Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out what are Tiga Putra Farm's marketing strategies in offering oyster mushroom products through online media and (2) analyze the difference in acceptance between online and offline sales. This research used a case study method on the Tiga Putra Farm oyster mushroom cultivation business in Anduonohu ​​Village, Poasia District, Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi with the business owner being the informant in the study. The analytical method used an interactive analysis model then analyzed the online oyster mushroom marketing strategy with STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) and Marketing Mix/4P analysis, then analyzed the differences in acceptance of the Tiga Putra Farm oyster mushroom business offline and online using T-Test analysis (Independent Sample Test).

Abstract

Technological developments have changed the business landscape in various sectors, including the hospitality industry. Hotel companies are now increasingly relying on digital marketing strategies to achieve a competitive advantage in an increasingly competitive market. Puri Asri Hotel Magelang is a company engaged in the provision of services and accommodation. This research aims to explore how the implementation of digital marketing by the marketing department of Puri Asri hotel can help generate competitive advantage, focusing on the communication aspect through digital marketing communication. The research conducted by the author uses a qualitative approach and observation method where the author conducts an internship at the company. By using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat). The results showed that the use of digital marketing in the hospitality industry has provided a significant competitive advantage. Through digital platforms such as social media, websites, and email campaigns, hotel companies can increase their reach to potential guests, strengthen brand image, and increase interaction with customers. Appropriate and targeted communication through digital channels has also helped hotel companies to be more responsive to customer feedback, allowing for quick adjustments to changing market needs. Abstract

The negative effects of the Covid-19 pandemic have been felt by international trade players in Indonesia. The coronavirus outbreak that spread at the end of 2019 has hit economic activities including foreign investment in the health and social work sector in Indonesia. Decreased investment will lead to reduced employment and encourage increased unemployment in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in exchange rates and foreign investment in the health sector and social workers before the pandemic with during the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This research method uses quantitative research, using secondary data obtained from BPS and Bank Indonesia publications. The data used is cross-time data, namely 2017-2019 and 2020-2022. The data analysis method uses the Paired Sample Test. The results showed that the value of foreign investment in the health and social work sector had no significant difference between the 3-year period before the Covid-19 pandemic and the 3-year period during the Covid-19 pandemic. The average growth of investment in the pre-pandemic period was 74.42 per cent, which was greater than during the pandemic period, which was 34.75 per cent. The exchange rate of the rupiah against the U$ dollar has a significant difference between the 3-year period before the Covid-19 pandemic and the 3-year period of the Covid-19 pandemic. The average exchange rate of the rupiah during the pre-pandemic period was IDR 13,919, this was lower than during the pandemic which was IDR 14,538.

Abstract

Business processes today cannot be separated from the role of technology such as production to accelerate it, on the other hand such as media social to improve marketing. Businesses which does not adopt technology in their business will be left behind. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation and family background to technopreneur intention by college student in Tembalang subdistrict, Semarang. This study is quantitative research by approaching data collection through questioner with the number of sample 261 respondent from college student in Polytechnic State of Semarang. By using multiple linear regression analysis tools with regression equation produced Y = 1.783 + 0.412 X1 + 0.313 X2. With T-test result obtained motivation significant Sig =, family background Sig =. It shows partially motivation and family background significantly influence technopreneur intention. The result of F-test obtained by Sig=0.000 which shows simultaneously variable of motivation and family background significantly influence technopreneur intention.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the internal and external factors that are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the marketing of UD. Sederhana banana chips during the Covid-19 pandemic in Konda District, South Konawe Regency, (2) know the marketing strategy of UD banana chips. Simple during the Covid-19 pandemic in Konda District, South Konawe Regency. This research is a case study design research in the UD home industry. Simple, located in Konda District, South Konawe Regency. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively, which was then analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the strength factor in UD. Simple is greater than weakness, and the opportunity factor is greater than the threat factor. The results of the analysis on the SWOT diagram show the position in quadrant I, which means that home industries tend to be profitable to use their internal strengths by using their strengths and opportunities to minimize weaknesses and threats, so that is the right strategy for marketing banana chips at UD. Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the marketing mix strategy of hydroponic business products during the Covid-19 period in Kendari City. This research was conducted in Bonggoeya, Wua-wua sub-district, Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi. This research takes place from October 2021 to April 2022. The object of this research is the Horti Parrot hydroponic business. This research uses case study method with descriptive qualitative data analysis. This study aims to find out the marketing mix strategy used by the parrot hydroponic business during the Covid-19 pandemic by looking at product, price, place and promotion strategies. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interviews and recording. From the results of research on Nuri Horti's hydroponic business products during the Covid-19 pandemic in Kendari City by meeting the demand for the types of vegetables that are in demand, giving discounts to customers, distributing their products to customers according to health protocols, and promoting products using social media WhatsApp and Facebook. Abstract

