Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the application of government accounting standards, accountability and transparency on the management of the Village Fund. The location is located in villages in the Ngancar District, Kediri Regency. This type of research uses quantitative. Population 135. Using side purposive with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 5%, the termination coefficient test, t and f tests using the SPSS 25 application. With the results that the application of SAP has a significant effect on the management of village funds, accountability has a significant effect on the management of funds Village funds and transparency have no significant effect on the management of village funds and simultaneously the application of SAP, accountability and transparency has a significant effect on the management of village funds.

Abstract

The right marketing strategy is one of the demands that must be met by business actors, strategy is needed against the background of the current phenomenon with many similar processed products that cause fierce business competition. The goal of a business to be achieved properly is that a company must use the right marketing strategy. Therefore, the strategy to improve marketing for MSMEs Family Cookies Trenggalek is the main goal in this study. A descriptive approach with a qualitative type of research is a research method this time. By using some of the data that has been collected, namely in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The following is the result of research that has been carried out, namely 1) In carrying out the marketing strategy of MSMEs Family Cookies using the 4P marketing mix of products, prices, promotions and places. 2) MSMEs Family Cookies have carried out a good marketing strategy, because in terms of innovation, it is to provide innovations in the production of cookies. In terms of price, it is to continue to sort for the quality of raw materials but still use low prices. In terms of promotion, it is to use social media and distribution.

Abstract

Marketplace Shopee as a business player must know what consumers need and be able to identify consumer behavior in making a purchase decision so that they can win the competition. Generation Z is known as the net gene. They are always in cyberspace and can do everything using technology. This study uses quantitative causality. The population is exclusively Gen Z who shop on the Shopee marketplace. Consists of 40 respondents with SPSS version 23. The results show that: 1) Product quality and promotion partially have a significant impact on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace; 2) Price partially does not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace; 3) Product quality, price and promotion simultaneously have a significant impact on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a partial influence between human resources, the use of information technology, and internal control on the reliability of financial reporting in village government in the district of Kediri. And is there a simultaneous influence between human resources, the use of information technology, and internal control on the reliability of financial reporting in the village government in the sub-district of the district of Kediri. In this research method using multiple linear regression. The results of this study partially human resource capacity variables significantly influence the reliability of financial reporting and the variable utilization of information technology and internal control partially does not significantly affect the reliability of financial reporting. For the simultaneous test, namely the capacity of human resources, the use of information technology and internal control simultaneously have a significant effect on the reliability of financial reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the variables between work discipline, motivation and compensation for employee inventories in the Canggu ornamental fish farming group. The approach used is quantitative causality, data collection using questionnaires using measuring tools distributed through online forms to respondents. The sample used for this test is IHC employees as many as 40 people. By using reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption and validity test, as well as hypothesis testing using simultaneous F test and partial t test, using the SPSS 23 program tool. The results of this study partially state that compensation with a sig value of 0.724 and work discipline with a sig value of 0.060 no relevant effect or sig. on employee productivity, while partially motivation with a sig of 0.003 has a significant effect on employee productivity. Simultaneously compensation, work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee products with a sig value of 0.000.

Abstract

Research aims to understand motivation and quality of human resources development to increase the employee performance.This study used a qualitative approach type use qualitative approach descriptive.Data collection procedures by means observation, interview, and documentation.The informants, using a technique 5r (relevance, recommendation, rapport, readiness, reassurance), objects on this study is the umkm home industry plisket drapery drapery and employees.The result of the research indicated that motivation given to the employee performance is the process well and employees receive some motivation to be applied in the workplace without any coercion because they need more spirit urge to work while quality of human resources development on the performance call employees by means, like own family dexterous, a rapid means work with maximum results. Novelty this research showed skill in work as a clerk plisket drapery must own employees , agile and also how quick but the results remain good.

Abstract

Uncertain economic conditions force investors to take a lot of consideration in investing, so that the presentation of relevant information to users of financial statements regarding going concern audit opinions is very important to make business decisions more precise. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that influence the Going Concern Opinion. The method used in this study is Iogistic regression. Abstract

The background of this research is due to the intense business competition, business people must have a strategy in defending their business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions at a Toko Bunga 3 Putra. This study uses a causal causal technique with a sample of 40 respondents who were analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25 software. the result that the three independent variables have a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

In general, this study aims to determine the impact style of leadership , work environment, and OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) in PDAM Kediri Regency employee performance, a type of causality study. The sample obtained by PDAM Kabupaten Kediri for this study was a random sample of 40 from the general population, conducted by random sampling. Collect data using questionnaires analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results show that leadership style, work environment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially and simultaneously significantly perfomance employee of influence.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Adisurya Hotel Kediri, where the hotel is one of the sectors needed to support tourism in the local area. The purpose of this study: 1) To analyze workload, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant partial effect on employee performance. 2) To analyze workload, compensation, and employee satisfaction have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. The method used is quantitative causality method. Data analysis techniques for this study: classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (f test and t test) and coefficient of determination test. The results showed: 1) The results of the t-test of the workload variable had no significant positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.140. 2) The results of the t-test of the compensation variable have a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000. 3) The results of the t-test of the employee satisfaction variable have no significant positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.558. 4) The results of the F test show that the variables of workload, compensation and employee performance have an effect on employee performance as indicated by the result of 0.000. 5) The results of the R2 test obtained results of 0.850. The important point in this study is that there is a positive but not significant effect on the workload and job satisfaction variables, so that it can be a new reference for future research.
