Abstract

This article discusses mixed finance or Financial Blended which is always a topic every year in the Finance Track of the G20 Summit. Financial Blended has a crucial role in overcoming the infrastructure gap in countries, especially the member countries of the G20 Summit and generally globally. Initially the discussion on Financial Blended was not highly prioritized, but since the 12th G20 Summit in 2017 in Hamburg, Germany, the topic of Financial Blended has become a prioritized topic because infrastructure gaps are increasingly evident. From year to year, funds are disbursed either free of charge or loans to related countries, be it from the IMF, MDB, DFI, or philanthropic institutions. With the existence of this Finance Blended, the results are slowly but surely starting to be seen and it is considered to be quite effective in dealing with infrastructure gaps. This can be proven by several infrastructures that have succeeded in inviting investors and various other benefits for countries that implement Financial Blended in their infrastructure development.

Abstract

For Zerone Outdoor, Instagram is the main bridge to promote their products to the general public in an easy and cost-effective way. They have been trying to market their services through Instagram and have been active since they started their rental business, but they have not been able to maximize their sales using the Instagram social media platform.The purpose of this research is to understand how Zerone Outdoor utilizes Instagram as a digital marketing tool. The research conducted is qualitative and descriptive in nature, and the data collection methods employed by the researcher include interviews and documentation to explore the issues more openly and obtain reliable data. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the optimization of Zerone Outdoor Instagram account in utilizing and implementing SMO (Social Media Optimization) on their social media platform has been successful or in accordance with the theories explained

Abstract

Service quality is the level of service excellence that can be provided by service providers to meet consumer demand. To achieve a level of service quality needed a management who can plan, organize, direct, motivate and control people and work mechanisms. The management service quality focuses on meeting the needs and desires, as well as the accuracy of delivery to meet consumer expectations. The purpose of the Final Assigment is to find out the effectiveness of management service quality of Plaza Asia Mall Tasikmalaya in providing services to tenants. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative research approach method, that is the writer describes the results of research that were obtained from the results of data analysis in the form of number that were obtained from the field. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the writer concludes that the management service quality of modern retail company at PT. Asia Sanprima Jaya has been implemented well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction, and the effect of Customer Value on Customer Satisfaction at CV. Ukhuwah Tasikmalaya. This research includes associative descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and the population of this study is CV.Ukhuwah customers. Ukhuwah as many as 32 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, simple regression test, determination test, hypothesis test, and t (partial) test. Data analysis in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics 25.Based on the results of data processing and distribution of questionnaires, it is known that the t count is 5,030 with a sig t count of 000, the significance value is less than 0.05 so Customer Value has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in CV. Ukhuwah Tasikmalaya. The results of the research coefficient of determination is 47.47% while the remaining 52.53% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research is about Analysis of the Effectiveness of Tally Count Application in Java Support Applications in Warehouse Department CV. JAVA (Jati Vision Raya) Cirebon uses HCI system. This study aims to determine the results of analysis, obstacles and solutions regarding the application of tally count in java support applications using the HCI system. In addition, this study also aims to provide input for companies and add insight into literature at Politeknik LP3I Cirebon. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where the author describes the results of observations and analyzes data obtained in the field using the HCI system analysis model. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, literature studies, and observations carried out directly in CV. JAVA. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the author concludes that in the application of tally count in the java support application there are still some obstacles in its application but the HCI system has been implemented well so that the application of tally count in the java support application in the warehouse department CV. JAVA (Jati Vision Raya) is already effective.

Abstract

Being an achievement student is a matter of pride for yourself, your parents and those around you. Becoming an achievement student will equip you to improve each individual's abilities and be able to compete in facing global challenges. All students have the same right to participate in the achievement student selection program. Therefore, in a university it is best to select the best students in an open and transparent manner. Selection of achievement students is also a form of appreciation from universities for students. To minimize errors in selection, it is necessary to have a system as a tool. The Decision Support Systems (DSS) for selecting achievement students at the LP3I Polytechnic Tasikmalaya Campus is assessed by Grade Point Average (GPA) with 4 criteria, namely formative, attendance, assignments, midterm exam and final exam.

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze the influence of Return On Equity, Current Asets on firm value of food and beverage manufacturing companies wich resgistered in Indonesia stock exchange (idx) at 2012-2022 parrtialy.This research object cover the ROE,CR, and PBV. Data type used was secondary datas that was annual financial report from each industry which analyzed by Panel Data Regression. Result of thr research show that : Return On Equity has positive impact on firm value and Current Asets has negative effect on firm value.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic period has led to prolonged challenges across various sectors, including the economy, resulting in an economic recession and its consequences. The post-pandemic inflation has risen to 6%, while the benchmark interest rate set by Bank Indonesia has increased. The concern about a global recession in 2023 due to high inflation, a substantial rise in interest rates, and geopolitical tensions has also surfaced, impacting the global economy.These developments have triggered economic issues like the depreciation of the rupiah, global economic weakening, decreased marginal efficiency of capital, high unemployment rates, reduced exports and investments, and a decline in tax revenues for the government. The government has even revised down its economic growth target, resembling a recession.The research follows a descriptive quantitative approach involving observational data collection methods, including field reviews and direct observations, data collection, information gathering, and scrutiny of existing records and documents.

Abstract

The ever-evolving digital world has led to digital transformation in the retail and financial industries, leading to changes in consumer spending trends. Currently, e-commerce offers a variety of payment methods, including the Paylater method, to increase consumer convenience. Shoppe has launched a Paylater feature called ShoppePaylater. Shoppepaylater users can get credit without a long creation process. The aim of this research is to find out how Shoppepaylater influences the impulsive buying behavior of e-commerce users in Tasikmalaya, because Shoppepaylater is thought to make Tasikmalaya people impulsive. As stated by Davis (Nenandha, 2020), differences in the context of use of Shoppepaylater are measured by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, intensity of use, and attitudes towards actual use. The indicators of spontaneity, strength, impulse, intensity, excitement, stimulation, and indifference to consequences are used to measure the impulse buying variable proposed by Rook & Fisher (Sari, 2021). This research method is quantitative descriptive analysis and uses data from questionnaires distributed to 186 respondents who met the requirements. From the results of this research, it is known that the impulse buying habits of e-commerce consumers have a 4.2% impact on the ease of use of ShopeePayLater technology in Tasikmalaya. The results of data processing also indicate that consumers in Tasikmalaya have a high level of ShopeePayLater usage and tend to make purchases that do not suit their needs, indicating impulsive behavior in the purchasing process.

Abstract

The marketing mix strategy is the foundation and the main capital for a business to achieve the goals it wants. In the marketing mix, there are at least 4P that must be considered, namely product, price, place/location, and promotion. The purpose of this Final Project is to find out the implementation of the marketing mix that is carried out by Ayam Geprek Champion, Banjar City Branch. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative research approach, in which the author describes the results of observations and analyzes the data obtained in the field. After conducting analysis and discussion of the problem, the authors concluded that the implementation of the marketing mix at Ayam Geprek Champion Branch in Banjar City was going well, but it had not been implemented properly because there were still some problems in its implementation
