Abstract

Purpose - The existence of green open spaces in the urban area of Kalabahi still requires the availability of land to achieve the target of at least 20% according to the mandate of Law Number 26 of 2007 concerning Spatial Planning and Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2007 concerning Arrangement of Green Open Spaces in Urban Areas.Methodology - This study aims to analyze the functions of green open space management in the urban area of Kalabahi, which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling, as well as analyzing the inhibiting factors of these management functions.Findings - This study used a qualitative research method located at the Alor Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, the Alor Regency Tourism Office, and the Alor Regency Environmental Service. It was studied using the Miles and Huberman analysis technique.Implication - This study found that managing green open spaces in the urban area of Kalabahi has yet to run optimally. This is due to the ineffectiveness of the OPDs managing green open spaces in Alor Regency in carrying out their management functions for green open spaces in the urban area of Kalabahi.

Abstract

Purpose:This research analyzes the factors influencing the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar. This research was conducted to analyze the factors that influence the Rupiah exchange rate against the United States Dollar for the 2020-2022 periodMethodology:This research is based on secondary data, specifically time series data, obtained from reputable sources such as the websites of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, and the Central Statistics Agency. The data were meticulously processed using the robust method of multiple linear regression analysis, ensuring the reliability and validity of the findings.Findings:The results of the research show that inflation has a positive effect and a significant effect on the Rupiah exchange rate, Exports have a negative effect and no significant effect on the Rupiah exchange rate, Imports have a positive effect and have no significant effect on the Rupiah exchange rate, Foreign exchange reserves have a positive effect and have a significant effect on the Rupiah exchange rate Simultaneously or simultaneously Inflation, Exports, Imports and Foreign Exchange Reserves have a significant effect on the rupiah exchange rate.Implication:Inflation, exports, imports and foreign exchange reserves influence the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar. Inflation has a positive impact, while exports have a negative impact, and imports are insignificant. Foreign exchange reserves provide a significant positive impact.

Abstract

Purpose:This research examines and analyzes the influence of work stress, work discipline and work environment on employee performance.Methodology:This research was conducted at Emporio Architect Bali with a sample of 57 respondents, who were taken using saturated sampling techniques. All data obtained from the distribution of the questionnaire is suitable for use. The data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test).Findings:The research results show that work stress, discipline and environment positively and significantly affect employee performance at Emporio Architect Bali. Work stress negatively and significantly affects employee performance at Emporio Architect Bali.Implication:It means that the more work stress increases, the more employee performance at Emporio Architect Bali decreases. Work discipline positively and significantly affects employee performance at Emporio Architect Bali. It means that the more work discipline increases, the more employee performance at Emporio Architect Bali will increase. The work environment positively and significantly affects employee performance at Emporio Architect Bali. It means that the better the work environment is, the more employee performance at Emporio Architect Bali will increase.

Abstract

Purpose:This research examines and analyzes the influence of leadership, physical work environment, and work discipline on employee performance.Methodology:This research was conducted at PT. BPR Mambal, in Abiansemal, Badung, Bali, used saturated sampling techniques to collect a research sample of 36 respondents. The data obtained from the distribution of the questionnaire is suitable for use. The data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test).Findings:The research results showed that (1) it was found that leadership, the physical work environment and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance, and (2) it was obtained that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It means that the better the leadership is, the more employee performance at PT will increase. BPR Mambal, in Abiansemal, Badung, Bali. (3) it was found that the physical work environment positively and significantly affected employee performance. It means that the better the physical work environment, the greater the employee performance at PT. BPR Mambal, in Abiansemal, Badung, Bali (4), found that work discipline positively and significantly affects employee performance.Implication:It means that the more work discipline increases, the more employee performance at PT will increase. Abstract

Purpose:This research aims to test and analyze the influence of financial compensation, work motivation and work stress on employee performance.Methodology:This research was conducted at the Prama Sanur Hotel with a sample of 57 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution is suitable for use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test).Findings:The research results show that (1) Financial compensation, work motivation and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Prama Sanur, and (2) Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Prama Sanur. This means that the greater the financial compensation, the greater the employee performance at the Prama Sanur Hotel. (3) Work motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance at the Prama Sanur Hotel. This means that the more work motivation increases, the more employee performance at the Prama Sanur Hotel will increase. (4) Work stress negatively affects employee performance at the Prama Sanur Hotel.Implication:This means the more work stress increases, the more employee performance at the Prama Sanur Hotel decreases.

