Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of product quality and distribution channels on purchasing decisions at PT Putra Jaya Nanas Blitar. Types of quantitative research. Data collrction techniques primary data and secondary data, the number of samples is 100 responden at PT Putra Jaya Nanas Blitar. The analysis techniques are Validity Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The result of multiple linier regression research Y= 4,430 + 0,316X1 + 0,792X2 and the result of the t-test of product quality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Distribution channels have a significant effect on purchasing decisions the result of the F test obtained the result of Fcount with a significance value of 0,000<0,05.

Abstract

This article discusses the complex phenomenon of poverty from both a conventional and Islamic perspective, which is one of the biggest social challenges faced by global society. Poverty is not only an economic problem, but also has a broad and serious impact on health, education, access to resources and opportunities for a decent life. Through qualitative research, this article outlines the factors that cause poverty and explores various strategies and policies that can be adopted by governments, non-governmental organizations and civil society to address poverty effectively. With a better understanding of the complexities of poverty and efforts to overcome it, it is hoped that concrete steps can be taken to reduce inequality and provide fairer opportunities for all individuals in society.

Abstract

Managing mosque funds is an important part of running it development activities, existing activities and covering all aspects socio-economic society. However, the main problem is deep management of the funds of the Mosque At-Taufiq and Mosque Al-Ittihad is management funds that are not yet effeccctive and efficient and socio-economic coditions that are not yet possible realized optimally for society. The purpose of this thesis: 1. To understand the management of funds at the Mosque At-Taufiq and Mosque At-Ittihad. 2. To find out the socio-economics of the At-Taufiq Mosque and Al-Ittihad Mosque in Murni Village, Jambi City. Researchers use descriptive qualitative methods, namely methods that will analyze and examine data from mosque. Researchers collect data in the form of data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. The research show: 1. The form of fund management the two Murni Village Mosques use management, namely planning, organizing, actuating and controlling, where in managing mosque funds there are several things that must be done attention, namely transparency, accountability, fund collection (reception system funds, fund storage system, fund reporting system, disbursement system and incoming funds) and distribution of funds. 2. Running socio-economics in the At-Taufiq Mosque and Al-Ittihad Mosque have functions int the same field Idarah, Imarah sector and Riayah Sector. It is hoped that the results of this research will be useful for increasing knowledge, insight and input for parties both mosque and the community so they can know how to manage funds the correct mosque by using functions and principles Management for managing mosque funds or managing mosque funds can be carry out the socio-economic funds is an activity that very good for society.

Abstract

The development of trade in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase, especially in the fashion and accessories trading business. The Indonesian Muslim community today is increasingly aware of the importance of the fashion aspect which does not only involve choosing clothes, but is also related to style and trends, even when they wear the hijab. The high intensity of purchasing Muslim fashion through e-commerce in recent years and how important it is to fulfill lifestyle needs without forgetting one's religious identity. Judging from the above phenomenon, religiosity is a consideration when making decisions to purchase Muslim fashion. The aim of this research is to find out how religiosity influences Muslim clothing purchasing decisions. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents, this research used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire, and the sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method using the Slovin formula. The data obtained was then processed using the SPSS 25 application. The results of this research show that the selbelsar t value was 2.429 and the selbelsar significance value was 0.017 at a significance level of 0.05. The conclusion of the results obtained is a value of 0.017 < 0.05, so a hypothesis is obtained which states "Religiosity has a positive influence on the purchasing decision variable and the buying of Muslim clothing..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction of Wardah beauty products in Surabaya. The data collection technique in this study is using the probability sampling method with a simple random sampling technique by taking random samples. The sample in this study used 100 respondents who were users of Wardah beauty products in Surabaya. The result of this study is that price has an influence on consumer satisfaction, as evidenced by the results of a partial research test (T) where the price variable has a sign value. 0.000 < 0,05, and the t-value is 17,482 > 1,984. And product quality has an influence on consumer satisfaction, as evidenced by the results of the Partial (T) research test, where the Product Quality variable has a significant value. 0.000 < 0.05, and the t-value is calculated 17,366 > 1,984. Meanwhile, in the results of the simultaneous research test (F), the price and quality of the product have a sign value. 0.000 < 0.05 and the f-value is calculated 186,267 > 3,089, so it can be concluded in this study that price and product quality simultaneously have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty of ATM card users at BSB Syariah KCP UIN Raden Fatah Palembang through satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research uses primary data with a quantitative approach in the form of distributing questionnaires with a sample collection method using purposive sampling with the Hair et.al formula which received as many as 150 respondents. The research instrument testing technique uses SEM-PLS using an analysis tool in the form of SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of this research show that: (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (2) perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (4) perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (5) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (6) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable; (7) perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing population in Indonesia which will further increase the need for housing in the future. This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing mix on customer decisions to choose BSI Griya at BSI KCP Natar bank. The method used is a quantitative method. Using primary and secondary data. The population of this study were BSI KCP Natar Bank customers who took BSI Griya financing products as many as 86 respondents with calculations using the slovin formula. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods assisted by SPSS 25 software. The results showed that all Marketing mix variables (Product, price, location, promotion, employees, physical evidence, and process) had a positive and significant effect with a significance value <0.05. Product has a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, Price significance value of 0.00 <0.05, Location significance value of 0.00 <0.05, Promotion significance value of 0.001 <0.05, Employees significance value of 0.00 <0.05, Physical evidence significance value of 0.00 <0.05, Process significance value of 0.00 <0.05. and the calculated F value of 1034.606> 2.129 with a significance of 0.00 so that the Marketing mix (Product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process) simultaneously has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, business development is occurring rapidly. The growth of various businesses is happening everywhere. The number of hotels currently available is increasing, both conventional and sharia, which is causing market competition to become increasingly fierce. Every consumer has a wide choice of products or services that they want to choose according to their individual wishes. Facilities and services are one of the factors that influence the quality of consideration of consumers or visitors in choosing hotel and lodging services. The aim of the research is to find out how the principles of Islamic Business Ethics are applied at Sharia Hotels in Jambi City, especially at OYO 2899 Ardilia Syariah Airport, Jambi City. The method used in this research is a data analysis method which refers to data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that facilities and services influence the application of Islamic business ethics principles in each Sharia Hotel.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of musyarakah contracts in the Islamic banking system in Indonesia. The main focus of the study is to analyze the implementation mechanisms, challenges faced, and development strategies of musyarakah contracts. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method, this research combines primary data from in-depth interviews with Islamic banking practitioners and secondary data from literature studies. The results show that although musyarakah contracts have great potential in realizing economic justice, their implementation still faces several obstacles, including operational complexity, risk management, and limited public understanding. This study finds that most musyarakah practices are in compliance with sharia principles, but still require improvements in aspects of risk sharing and loss management. The proposed development strategies include enhancing education, strengthening regulations, product innovation, and technology utilization. In conclusion, optimizing musyarakah contracts requires collaborative efforts from various stakeholders to overcome challenges and harness its potential in promoting fair partnership-based economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility on tax avoidance in IDX companies. The population in the research uses the property and real estate sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 - 2022. The results of this research indicate that corporate governance on independent commissioners, audit committees has an effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, corporate governance in institutional ownership has no effect on tax avoidance. And corporate social responsibility has an effect on tax avoidance.