This research aims to determine the difference in income between grouped and non-grouped farmers. Research data collection took place from May to July 2022. The population in this study was 161 people, the sample was determined using the Slovin formula, where 61 farmers were grouped and 28 farmers were not grouped. The data in the research are primary data and secondary data using observation and interview techniques. The research results show that the role of farmer groups is very important in increasing group income, the total income of group farmers is IDR 658,064,499; with an average value of IDR 10,787,943; and the income of non-group farmers is IDR 243,538,000; with an average of IDR 8,679,786.

Abstract

Hostel is a type of accommodation that provides shared living spaces for travelers and students. Hostels usually offer dormitory-style rooms with multiple bedrooms as well as shared bathrooms. Students living in hostel share their space with each other. A hostel for student is a type of accommodation provided by educational institutions. In addition to offering accommodations, a hostel caters to the fundamental necessities of students. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the challenges encountered by female students who live in the University of Agriculture Faisalabad’s hostel and the effect of these problems on academic performance of female students residing in hostels. The study further identified several common problems faced by female students, including inadequate infrastructure and facilities, limited social support, difficulties in managing academic workload, and issues related to privacy and personal space. There are 10 female hostels in University of Agriculture Faisalabad, out of which 5 female hostels were selected randomly. From each hostel 25 students were selected through random sampling technique. A well-developed questionnaire was used to collect data. Collected data was analyzed by using Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS). Results of the study showed that more than half (58%) of the respondents were between 25 to 30 years old. Large majority (70%) of the respondents were in master. Large majority (85%) of the respondents belonged to urban areas. Lack of privacywith mean value 4.33, lack of variety in meal optionswith mean value 4.30, high cost of accommodationwith mean value 4.29 were the common problems faced by female students in the hostel. Irregular sleep patterns was at rank ordered on 1st positionand it showed that the responses fell between the agree to strongly agree and tending towards the agree with mean value 4.38, mental exhaustionwith mean value 4.40 were major impact of hostel life on physical health of female students. Restriction and limited freedom with mean value 4.53, stereotypingwith mean value 4.40 were main social problems faced by female students residing in the hostel. It was concluded that numerous troubles and obstacles including lack of privacy, medical facilities, money related emergencies, alteration issues, individual weakness, distress, changes in eating and rest propensities, and many other issueswere encountered by female students in their hostel life. Effective solutions should be addressed to improve the living conditions of female students living in university hostels.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the marketing channels for cayenne pepper, profits, margins, costs and marketing efficiency of cayenne pepper in Lalemba Village, Lawa District, West Muna Regency. The results of this research show that there is 1 marketing channel for cayenne pepper in Lalemba Village, Lawa District, West Muna Regency, namely: Farmers, Traders, Collectors Consumer.The marketing margin for the channel is IDR 10,000/Kg. Meanwhile, the profit from the marketing channel is IDR 6,953.4/Kg or the total profit for a month is IDR 1,043,010 Kg, this is because the marketing channel for cayenne pepper in Lalemba Village, Lawa District, West Muna Regency only has one marketing channel. The results of this analysis show that the percentage share of the price received by farmers (Farmer's Share) from the marketing of cayenne pepper in Lalemba Village, Lawa District, West Muna Regency is efficient, indicated by an FS value above 50%, namely FS = 84%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, work discipline and compensation on the productivity of SME employees in the agricultural sector. The data used in this research uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data to determine the monthly production capacity carried out by agricultural sector employees. The population in this study were Setia Mamur employees, while the sample in this study consisted of 40 respondents, all of whom were Setia Makmur employees in Malang district. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, with the SPSS 25 analysis tool. This research shows that motivation has no effect on employee productivity, work discipline has an effect on employee productivity, and compensation has an effect on employee productivity.
