Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the consumer decision-making process in purchasing snack products at the store of Rumah Cemilan Kendari in Kadia District, Kendari City, and (2) find out the factors that influence consumer decisions in purchasing snack products at the store of Rumah Cemilan Kendari in Kadia District, Kendari City. The determination of the location of this study was carried out purposively. The population of this study was an unknown number of snack food consumers. The sample of this study was determined by accidental sampling technique, and the number of samples was 50 respondents data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) when making consumer decisions on snack products at the store of Rumah Cemilan Kendari, consumers know the need to snack with their families. Hence, they search for information about snack products that meet their requirements. Most get information from friends where the focus of attention is affordable prices, product durability, and product flavour variants. (2) Factors that consumers consider in purchasing decisions for snack products at The store of Rumah Cemilan Kendari are taste, low prices, and clean and comfortable store locations.

Abstract

PSAK 71 is officially effective in 2020, banking issuers are required to include the formation of CKPN. This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of PSAK 71 against the allowance for impairment losses at Regional Government Bank West Kalimantan (PT BPD KALBAR). The data analysis of this research was carried out from 2020-2022. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study are the determination of CKPN, recognition, and measurement of CKPN PT. BPD Kalbar compliance with PSAK 71. PT. BPD Kalbar recognizes and measures allowance for losses for financial instruments totaling ECL - 12 months if credit risk is low and there is no significant increase. On the other hand, PT. BPD Kalbar will recognize and measure the allowance for losses for financial instruments based on the ECL lifetime of the financial instrument if the credit risk of the financial instrument has experienced a significant increase from the time of initial recognition. PT. BPD Kalbar uses forward-looking information.

Abstract

This research aims to determine production management of mustard greens farming. Sampling was carried out using the census method on 25 farmers. The data collected is in the form of primary and secondary data, descriptive data analysis to look at produvtion management. The result of the research show that the production management carried out by farmers in mustard greens farming is in the form of aaspect 1). Palnning includes land use, ose of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, determining planting time, and sources of capital. Farming management is carried out using family labor. 2). Organization of mustard greens farming is related to the farmer’s responsibility in mananging business. Because the size of the bisiness land is mall, the farmer and his wife are in charge of managing ir from land processing to harvetst, 3). Aspects of implementation in mustard greens farming, farmens have implemented cultivation technology well, 4). Evaluation of this aspect has not been carried out properly.

Abstract

This study aims to Determine the combination of optimal production of various types of ice cream products that generate profits that are maximal in business X ice cream and determine the maximum profit at the business X ice cream with the formulation of the optimisation model, as well as knowing the sensitivity of changes in input prices and output the optimal solution is generated. This research was conducted on the business of Ice Cream X in the Village of Rimbo Kedui, South Seluma district, Seluma Regency Bengkulu Province, held in September –October 2020. The Data in this research is primary data obtained through interviews with business owners. Data analysis was performed using the analysis tools of linear programming. The results of the research show the combination that produces the maximum profit in the form of a company should manufacture ice cream in 1350 packs, chocolate ice cream in 900 packs, ice cream mango flavour 960 wraps, ice cream flavours melon 1050 wrap, and chocolate ice cream-strawberry 745 wraps. Also, do not produce more flavours of vanilla ice cream-strawberry, ice cream, vanilla chocolate. By producing such a combination, the X ice cream business will get a maximum profit of Rp. 7.710.266,-

Abstract

This research aims to examine the advantages and positioning of MyNitro PT Widya Inovasi Indonesia (Widya Robotics). With the development of increasingly sophisticated technology and changing people's habits, MyNitro products have been adapted to meet consumer needs. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods and data collection is carried out through observation and analysis assignments during internships. MyNitro has a self-service system and cashless payments as a competitive advantage. Based on the results of Porter's Five Forces analysis, it was found that competition in the MyNitro industry tends to be moderate, this is known from the number of competitors in Indonesia, namely GreenNitrogen which is a competitor of MyNitro.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on consumer attitude and the influence of consumer attitude on continuance intention among mobile payment users in Indonesia. Primary data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to mobile payment users. Partial least squares–structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) is used to test the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on consumer attitude as well as the influence of consumer attitude on continuance intention of mobile payment. The results of this research are that perceived usefulness was found to have no effect on consumer attitude and continuance intention of mobile payment. Perceived ease of use was found to have a significant positive effect on consumer attitude. Likewise, consumer attitude was found to have a significant positive effect on the continuance intention of mobile payment.

Abstract

This paper investigates the impact of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Third Party Funds, Operating Expenses to Operating Income Ratio, Loan-to-Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and fintech adoption on bank performance, of banks in Indonesia across 107 banks grouped into 4 KBMI categories. The data period for our study is from October 2021 to March 2022. The performance of banks in this paper is measured by ROA (Return on Assets) and NIM (Net Interest Margin). We employ regression analysis for our study. Our main findings are as follows. First, we found that CAR, Third Party Funds, Operating Expenses to Operating Income Ratio, LDR, NPL, significantly influence ROA, while fintech adoption does not significantly affect ROA. Second, we found that CAR, Third Party Funds, NPL, and Operating Expenses to Operating Income Ratio significantly influence NIM, whereas the adoption of DPK and fintech does not significantly affect NIM. Finally, our control variables indicate that inflation significantly influences ROA, while inflation towards NIM and growth towards ROA and NIM do not significantly affect them.

Abstract

Tight competition in the era of globalization requires many companies to carry out their operational activities efficiently and effectively to maintain their existence. Accounting information systems will significantly help the effectiveness and efficiency of company performance. This research analyzes and tests aspects that influence the performance of accounting information systems, including user involvement, user capabilities, user training and education, and formalization of information system development. This research will see how influential these aspects are on the performance of accounting information systems in the researched topic. This study uses a saturated sampling technique method. The population in the study were all employees of the accounting department who use the IT system and the finance department at PT. Perdana Adhi Lestari, with 35 employees as respondents. Data processing using the SPSS application version 25. The findings of this research are that User Involvement, User Capabilities, User Training and Education, and Formalization of Information System Development have positive and significant effects on Accounting Information System Performance.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the supports for economic resilience which have an important role in the sustainable economic growth of society as a whole. In the midst of globalization and high competition, MSMEs must be able to face the challenges of globalization and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Flexibility and adaptability play an important role in the sustainability of a business in responding to technological developments, changes in people's habits and increased competition. The Ministry of Industry continues to encourage the small and medium industrial sector to utilize digital technology and transform to improve business performance. The use of digital technology is very important as a form of adaptation for MSME players in improving business performance in the commitment to business continuity after the Covid-19 pandemic. Flexibility in implementing technological updates is also an important factor in the sustainability of a business in dealing with current and future challenges. Implementation is not that easy, so MSMEs need to apply a business reengineering model to apply digital technology as one of the strategies in implementing supply chain management in relation to establishing a Sustainability model. This research used a sample of 100 respondents with positions as owners or managers of MSMEs who have adapted to digital technology. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. This research provides a positive contribution to MSME actors in the form of models, methods and suggestions for managerial implications.
