Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the prospects of the Islamic economy in Indonesia during the Prabowo-Gibran leadership era, identify the opportunities and challenges faced, and formulate strategy recommendations to encourage comprehensive and sustainable Islamic economic growth. Using a qualitative approach through literature study, this study collects and analyzes various related literature sources, such as books, journals, research reports, and other relevant written sources. This research also examines Prabowo-Gibran's vision, mission, and work program related to the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia. The results showed that the Prabowo-Gibran leadership era had great opportunities in the development of the Islamic banking and finance industry, the Islamic economic sector in the fields of trade, halal tourism, and MSMEs, as well as increasing public literacy and education about the Islamic economy. Supportive regulations and policies, financing, and Islamic economic diplomacy in the global arena are also important prospects in this era. However, the main challenges faced include the availability of competent human resources, competition with conventional economic systems, and harmonization of policies between the center and the regions. This research provides recommendations for strategies that can be applied by the Prabowo-Gibran administration to optimize opportunities and overcome challenges in the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia

Abstract

The establishment of various Sharia financial institutions and the issuance of Sharia-based financial instruments marked the development of the Sharia financial system. Shariah financial institutions were established to promote and develop Islamic principles. They have roles in the world economy, especially the economy of a country, which can help the community, such as providing financial services, promoting economic progress, carrying out social activities, well-being, and economic justice. To reach the expected conclusions and results, this study uses a type of descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques using library studies. With a population of over 270 million, a Muslim majority, and Islamic economic potential, especially Shariah finance, Indonesia is still seen as a country with great potential for prosperity

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the equivalent of the word entrepreneurship in English. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, it is called entrepreneurship. The word entrepreneur comes from the French word entrepreneur which means adventurer, risk taker, contractor, businessman (a person who undertakes a particular job), and a creator who sells his creations. Business success is a company's ability to create and distribute wealth and its differentiation, which is usually related to innovation. A business is said to be successful if it makes a profit because profit is the goal of people doing business. Failure is a normal thing in business. Statistics prove that almost 50% of start-up businesses fail, especially in the first five years of turning the wheels of business. However, failure can be an early milestone on the way to success. To achieve success, a person needs management, or a sequence of actions as strategic steps so that the expected target is achieved

Abstract

The issues of poverty, unemployment, and income inequality pose serious challenges to governments across various countries, influenced not only by economic factors but also by sociocultural aspects and the availability of human resources. This research aims to explore the role of entrepreneurial motivation and its impact on the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through a comprehensive literature review. The study identifies four critical stages in the entrepreneurial process—preparation, implementation, maintenance, and business development. Each stage requires strong motivation and in-depth analysis of the conditions faced by MSMEs. By analyzing relevant literature, this research provides new insights for MSME entrepreneurs to manage their businesses more effectively in pursuit of economic sustainability. The primary contribution of this research is to highlight the importance of entrepreneurial motivation as a catalyst for MSME development and an effective strategy in supporting local and national economic growth. By enhancing understanding of the factors influencing MSME success, this study aims to provide a foundation for public policies that support sustainable development in the MSME sector
