mengetahui determinan simpanan menunjukkan bahwa harga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan determinan kredit, simpanan mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan. Faktor pembentuk return on asset simpanan dan kredit mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return on assets sedangkan harga emas mempunyai pengaruh negatif signifikan. Dalam uji analisis, variabel jalur simpanan mampu memediasi (parcel mediation) pengaruh harga emas terhadap return on aset begitu pula dengan kredit juga menunjukkan kemampuannya dalam memediasi (parcel mediation) pengaruh simpanan terhadap return on aset. Namun jika dilihat dari nilai VAF, variabel kredit mempunyai tingkat mediasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan simpanan, sehingga bagi bank persero untuk meningkatkan return on aset akan lebih mudah jika menyalurkan simpanan dalam bentuk kredit.   Kata Kunci: Harga Emas; Bank; SEM; ROA; Kredit.

Abstract

Abstract.   This research was conducted to find out how the influence of distribution channels and promotional policies on consumer purchasing behavior and its impact on sales volume. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a literature study by collecting, filtering and analyzing various textual reviews from experts from journal sources. While the data analysis technique is carried out using data extraction which is a technique used to analyze data from articles that have been found which are then collected and summarized to become the main data source for research. The results show that whether or not a promotion and distribution channel affect sales volume depends on the application of the distribution channel system and also the promotion carried out by a company. In one company promotion and distribution channels can affect sales volume but in other companies promotion and distribution channels can have no effect on sales volume.   Keywords: Distribution Channels, Promotion, Sales Volume   Abstrak.   Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh saluran distribusi dan kebijakan promosi terhadap perilaku pembelian konsumen dan dampaknya terhadap volume penjualan. Adapun metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan  studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan, menyaring dan menganalisis berbagai tinjauan tekstual dari para ahli dari sumber-sumber jurnal. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan penggunaan data extraction yang merupakan teknik yang dilakukan untuk menganalisis data-data dari artikel yang sudah ditemukan yang kemudian dikumpulkan dan dibuat ringkasan guna menjadi sumber data utama untuk penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh atau tidaknya sebuah promosi dan juga saluran distribusi terhadap volume penjualan tergantung pada penerapan sistem saluran distribusi dan juga promosi yang dilakukan oleh sebuah perusahaan. Di satu perusahaan promosi dan saluran distribusi dapat berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan akan tetapi pada perusahaan lain promosi dan saluran distribusi dapat tidak berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan.   Kata Kunci: Saluran Distribusi, Promosi, Volume Penjualan

Abstract

A company that focuses on generating profits will definitely make every effort to maintain the survival of its company. One of the ways to increase profits is by raising the selling price of its products. In carrying out the production process to create a product with market value, manufacturing companies incur various costs. These costs are classified as production elements, such as raw material costs, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs. The purpose of this study is to apply the full costing method to determine the selling price based on production costs. The analytical method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The study's results indicate that the company does calculate its production costs when setting the selling price. However, when calculating factory overhead costs, the company does not include expenses such as machine and equipment depreciation costs, component material costs, and insurance costs. Sebuah perusahaan yang berfokus pada menciptakan keuntungan pasti akan melakukan segala upaya untuk menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaannya. Salah satu cara untuk mendapatkan lebih banyak keuntungan adalah dengan meningkatkan harga jual produknya. Dalam menjalankan proses produksi untuk menghasilkan produk dengan nilai jual, perusahaan manufaktur akan mengeluarkan berbagai biaya. Biaya-biaya ini diklasifikasikan ke dalam elemen-elemen produksi seperti biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung, dan biaya overhead pabrik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan metode full costing guna menetapkan harga jual berdasarkan biaya produksi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dalam cara menetapkan harga jual memang sudah menghitung biaya produksinya, tetapi dalam menghitung biaya overhead pabrik, perusahaan tidak termasuk biaya penyusutan mesin dan peralatan, biaya komponen material, dan biaya asuransi.   Kata Kunci: biaya produksi; full costing; harga jual.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload, work stress and work environment on the performance of employees of PT BPR BKK Jateng Pemalang Branch Office. The research method used is quantitative and uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The population used was employees of PT BPR BKK Jateng KC Pemalang. The sample used was 71 respondents, using purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS application. The results of this research show that for each variable, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a negative effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously workload, work stress and work environment affect employee performance.   Keywords: Workload, Work stress, Work environment, Employee performance   Abstrak.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BPR BKK Jateng Kantor Cabang Pemalang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu karyawan PT BPR BKK Jateng KC Pemalang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 71 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan beban kerja, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.   Kata Kunci: Beban kerja, Stres kerja, Lingkungan kerja, Kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a feeling of customers, whether in the form of pleasure or a feeling of customer disappointment arising from comparing the appearance of a product which will be related to the customer's expectations for that product. This research aims to determine the effect of shipping rates, service quality and timeliness on customer satisfaction using PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) in Semarang. The research method used is quantitative and uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The population used is customers using PT delivery services. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) in all parts of Semarang City which has been used at least 2 times. The sample used was 104 respondents, using purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS application. The results of this research show that each variable, shipping rates, service quality, and timeliness have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
