Abstract

This research is written in the final assignment which aims to determined how the implementation of the Merchandise Inventory Accounting System Analysis is applied at RE MART of the Elpetigai Polytechnic Tasikmalaya. To obtain the necessary data, the authors use data collection tools in the form of interviews, observations and literature. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the existing system at the RE MART of the Elpetigai Polytechnic Tasikmalaya as a whole has been implemented properly in accordance with the standard iin the theory of literature. It is also necessary to improve adequate records, document and human resource system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Current Ratio (CR) has on profit growth at PT Surya Citra Media, Tbk. The variable in this study are Current Ratio (X) and profit growth (Y). The population includes all quarterly financial reports at PT Surya Citra Media and the sample of this studi is quarterly financial reports for the last five years 2018-2022. The techniques used are documentation and literature review. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Simple Regressions Analysis, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and Autocracy Test. The result of the studi indicate that the Current Ratio (CR) has no effect on Profit Growth.

Abstract

This study aims to know the credit sales accounting system at MT Jaya building store. MT Jaya Building Store is a company engaged in the retail sales of building materials established since 2008. The goods traded at MT Jaya Building Store include various building materials and tools for home construction projects. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, namely the author conducted research, described the results of observations and analyzed the data obtained in the field. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the author concluded that the credit sales accounting system at the MT Jaya building store is still not good, because the accounting system used is still very simple, records and supporting documents in the credit sales accounting system are still incomplete, and there are still employees who perform dual functions.

Abstract

The government through its various programs stimulates MSME actors to develop and gain prosperity in their lives. MSMEs that are encouraged to grow in terms of quality and quantity by the current government through financial inclusion programs have an important role in the economy of a country. This study examines the effect of KUR financing and EODB through income on the welfare of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya. The object of research is the perpetrators of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya as many as 80 people. The regression equation model with the path model from this study is divided into 2 sub structures, namely Y = 0.568X1 + 0.523X2 + 0.609 and Z = 0.523Y + 0.626. The conclusion of this study is that there is a partially significant effect between KUR financing through income on welfare of 29.7%, respectively, there is no significant effect of EODB through income on welfare and there is a significant effect of 80.8% simultaneously between KUR financing and EODB through income for the welfare of MSMEs in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The research outlined in this final project aims to examine the application of cash disbursement procedures at LP3I Karawang and its suitability to the Flow Chart according to Mulyadi. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method that describes the Cash Disbursement Procedure at LP3I Karawang. The data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. In the implementation of the cash disbursement procedure at LP3I Karawang, there are several obstacles and efforts including: The lack of orderly application for funds which should always end at 15.00 is overcome by imposing the rules for applying for funds only until 15.00 unless there is a special promise, There is still a lack of cash checks at LP3I Karawang is overcome by cash opname every day. Then they still often hold funds for more than 3 days. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the author concludes that the implementation of the cash disbursement procedure at LP3I Karawang is quite good, because there are still several functions that are combined and the recording is still lacking in detail.

Abstract

The problems that often arise from the use of manual attendance lists for lecturers result in discrepancies with the records of lecturer honoraria due to a lack of synchronization between attendance recording on the lecturer attendance list and the honor system. This study aims to provide an overview of the utilization of digital transformation of human resources regarding attendance and lecturer honor through SIAKAD. The research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques were carried out using the Miles and Huberman model, which involves data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results that the understanding and experience of users demonstrate SIAKAD is very important for lecturers, assisting them in inputting attendance and maintaining the lecturer database. SIAKAD has also been effective where lecturers find it easy to use in the process, it can be accessed through the SIAKAD web, although there are some obstacles, they can be resolved by the academic department and the system's responsible party. In terms of efficiency and transparency, the honorarium is quite efficient and transparent, the impact on lecturers is that they are fairly productive because they have their own motivation fit and are satisfied with the existence of this SIAKAD

Abstract

Digital archiving has become an essential step in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within educational institutions, including Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya. This study aims to identify the digital archiving strategies implemented, the challenges encountered, and the solutions applied in managing institutional records. A qualitative descriptive method was used, with data collected through observation, documentation, and interviews with administrative staff. The results indicate that the institution has begun implementing a digital archiving system, yet still faces several challenges such as limited training for human resources, inadequate digital infrastructure, and the absence of standardized operating procedures for digital archiving. Strategies adopted include internal training, the use of local cloud storage, and improvements in digital document classification. With proper strategies, the digital archiving system can function more effectively and contribute to improved administrative services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of financial literacy among students of the Banking Financial Management study program at LP3I Polytechnic Tasikmalaya. Financial literacy refers to the ability to understand and manage finances effectively. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach, which addresses the problem by presenting, analyzing, and interpreting numerical data to provide an overview of a particular phenomenon. The results of the study indicate that the overall financial literacy level of students in the Banking Financial Management program at LP3I Polytechnic Tasikmalaya falls into the high category, with an average score of 4.13. Students demonstrate a very high level of financial literacy in indicators such as basic knowledge of personal finance, skills in using financial products and services, and money management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of teller service at Bank Woori Saudara Ciamis Branch based on the five SERVQUAL dimensions, which include physical evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a non-probability sampling technique using Slovin's formula. The research sample consists of 100 respondents from a total population of 4,994 customers. Data was collected thru questionnaires and analyzed using a descriptive approach by calculating the average score for each dimension. The research results show that the overall average score is 3.22, which falls into the fairly high category. This indicates that the teller service at Bank Woori Saudara Ciamis Branch is generally good, although there are still some aspects that need improvement, such as queue order and service speed. In conclusion, the quality of teller service has reflected professionalism and a friendly attitude in serving customers, but improved consistency and competence are still needed to achieve excellent service standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of product design, price, and brand ambassador on consumers’ purchasing decisions for Portee brand shoes in West Java. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The analytical tools used in this study include multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results showed that product design, price, and brand ambassador have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that an attractive product design, competitive pricing, and a credible brand ambassador can strengthen consumer interest and influence their purchasing behavior. The research provides valuable insights for Portee producers to improve their marketing strategies through design innovation, appropriate pricing policies, and the selection of brand ambassadors that match consumer preferences.
