Abstract

To instill good moral values, indicators are needed that can direct better students. Because, morals at this time are very lacking, especially students who are teenagers. In instilling these morals, there is a contribution and cooperation in achieving good morals. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the cultivation of akhlakul karimah values at MTS Al-Barokah Tangerang. The research method used in this research is using a type of qualitative research and with a descriptive approach. Then the data collection technique, namely using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-making or verification. The results showed that the implementation of the cultivation of akhlakul karimah values at MTs Al-Barokah Tangerang for the implementation of moral cultivation is going well because the cultivation of akhlakul karimah values, applies to school activities, religious activities, and methods used in learning that can shape the good moral qualities of students. However, it is still necessary to cultivate more intensive morals for students who are lacking and must be deepened through theory and practice.

Abstract

Epilepsy is one of the most important neurological diseases. Epilepsy is often associated with physical injury, mental injury, and severe psychosocial consequences for those affected. The study aims to determine the description of anti-epileptic drug prescribing for outpatients at Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang Mental Hospital in January-June 2022. The method used in this research was descriptive, and it took saturated samples in the form of prescriptions from patients who met the inclusion criteria with an age range of 18-40 years. The results of the study showed that the sufferers who received the most antiepileptic drugs were women aged 18-29 years. The average number of drug items per prescription sheet is 1.99 following WHO standards. The most commonly prescribed antiepileptic drug is a single carbamazepine (20.49%), followed by a combination of Carbamazepine with Divalproex Sodium (13.66%) and a combination of Carbamazepine, Clobazam and Divalproex Sodium (12.68%). In contrast, the most common dosage and rules for use of antiepileptic drugs are Clobazam 1mg tablet, dose once a day, 1 tablet (20.78%).

Abstract

Dela Puspita Sari. NPM 20010032. Perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini semakin memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan segala hal, salah satunya adalah berbelanja online melalui marketplace Shopee. Marketplace merupakan platform yang menjadi pelantara penjual dengan pembeli dunia maya. Hal ini sejalan dengan tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kenyamanan berbelanja dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian produk marketplace Shopee di lampung selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 136 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Dimana data dikumpulkan dari responden melalui kuesioner dan menggunakan rumus hair et al dalam penentuan sampel.Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Kenyamanan Berbelanja berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, Gaya Hidup berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, Kenyamanan Berbelanja dan Gaya Hidup berpengaruh positif terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian Kata Kunci : kenyamanan berbelanja, gaya hidup dan keputusan pembelian

