Abstract

The kuda lumping tradition is one of the traditional Javanese arts that is still preserved today. This tradition is not only an art form, but also has positive values, one of which is the value of harmony. Harmony in diversity and religious moderation also bring the village of kulu kajen pekalongam to have an attitude of tolerance. This article aims to describe several things that can be used as a guide in the framework of the Kuda Lumping Tradition in order to create inter-community harmony in the village of Kulu Kajen Pekalongan which has a high spirit in preserving the tradition. This article will be comprehensive and specific about how the influence of residents on the Kuda Lumping Tradition in order to create harmony between communities in the village of Kulu Kajen Pekalongan. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The data collection technique is through observation and interviews.

Abstract

This article aims to explore strategies that are effective in reducing individuals' public speaking anxiety. Anxiety in this context is a psychological challenge that can affect performance and mental well - being. On the other hand, there are psychological strategies, including self - understanding and emotion regulation, as well as practical strategies such as thorough preparation, repeated practice, use of relaxation techniques, and focus on the audience or message. The combination of psychological and practical strategies resulted in a positive impact in holistically reducing anxiety level s. Practical implications involve the development of training programs and psychological interventions to improve public speaking skills. This article contributes to our understanding of how to manage anxiety in public speaking, creating a foundation for thedevelopment of strategies that can be adopted by individuals and public speaking trainers in an effort to improve the quality of communication in public

Abstract

Rasa percaya diri adalah pondasi utama keberhasilan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Dengan memiliki tingkat kepercayaan diri yang tinggi, seseorang tidak hanya mampu menghadapi tantangan dengan lebih baik, tetapi juga dapat menjalin hubungan yang lebih positif dengan orang lain. Artikel ini akan membahas beberapa strategi praktis yang dapat membantu individu meningkatkan rasa percaya diri mereka sebagai kunci sukses berkomunikasi. Abstract

Cyberbullying is a serious problem affecting adolescents in the digital environment. Adolescents' understanding, experiences, and attitudes towards cyberbullying have a significant impact on their well-being. This study aims to uncover the process of knowledge, experience, and attitude formation of adolescents related to cyberbullying by using Schemata Theory. The framework in this theory is person schemata, self schemata, role schemata, and event schemata. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained through Focus Group Discussion with 6 teenagers. The results show that adolescents have low knowledge about cyberbullying. In addition, there is also a change in the knowledge of adolescents, who previously did not have much knowledge about cyberbullying then changed their knowledge when they held discussions and reflections among their friends. This demonstrated that by exchanging experiences, adolescents are able to conclude and understand a problem that occurs around them. From knowledge and experience, adolescents' attitudes are formed to disagree with cyberbullying behavior. Based on these findings, there is a need for education and awareness about cyberbullying among adolescents, through educational programs that focus on developing empathy and ethical use in the digital environment.

Abstract

The gap between urban and rural areas still occurs in Indonesia. There are still numerous remote and underdeveloped areas that still require special attention from the government. The gap does not only take place in terms of knowledge but also in facilities and infrastructure in accessing the technology. Pandauke Village is a remote village, not only in terms of geographically but also demographically. PLIK is a form of telecenters which is an innovation expected to reduce the gap. The role of teachers in remote village is quite important that they are demanded to keep improving their professionalism. This research is aimed to view the attributes of innovation in PLIK, in terms of teacher opinions in Pandauke Village. The present research employed qualitative method with descriptive analysis presentation. The results of this research show that 5 innovations, namely Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Trialability and Observability are also considered important by teachers to adopt an innovation, in this respect is PLIK located in Pandauke Village

Abstract

In this globalization era, technology is developing more rapidly with the presence of digital systems such as the internet making it an important thing in our daily lives in education, business and social activities. One of them is the Tiktok application which affects the lifestyle and ethics of today's teenagers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the Tiktok application on character development in adolescents. The research method uses a descriptive analysis qualitative method. Data collection techniques with observation in the form of interviews. The subjects of this research are teenagers who are active in using Tiktok with ages 12 - 16 years. The results of this study indicate that the Tiktok application has a significant effect on lifestyle and ethics in adolescents ± 25%. So that the 9 pillars of character are needed in the lifestyle of adolescents in order to minimize any imbalance or misuse of the Tiktok application. This change occurs because of spontaneous motivation to do something when seeing Tiktok content posts

Abstract

Generation Z can be categorized as digital natives, they have mastery in the use of technology. Generation Z accesses religious knowledge not only through religious institutions, but also on social media. Research by the Center for the Study of Islam and Society shows that generation Z consumes a lot of religious knowledge through social media, this phenomenon gives rise to a conservative religious model (Merit Indonesia 2021). The occurrence of religious conservatives cannot be separated from the content available and the popularity of Islamic sites or conservative Islamic accounts, both on Instagram and YouTube. The moderate religious organizations NU and Muhammadiyah are not very prominent in the online space, on YouTube Rodja TV, Yufid TV, Salafi-affiliated Ammar TV get more subscribers than TVMU affiliated with Muhammadiyah as well as Aswaja Tube, NU Channel and NUTV which are affiliated with NU.

Abstract

This article examines the application of symbolic interaction theory by Pondok Pesantren administrators in the context of strengthening the morals and discipline of santri. Pondok Pesantren, as a traditional educational institution in Indonesia, plays a central role in shaping the character and morality of santri through various religious practices and social traditions. A qualitative approach was used in this study, focusing on data collection through in-depth interviews with administrators and participatory observation of daily activities in Pondok Pesantren. The results of the study show that Pondok Pesantren administrators actively use religious symbols, such as exemplary behavior, spiritual advice, and participation in religious rituals, as the main strategy to strengthen the morals of santri. Exemplary behavior shown by administrators becomes a model followed by santri in various aspects of daily life, while spiritual advice provides in-depth moral and ethical guidance. The participation of santri in religious activities such as congregational prayers, yellow book studies, and social activities also helps in the formation of discipline and compliance with religious values.

Abstract

In today's digital age, the challenge in education is how teachers can effectively communicate learning materials so as to increase students' interest in learning. students. This research aims to identify and analyze communication strategies used by teachers in an effort to increase students' interest in learning. in the digital era at SD N 4 Pejagoan. Qualitative research methods were used by conducting in-depth interviews withinterviews with a number of experienced teachers. The results of the analysis showthat effective communication strategies involve the use of information technology, digital learning applications, and a personalized approach in the interaction between teachers and students. interaction between teachers and students. The implications of this research are the importance of developing digital communication competencies for teachers as well asutilization of technology as a tool to stimulate students' interest in learning in the context of today's increasingly digitized education.
