<![CDATA[The Simple Additive Weighting method is used to create an information system that can provide recommendations as the right decision-making method. This method is suitable for the decision-making process because it can determine the weight value for each attribute, then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of the best alternatives. In addition, the advantage of the Simple Additive Weighting model compared to other decision-making models lies in its ability to make a more precise assessment because it is based on predetermined criteria values and preference weights. The total change in value generated by the Simple Additive Weighting method is very relevant for solving decision-making problems.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of cooperatives, as stated by Tulus Tambunan from the center for industrial and SME studies (www.ikadin-indonesia.or.id) in Indonesia is progressing rapidly, this certainly supports economic development in society. Therefore, the Government continues to support the development of cooperatives and is expected to play an important role in achieving the success of national development in the economic sector, both in the formal and informal sectors. Cooperative is a form of business that is social based on togetherness to improve the welfare of members and society. Indonesian cooperatives are a collection of people, not a collection of capital so that profits are not the main target in managing cooperatives, the benefits received by members take precedence over profits. Cooperative membership is voluntary and based on common interests as economic actors. The success of cooperatives lies in the participation of members (Mahri, 2004) so that it can be said that member participation is the strength to build advanced and prosperous cooperatives.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to investigate user satisfaction and usability of e-catalogs in the context of procurement effectiveness in the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL) environment. Utilizing a qualitative approach and literature review, survey data and in-depth interviews were obtained to analyze challenges and factors affecting e-catalog usage. Findings reveal that the majority of users experience difficulties in using e-catalogs, particularly regarding navigation and user interface complexity. This complexity is associated with inadequate training and lack of clear guidelines. Furthermore, user satisfaction with e-catalogs correlates with usability and availability of adequate information. Thus, simplifying the user interface and enhancing information accessibility are identified as key steps to improve procurement effectiveness in the TNI AL environment.]]>

<![CDATA[This Space Security System is a system that utilizes the existing Internet Network to monitor a room remotely or from a different location. With the aim of making it easier to limit employee access rights and monitor the presence of people in the room.So the author made a room security system tool using the Internet of Things (IOT) which was implemented at the Demak Regency Communication and Information Service. The way this system works is only employees who have access rights who can enter the room by attaching an RFID card to the RFID Reader sensor, and the way the PIR sensor works is to monitor human presence, when there is infrared or human emission it will send data to the web if it is in the room has people and the red LED lights up and the buzzer sounds, while the push button button is when the push button button is pressed the solenoid will open. By making this design, it will help improve room security at the Demak Regency Communication and Information Service, especially the Encryption Room]]>

<![CDATA[The Regional Asset Management Agency (BKAD) of North Sumatra Province still uses a manual file management system for financial reports, namely by using physical folders. This system is considered to be ineffective and inefficient, and has a high risk of file damage or loss. This can lead to delays in the preparation of financial reports. This study aims to design a computerized file management information system for financial reports. This system is expected to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and accountability of financial file management in BKAD. This system is designed using a structured database to store financial file information. Stakeholders can easily find the information they need through this system.]]>

<![CDATA[Technology has undergone significant and rapid change with the transition from self-managed data centers to visualized infrastructure. Data archiving has a very important role because it can make it easier to process data quickly and accurately. Web-based information systems have become an integral part of digital transformation in various industrial sectors. By providing centralized access to computing resources, data storage, and applications over the internet, the cloud provides significant freedom and flexibility. Web-based information systems bring great benefits to organizations that successfully adopt them. While challenges such as security and regulatory compliance need to be overcome, the opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency make cloud-based information systems a strategic choice in a company's digital transformation roadmap. Several institutional companies and individuals have used web-based archiving but it has not been effective. For this reason, a good archiving system is needed that makes it easier to search and process data. Web-Based Archiving Management Information System which will provide convenience in processing data to be more effective and accurate. Apart from that, it can also save time and better manage reports and decision making within the Company.]]>
