Abstract

The gap between financial literacy and financial well-being in Indonesia remains a structural issue amidst the rapid transformation of the digital economy. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy on financial well-being, with financial behavior and financial inclusion as mediating variables in the context of the digital economy era. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design was applied to 200 productive-age respondents who use digital financial services in Indonesia, selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4 software with a bootstrapping procedure of 5,000 subsamples. The test results proved that financial literacy had a positive and significant direct effect on financial well-being (β = 0.241; p = 0.001). Financial behavior was shown to significantly mediate this relationship (β = 0.149; p = 0.002), as was digital financial inclusion (β = 0.114; p = 0.004). The multiple mediation model yielded an R² value of 0.614, indicating that the two mediators were able to explain 61.4% of the variation in respondents' financial well-being. This finding implies that policies to improve public financial well-being must be designed in an integrated manner, encompassing strengthening literacy, developing responsible financial behavior, and expanding access to inclusive digital financial services.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of fear of missing out (FoMO) and content marketing on impulse buying among Generation Z skincare consumers on TikTok Shop in Jakarta, while simultaneously comparing the relative strength of both factors within a single integrated empirical model. This research is particularly relevant given the limited number of studies that jointly examine internal psychological factors and external marketing stimuli within Indonesia's social commerce context. A quantitative approach with an online survey design was employed to collect data from 405 respondents aged 18 to 28, which were subsequently analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that both variables exert a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, with content marketing demonstrating a stronger contribution than FoMO. These results suggest that the quality of promotional content holds a more strategic role than psychological pressure alone in driving spontaneous purchasing decisions. This study offers theoretical contributions by integrating internal and external factors simultaneously to explain consumer behavior within Indonesia's rapidly growing social commerce platforms, and provides practical guidance for businesses designing more effective digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

The Muslim fashion business in the Tasikmalaya region continues to grow; given that the majority of the population is Muslim, Muslim fashion is not merely a matter of preference but a necessity. As the number of Muslim fashion businesses increases, competition has intensified. PT. Yumna Berkah Nusantara Tasikmalaya operates in the Muslim fashion sector by implementing a marketing mix strategy that encompasses the variables of product, price, promotion, and place (distribution). This study examines the implementation of this marketing mix strategy, identifies obstacles, and seeks relevant solutions. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing primary and secondary data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. A saturated sampling technique was used, and data analysis was conducted using an interactive model comprising data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that PT. Yumna Berkah Nusantara Tasikmalaya has implemented a marketing mix strategy. However, the company faces obstacles such as limited human resources, shortcomings in production planning, suboptimal product innovation, business competition, and less-than-competitive pricing. Proposed solutions include investing in resources, conducting market research, developing product innovations, identifying competitive advantages, and segmenting the customer base.

Abstract

Women's leadership has become increasingly important in the development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). However, previous studies have primarily focused on leaders' characteristics and organizational outcomes, while limited attention has been given to women's leadership practices as perceived by employees. This study aims to examine the relationship between women's leadership practices and employee performance in MSMEs. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey of 81 employees working under female leaders in an Indonesian MSME. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that women's leadership practices have a positive and significant relationship with employee performance. Leadership practices characterized by clear direction, effective coordination, openness to employee input, appropriate delegation of responsibilities, and employee involvement in problem-solving contribute to higher employee performance. These findings contribute to the leadership literature by shifting the focus from female leaders as individuals to **female leadership practices perceived by employees, offering a more comprehensive understanding of women's leadership in the MSME context. Practically, the findings highlight the importance of strengthening participative leadership practices to improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
