Abstract

This study aims to determine the income of broiler chicken farmers in the open house partnership scheme in Dampang Village, Gantarang Subdistrict, Bulukumba Regency. The population of broiler chicken farmers utilizing this partnership scheme in Dampang Village, Gantarang Subdistrict, Bulukumba Regency, consists of seven individuals. The research employed a census approach, where the entire population was considered as the sample, and a quantitative method was used. The study results revealed the income earned by the farmers over three periods in Dampang Village, Gantarang Subdistrict, Bulukumba Regency, as follows: Respondent 1, with a population of 4000, earned Rp. 61,815,283; Respondent 2, with a population of 2500, earned Rp. 53,008,671; Respondent 3, with a population of 4000, earned Rp. 55,974,445; Respondent 4, with a population of 3500, earned Rp. 65,794,186; Respondent 5, with a population of 5000, earned Rp. 82,527,734; Respondent 6, with a population of 2500, earned Rp. 35,764,064; and Respondent 7, with a population of 3000, earned Rp. 60,972,701.

Abstract

Banyaknya pengguna internet khususnya di Indonesia memberikan peluang atau kesempatan yang besar bagi para pelaku bisnis untuk menciptakan belanja online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi diskon, dan kepercayaan konsumen serta promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang menggunakan Shopee. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 140 responden. Pada penelitian ini teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26.0. Dari hasil penelitian ini terungkap bahwa variabel discount, promosi dan kepercayaan konsumen secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian shoser mahasiswa manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. Dari penelitian ini variabel yang paling dominan adalah promosi sebesar 5,975%.Abstrak The large number of internet users, especially in Indonesia, provides a great opportunity or opportunity for business people to create online shopping. This study aims to determine the effect of promotional discounts, and consumer trust and promotions on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were management students at the Faculty of Economics, University of KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang uses Shopee. Quantitative research method used in this study. The data source used is primary data. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 140 respondents. In this study, the analysis technique applied was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26.0 software. From the results of this study, it was revealed that the variables of discount, promotion and consumer trust simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Shopee users for management students at the Faculty of Economics, KH University. A. Wahab Hasbullah. From this study the most dominant variable is promotion.

Abstract

One of the most important assets owned by a company is human resources because they have an influence on the company's survival. Employees in a company need to be provided with a comfortable workplace in order to produce optimal performance. The work environment is an important thing for companies to pay attention to and is one of the factors determining employee performance. The aim of this research is to find out how the work environment, employee performance and the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT Toba Surimi Industries Plant I. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 116 employees at PT Toba Surimi Industries Plant I. Based on the research that has been carried out, an equation was obtained regression Y=40,404+0.438X. The results of the research state that the work environment and employee performance at PT Toba Surimi Industries Plant I have a moderate positive relationship with a value of 0.438 and the work environment influences employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the five C's of credit on the credit providing process at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Kajoalalido Makassar. The variables used in this research are character, capacity, capital, collateral and economic conditions as independent variables and the credit providing process as the dependent variable. This research uses a quantitative approach and data analysis methods using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of data analysis in this research show that the variables character, capacity, capital, and collateral do not have a significant effect on the credit providing process. Meanwhile, the condition of economic variable has a positive and significant effect on the credit providing process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the halal label and brand image on the decision to purchase Wardah cosmetics with religiosity as the variable that moderates the relationship. The analysis used is the Smart PLS application program version 3.0. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta. This research is a causality study with independent variables which include Halal Label and Brand Image and the dependent variable includes purchasing decisions. The population used is all consumers who have used or are currently using Wardah cosmetic products in the city of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 250 respondents and analyzed using the SEM approach. The results of the data analysis show that the halal label has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Religiosity influences brand image on purchasing decisions positively and significantly. Abstract