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop practical, valid and effective teaching aid to improve mathematical logic skills. The teaching aid developed is Mathdoku 5x5, which is a number puzzle game that is similar to Sudoku but also provides additional challenges so that players must use their counting skills. This research adopts the ADDIE development model which includes analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Testing the validity of the teaching aids was carried out by involving experts at each stage of ADDIE, while testing the practicality and effectiveness of the teaching aids was carried out through trials on undergraduate to doctoral students and students. Data was collected through observation and interviews and analyzed descriptively. The research results show that Mathdoku 5x5 was successfully developed from the analysis to evaluation stages. The trial results showed that the test subjects could easily use this learning tool. These results show that this teaching aid is a practical tool. Furthermore, the use of Mathdoku 5x5 teaching aids has been proven to increase interest and ability in mathematical logic. This confirms that Mathdoku 5x5 can be classified as an effective teaching aid. Thus, it is concluded that Mathdoku 5x5 is a valid, practical, and effective teaching aid.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: perawatan saluran akar merupakan perawatan untuk meredakan rasa nyeri serta mengembalikan fungsi dan estetika gigi. Perawatan saluran akar secara garis besar terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu preparasi biomekanis, sterilisasi dan pengisian sehingga dilakukan dalam beberapa kali kunjungan. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan dibeberapa rumah sakit di Samarinda, ditemukan permasalahan banyaknya pasien yang tidak patuh untuk menyelesaikan perawatan saluran akar hingga tuntas. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi ketidakpatuhan adalah kurangnya pengetahuan pasien tentang perawatan yang sedang dijalani sehingga cenderung menghentikan perawatan setelah pasien merasa pengobatannya sudah cukup dan keluhannya sudah hilang. Adanya tingkat pengetahuan yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan keyakinan diri pasien mengenai manfaat yang akan diperoleh jika mengikuti masa perawatan secara rutin dan teratur Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan perawatan saluran akar dengan kepatuhan pasien saat menjalani perawatan berulang. Metode: penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional pada 68 responden yang merupakan pasien yang sedang menjalani perawatan saluran akar di RSUD. Inche Abdoel Moeis, RS Dirgahayu dan RS Pupuk Siaga Ramania. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, kartu kontrol dan checklist kepatuhan. Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan uji Kendall Tau b. Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan responden termasuk kategori tinggi sebesar 51,5% dan kepatuhan responden termasuk kategori tinggi sebesar 42,6%. Korelasi tingkat pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan menunjukkan p=0,0000 (p<0,05); r=0,879. Kesimpulan: Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan perawatan saluran akar dengan kepatuhan pasien saat menjalani perawatan berulang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether good corporate governance has an effect on the financial performance of banking companies. The population in this study is Conventional Banks listed on the IDX in 2019-2022 and the sample in this study is 10 Conventional Banks. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The methodology of this study uses a quantitative method. The data used is secondary data with data collection techniques using audited financial reports and annual reports published by conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2022 period. The variables of this study consist of independent variables, namely the independent board of commissioners, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee, board of directors and the dependent variable, namely return on assets (ROA). The data analysis technique for this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee, and board of directors simultaneously affect the dependent variable, namely financial performance. Based on the results of the t-test (partial), it shows that GCG has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Independent board of commissioners and audit committee have a significant positive effect on financial performance. Institutional ownership has no effect on financial performance. Managerial ownership and board of directors have a significant negative effect on financial performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen dan tren pasar dalam industri daster, serta bagaimana strategi inovasi dan pemasaran Luwes Wear disusun berdasarkan kedua aspek tersebut. Industri fashion rumahan seperti daster mengalami perkembangan pesat akibat perubahan gaya hidup, peningkatan minat konsumen terhadap kenyamanan dan kepraktisan, serta penetrasi teknologi digital dalam kegiatan pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap Luwes Wear sebagai studi kasus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa preferensi konsumen Luwes Wear sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas bahan, kenyamanan, desain yang menarik, dan harga yang terjangkau. Di sisi lain, tren pasar menunjukkan pergeseran ke arah digitalisasi penjualan, personalisasi produk, serta peningkatan permintaan terhadap fashion fungsional dan estetis. Luwes Wear merespons kondisi ini dengan strategi inovasi berupa diversifikasi desain, pemanfaatan motif lokal, dan penggunaan bahan yang ramah kulit. Dari sisi pemasaran, pendekatan digital marketing melalui media sosial, kolaborasi dengan influencer, serta program loyalitas pelanggan terbukti efektif dalam membangun hubungan emosional dengan konsumen. Dengan menggabungkan pemahaman atas preferensi konsumen dan tren pasar secara holistik, Luwes Wear berhasil mempertahankan eksistensi dan memperkuat posisinya dalam industri yang kompetitif. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya adaptasi bisnis berbasis data dan kreativitas dalam menjawab kebutuhan pasar yang terus berubah.

Abstract

The persistent rise in inflation has encouraged the millennial generation to seek alternative ways to preserve their wealth, with investment emerging as a popular option. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing investment interest among millennials through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Articles were collected using the Publish or Perish 8 application from the Google Scholar database, yielding 321 articles published between 2019 and 2024. After applying inclusion criteria, 30 relevant articles were selected for in-depth review. The findings show that investment interest among millennials, particularly those aged 30 and below, has continued to increase. Most of the reviewed studies applied quantitative methods. Seven key factors were identified as influencing millennial investment interest: return and capital gain, investment literacy, investment motivation, minimum capital, capital market training, risk perception, and the influence of social media influencers. These findings highlight the importance of financial literacy and digital technology in enhancing young investors' awareness and participation. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developing investment education programs tailored to the needs of the millennial generation.

Abstract

The most important aspect, which is the main focus in performance measurement, is efficiency in order to reduce operational costs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of earnings management on the efficiency of conventional banking in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with a population of conventional commercial banks in 2019–2022. And for the collection of samples, a purposive sampling method with a non-probability sampling technique is used. From the sample criteria, the sample results are obtained, namely the annual report of 10 conventional commercial banks in 2019–2022, with a total of 40 data points. The methods used are DEA for measuring the level of efficiency and simple linear regression for hypothesis testing with SPSS software. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant negative effect of earnings management on the efficiency of conventional banks

Abstract

Objek Penelitian adalah sebuah perusahaan pengolah makanan laut yang melayani konsumen domestik dan internasional. Saat ini pengelolaan data stok barang masih menggunakan proses manual, sehingga sering menimbulkan kesalahan data dan human error. Berdasarkan data penjualan bulan Juni 2023, setidaknya terdapat delapan kali kesalahan input data sehingga merugikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeliminasi kesalahan input data dengan mengaplikasikan Google Spreadsheet dan Google Studio sebagai dashboard pengelolaan gudang dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan EOQ dan implementasi dashboard visualisasi data dapat mengurangi kesalahan dalam pengelolaan stok dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.
