Abstract

In familiar Islamic financial institutions we hear the term mudharabah, mudharabah is a contract that involves between two or more people, namely the owner of investor capital (Shahibul Maal) who entrusts his capital to people (mudharib) to be managed. The division of mudaraba is divided into two, namely: the first: Mudharabah muqayyadah which means shahibul maal gives a limit to the funds invested. And secondly: Mudharabah Muthlaqah Shahibul Maal does not provide limits on the funds invested. The focus of this study is first how the implementation of mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri Branch Bondowoso. Second, what is the risk management strategy of mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri Branch Bondowoso. The research objectives are 1). To obtain information about the implementation of mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri Branch Bondowoso. 2). Want to describe the risk management strategy for mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri Branch Bondowoso. In this study the authors used qualitative research with interview methods, observation methods and documentation methods. so in the form of analysis we use qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri Branch Bondowoso was in accordance with the Shari'a contained in sharia economic theory because in it the terms and conditions were met, but in mudharabah financing at BMT Sidogiri, Bondowoso Branch could only be realized in the form of fund collection

Abstract

The text of Maulid Al-Barzanji can be considered as an Arabic religious literature. It is a very old text and is still accepted by the society, even in Banyuwangi Society, East Java, the text is very popular. Thus, it obtains a various positive feeds-back from Banyuwangi society. One of the feeds-back is, that it becomes a tradition in the society to read the text when they hold marriage ceremony, a feast for celebrating circumsion, childbirth, and celebration for celebrating the birth of our prophet Muhammad (maulid Nabi). The other feed-back is in the performing art form. Those feeds-back are a manifestation of an Arabi-Islamic cultural transformation process on Banyuwangi society East Java that brings a significant changing in the order of Banyuwangi society culture

Abstract

Perception is one's ability to organize observations, such as: the ability to differentiate, the ability to group, and the ability to focus. Teachers' lesson is the unanimity of knowledge, honesty and attitudes of tangible action as an instructional agent that becomes one of the important factors to achieve the learning objectives and the other is one of the factors that are in the process of achieving the learning objectives and others. Abstract

About 1400 years ago, we heard of a great event from the Arab land, Isra 'Mi'raj. However, over time, and the times are gettingbetter with increasing science theory. Then the events of Isra and Mi'raj can be revealed in modern physics so that they can be accepted by human reason. Through Einstein's theory of relativity, E = m.c2 (where E is energy, m is mass, and c is the speed of light), Isra' Mi'raj becomes an event that is no longer irrational, but rational and scientific. Then, on what part of the theory of relativity play a role in explaining the events of Isra 'and Mi'raj of the Prophet Muhammad SAW scientifically? Abstract

Banyuwangi is an area that is active in producing Siamese citrus commodities. One of the areas or villages that produce agricultural products of Siamese Citrus is Sambimulyo Banyuwangi village. The process of transferring the commodity of citrus is called the market access strategy, because farmers are producers who need two distribution intermediaries played by middlemen and retailers. The theoretical framework of this research is based on social capital, Woolcock's theory, where it defines social capital as information, trust, and reciprocal norms contained in a social network. Methods in qualitative research, with a phenomenological approach. While the validity test of the data in this study uses a test of credibility, transferability, dependability and commitment. The results of this study explain that the market access strategy for Siamese commodities includes distribution by region which is divided into 2 regions. First, the distribution of siam citrus commodities in one region, which means thefulfillment of siam orange for its own regional market. Second, the distribution of siwam citrus commodities to other regions or regions, which means sending commodities from Siamese oranges to other regional markets that make requests