The General Border Committee (GBC) has played a significant role in informing collaboration between Indonesia and Malaysia in handling the issue of drug trafficking at the Entikong Border Crossing Point from 2020 to 2022. This joint effort is of utmost importance in effectively battling transnational crimes at the shared border of both nations. International crimes, including drug smuggling, human trafficking, and terrorism, have been recognized as a significant threat to the security and defense of the border region in question. The objective of this study is to analyze the collaboration between Indonesia and Malaysia, which was facilitated by the GBC, in their efforts to address drug trafficking at the PLBN Entikong border crossing between 2020 and 2021. The study utilized a qualitative research methodology with a descriptive approach. The findings of this study indicate that GBC serves as a strategic cooperation forum aimed at fostering peace, particularly along the Indonesia-Malaysia border. Its primary objective is to safely guard the border against illegal activities, including drug trafficking. The collaboration between Indonesia and Malaysia through GBC continues to evolve through regular meetings, which are designed to address and mitigate illicit drug trafficking activities, ultimately contributing to global peace. Through GBC, both countries have reached an agreement to prioritize collaboration by mobilizing their respective agencies to tackle various forms of legal violations that take place at the shared border.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health in oil palm plantations is not only very important for workers, but occupational safety and health determines the productivity of a job. Occupational health as an aspect or element of health that is closely related to the work environment and work which can directly or indirectly affect work efficiency and productivity. The aim of the research is to explain the Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health at the PT X North Sumatra Palm Oil Factory. The research method used is descriptive analysis to identify an overview of the implementation of occupational safety and health at Palm Oil Factory PT X North Sumatera Those who had a health check were 24 people or (72.7%) respondents and those who did not have a health check were 9 people or (27.3%) respondents. Use of PPE: 28 people used PPE or (84.8%) respondents and 5 people did not use PPE or (15.2%) respondents. There were 31 people who complied with working hours or (93.9%) respondents and 2 people who did not meet the requirements or (6.1%) respondents. The conclusion in this study is that respondents comply with work regulations, use PPE as personal protective equipment, pay more attention to their health, apply work according to K3 regulations by the Palm Oil Factory PT X North Sumatra and is considered very good by the employees themselves.

Abstract

This research aims to provide the influence of incentives and motivation on the performance of government employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study used 59 government employees at the North Tapanuli Food Security Service. This research uses statistical analysis consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear tests. The data was run using SPSS version 20 software . The research results showed that incentives had a positive effect on the performance of government employees, but not significantly. The research results also show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of government employees. Then the test results also prove that incentives and motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on the performance of government employees at the North Tapanuli Food Security Service. In this case, may state civil servants use incentives to increase employee motivation or state civil servants conduct further research on why incentives do not have a significant effect on the performance of government employees at the North Tapanuli Food Security Service.

Abstract

The quality of employee performance is affected by the amount of wages and allowance provided by the company. Amount of salary earned by employees in CV. X is directly proportional to the quality of work performance. The aim of this research is to find out how the amount of salary earned affects the performance of employees in CV. X. The technique used in collecting data is through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data. Data samples are taken by using a random sampling technique with 10 indicator questions. The amount of samples used is 70 respondents. This research uses qualitative data analysis obtained from interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Based on the result obtained on this research, the amount of salary affects the quality of the employees' performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of hexagon fraud theory on the tendency of fraudulent village fund management in Kerinci Regency with religiosity as a moderation variable. Based on the type of data, this research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire, which was carried out by dividing a list of questions to respondents so that these respondents provided answers. The results of this study are that the variables of capability, opportunity, and ego have a significant effect on the tendency of fraud in village fund management in Kerinci Regency. While the variables stimulus, collusion, rationalization do not affect the tendency of fraud in village fund management in Kerinci Regency. Furthermore, the variable of religiosity is only able to moderate the influence between opportunity and fraud tendencies. While the variables stimulus, capability, collusion, rationalization, and ego, religiosity is unable to moderate its effect on the tendency of fraud in village fund management in Kerinci Regency.
