Abstract

The purpose this study is to analyze whether there is significant influence between the variables of leadership, emotional intelligence, and work motivation simultaneously or partially on the performance of UD Mitra Jaya Farm employees. The approach used in this study is quantitative approach and the type of causal relationship research, the sampling technique uses the Slovin formula, the sample size used is 50 employees, and the data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and test hypothesis with SPSSv25 tool. The results showed that leadership and work motivation had a significant effect, emotional intelligence had no significant effect, and there was a significant influence on the simultaneous leadership, emotional intelligence, and work motivation variables on the performance of UD Mitra Jaya Farm employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there was a significant effect of the variables of organizational communication, motivation and compensation partially or simultaneously on employee satisfaction at UD Mitra Jaya Farm. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach and the type of causal relationship research, with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula, the sample size used is 50 employees, and the data analysis technique using descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 25 software. The results showed that there was a significant effect of organizational communication and compensation variables, no significant influence of motivational variables, and there was a significant influence of organizational communication, motivation and compensation variables simultaneously on employee satisfaction at UD Mitra Jaya Farm.

Abstract

This purpose of this research is to asccertain the level of customer satisfaction at the Shopee online shop. The research approach used is quantitative and is a descriptive type of research. The population used in this research were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. The sample was determined by 92 students who were taken using the simple random sampling method. Collecting data make use of questionnaire which is then analyzed using Importance Performance analysis. The results of this study are that there are still some student customers who are not fulfil with the services provided by Shopee based on 5 dimensions of service quality in direct evidence (tangible), responsiveness (responsiveness) , reliability (reliability), concern ( empathy) and assurance (assurance).

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the Indonesian economy, including the hotel sector. Hotel XYZ is one of the four-star visitor hotels in Jakarta which has decreased in number, hotel management is making efforts to be able to rise after the Covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to describe increasing competence as a strategy for XYZ hotel after the covid 19 pandemic, especially the front office department. The research method was carried out qualitatively where the data were obtained through observation, structured interviews with key informants from the company, and documentary techniques. The findings of this study are that efforts to increase the competence of front office employees at Hotel XYZ are carried out with a training approach through the On The Job Training & coaching method and the Off The Job Training method through role play and scheduled discussions with topics/materials based on data from the types of customer complaints. After carrying out the training the number of complaints dropped and guests were satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there isa significant effect between product quality, promotion and price variables simultaneously or partially on consumer satisfaction at UD Sinar Harapan. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach and the type of research is causal relationship, the population in this study is all UD customers. Sinar Harapan which is unlimited in number, the sample is determined by 40 respondents who are taken using the sample accidental sampling technique, and the data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with the SPSSv25 tool. The results showed that product quality, promotion and price had a significant partial or simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction at UD Sinar Harapan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to understand financial literacy in the use of online loans in shopee paylater e-commerce. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of ethnomethodological research. The way this research data is collected is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The criteria for determining informants in this study include relevance, recommendation, rapport, readiness, reassurance (5R). The informant in this study was a management study program student class of 2018 who used shopee payleter. The findings of this study show that the aspects of financial literacy in savings, loans and financial management show their measurements in well literate while in investment and insurance show measurements in sufficient literacy, which means that students' understanding of financial literacy is quite good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of production costs with the job order cost method and the analysis of production costs with the process cost method on determining the selling price of products in UD. Kerja Bersama Research.ini.using a descriptive approach and quantitative research. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data collection procedure is observation, documentation and direct interview to the object of study. The results of this study are that, within the UD. Kerja Bersama production costs and selling prices of products based on the job order cost method are higher than the process cost method. Because there is a difference in each element of costs incurred in the two methods so that it will affect the determination of the selling price of the product. The conclusion of this study shows that the process cost method has a lower cost value than the job order cost method, based on the difference in costs incurred by the job order is higher than the cost method.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions with buying interest as a mediation variable in Abiza Chicken restaurant. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of causality research. The population used is the consumer of Abiza Chicken restaurant. Samples were taken as many as 95 respondents who have been determined by the Formula Slovin. Data collection method using questionnaires. Data Processing used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software version 3 and Sobel test. The results showed that buying interest is proven to mediate the price and quality of the product to the purchase decision. For that, abiza chicken restaurant must improve its quality again to attract the attention of consumers to try and always buy the product.

Abstract

In the current era, companies need to improve employee performance qualifications in order to compete in increasingly fierce business competition. Employee performance is influenced by several factors that can influence it, including leadership, work ethic, and work discipline. This study aims to analyze the influence jointly or partially between leadership, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance at Kopkar PT Gudang Garam Tbk, "MEKAR" Kediri. This research uses quantitative methods with classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, coefficient of determination, sampling technique is simple random sampling using SPSS version 23 application. This study uses Kopkar Mekar employees as a population of 144 people, and obtained a sample of 59 people with the slovin formula. The conclusions obtained are (1) leadership does not have a strong negative effect on employee performance. (2) there is a strong influence between work ethic on employee performance. (3) there is a strong influence between work discipline on employee performance. (4) leadership, work ethic and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on the performance of Kopkar MEKAR Kediri employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significant effect of work environment, job satisfaction and workload partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Kediri Branch. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach and the type of causal relationship research, with the sampling technique using the Slovinn formula, the sample size in this study as many as 52 employees and the data analysis technique using descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with SPSS Version 23 software. The results of this study are that there is a significant effect between work environment and workload on employee performance, there is no significant effect between job satisfaction on employee performance, there is a simultaneous significant effect between work environment, job satisfaction, and workload on the performance of employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Kediri Branch.