All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution is suitable for use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test).Findings:The research results show that (1) Leadership style, work motivation and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar City Public Library, (2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar City Public Library. It means that the better the leadership style, the greater the employee performance at the Denpasar City Public Library. (3) Work motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance at the Denpasar City Public Library. It means that the more work motivation increases, the greater the performance of employees at the Denpasar City Public Library (4). Work stress negatively affects employee performance at the Denpasar City Public Library.Implication:It means that the greater the work stress, the lower the employee performance at the Denpasar City Public Library.

Abstract

Purpose:This research empirically tests the influence of auditor independence and experience on the audit quality of the Badung Regency Government Inspectorate with auditor professional ethics as a moderating variable.Methodology:The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The 36 samples used in this research were obtained using non-probability sampling with the Saturated Sampling method. The primary data source in this research is obtained by distributing questionnaires directly. The data analysis technique used in this research is PLS-SEM (Partial et al. Equation Modeling) analysis with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0 software.Findings:The results of this research show that (1) Auditor independence has a positive effect on the audit quality of the Badung Regency Government Inspectorate, (2) Auditor experience has a positive effect on the audit quality of the Badung Regency Government Inspectorate.Implication:(3) The auditor's professional ethics can moderate the influence of auditor independence on the audit quality of the Badung Regency Government Inspectorate, and (4) The auditor's professional ethics are not able to moderate the influence of the auditor's experience on the audit quality of the Badung Regency Government Inspectorate.

Abstract

Purpose:This research aims to test and analyze the influence of menu variations, location and service quality on purchasing decisions.Methodology:This research was conducted at Terrace Brasserie Canggu with a significant research sample 100 respondents were taken using the Slovin formula. All data obtained from the distribution of the questionnaires are suitable for use. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test).Findings:The results of this research show that (1) Menu variations, location and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu, (2) Menu variations have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu. It means that the more menu variations there are, the more purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu will increase. (3) Location positively and significantly affects purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu. It means that the more strategically the location is, the more purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu will increase. (4) Service quality positively and significantly affects purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu.Implication:This means that the more service quality increases, the more purchasing decisions at Terrace Brasserie Canggu will increase.

Abstract

Purpose:In the competitive business world, customer satisfaction is the main focus for companies. It is not just a goal but also the key to attracting and retaining consumers. This study investigates the influence of service quality and employee performance on customer satisfaction at the Maja Langu Savings and Loans Cooperative, Denpasar.Methodology:64 respondents were successfully obtained by applying the purposive random sampling method and considered representative of the overall sample. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression after undergoing instrument and classical assumption tests. The approach used is quantitative, with a questionnaire as the data collection instrument.Findings:The research results show that service quality and employee performance positively and significantly impact customer satisfaction at KSP Maja Langu, Denpasar. These two factors individually have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfactionImplication:These findings have important implications for the management and employees of KSP Maja Langu in maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction. Improving service quality and employee performance will help increase customer satisfaction at the Maja Langu Denpasar Savings and Loans Cooperative.

Abstract

Purpose:The phenomenon that occurred in 2019, PT. Adaro Energy Tbk. Do something avoidance related to payment tax by implementing transfer pricing through the branch. The Company is located in Singapore and is called Coaltrade Services International. From 2009-2017, information via child company pays tax amounting to 125 million USD or Rp. 1.75 trillion ( exchange rate Rp. 14,000) or more small from it should be charged in Indonesia. Study This aims To analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility, Profitability, liquidity and Leverage on aggressiveness tax on IDX30 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2022.Methodology:This study is based on a deep data study, using secondary data from IDX30 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022. 13 companies were included in the study and selected through a purposive sampling method. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression, a statistical technique used to analyze the relationship between multiple independent variables and a dependent variable.Findings:Research results show that corporate social responsibility positively and significantly impacts aggressiveness tax. Implication:On the other hand, Profitability, liquidity, and Leverage are not influential factors in aggressive tax.
