Abstract

Purpose:This study was conducted to investigate the role of the marketing mix on customer satisfaction at UD. Darma Suci Grosir Denpasar. The target population includes a total of 75,270 people.Methodology:Through sampling, 99 consumers participated in the study. Empirical data were obtained using a questionnaire and then analyzed using a multiple linear regression approach.Findings:The research findings confirm that product, price, place, and promotion have a positive and significant relationship, both partially and simultaneously, with customer satisfaction at UD. Darma Suci Grosir Denpasar. Suggestions include the importance of improving product quality and variety, establishing pricing strategies that align with consumer purchasing power, operating in strategic locations, and marketing products online through social media platforms.Implication:This study contributes positively to the marketing management literature and practically to UD. Darma Suci Grosir Denpasar is improving its marketing mix strategy to create highly satisfied customers. This study also guides future researchers to examine other determinants that influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose:The development of tourism in Bali has changed consumer consumption patterns, triggering intense competition in the accommodation, restaurant, and cafe industry. This requires businesses to innovate their marketing strategies to win. This study aims to evaluate the impact of digital marketing, store atmosphere, and product variety on purchasing decisions, using a case study of Warung Mina Dalung.Methodology:The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with 96 respondents and multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review, and analyzed using validity and reliability tests and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.Findings:The findings show that all three tested variables significantly influence purchasing decisions, both simultaneously and partially. The three observed factors explain 26.9%, while other factors influence 73.1%.Implication:Multiple linear regression analysis shows that digital marketing, store atmosphere, and product variety significantly influence purchasing decisions, with a positive influence at Warung Mina Dalung.

Abstract

Purpose:This study is entitled "Analysis of the Impact of Payroll Accounting and Service Charges on the Work Commitment of Employees at PT. Samaja Bali Villas." The problem discussed in this study is the implementation of work standards based on employee departments that must be met to achieve company goals. This gives rise to different views regarding financial compensation, making the company uncertain about employee perceptions regarding compensation. This study aims to prove whether payroll accounting and service charges influence employee work commitment.Methodology:This study was conducted at PT. Samaja Bali Villas, located at Jl. Kunti II No. 18, Seminyak. The study population included 31 employees of PT. Samaja Bali Villas uses a simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis.Findings:The results achieved in this study are: (1) Payroll accounting at PT. Samaja Bali Villas is considered good and effective, with what employees receive based on their contracts. (2) Service charges at PT. Samaja Bali Villas certainly follow existing government regulations, so that it is effective and efficient in increasing employee work commitment.Implication:This study has implications, namely, the aim of determining the impact of Payroll Accounting and Service Charge on the work commitment of PT. Samaja Bali Villas employees.

Abstract

Purpose:Companies aim to satisfy consumers by understanding their needs and desires. One key to competitive success is continually creating new products and retaining customers through continuous innovation. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of marketing mix and product quality on consumer satisfaction.Methodology:This research was conducted in Jempiring, Bali, in Bangli with a research sample of 96 respondent taken using the Rao Purba formula. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution are suitable for use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and F test).Findings:The research results show that (1) Marketing Mix and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Jempiring Bali in Bangli (2) Marketing Mix has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Jempiring Bali in Bangli. This means that the better or improved ther marketing mix, the greater the consumer satisfaction at Jempiring Bali in Bangli. (3) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Jempiring Bali in BangliImplication:This means that other better or increased the quality products, the greater the consumer satisfaction at Jempiring Bali Bangli.

Abstract

Purpose:This study aims to analyze Indonesia’s energy transition by modeling the integration of solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) while assessing the role of Indonesia–South Korea cooperation in enhancing technological adoption, investment, and energy diplomacy.Methodology:This research employs a multidisciplinary approach combining quantitative mathematical modeling of solar PV–BESS integration with qualitative analysis of Indonesia–South Korea cooperation through international political economy and energy diplomacy frameworks.Findings:The study finds that integrating solar PV with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) could significantly enhance Indonesia’s grid reliability. Mathematical modeling shows that PV–BESS integration improves grid reliability and reduces coal reliance. reduce coal dependency, while Indonesia–South Korea cooperation provides technological, financial, and diplomatic leverage to accelerate the renewable energy transition.Implication:The findings imply that Indonesia should expand rooftop and utility-scale solar PV with BESS to secure the electricity supply, while hybrid systems can cut fuel costs in remote areas. Collaboration with South Korea can further accelerate deployment through technology transfer and local battery production.
