Abstract

The usage of the Internet can be described by the traffic characteristics, user behavior, and bandwidth. This research collected Internet traffic data at the government office of Denpasar city in October 2015, for study case of Dinas Perijinan. The result shows the average 90 % volume of TCP protocol and 10 % of others, such as UDP, GRE, and ICMP. There are average 95 % of application port’s volumes were used by IANA’s port, and 5 % by unsigned port, which means it may become a potential to be used as malware and file sharing application. The biggest domain’s volumes were accessed to Youtube and Facebook websites, and also to other malware domain. Based on the observation of user's behaviour, there are 3 of 12 sample users did not understand how to access good link from malware. From the analysis, a limitation access on youtube is one of recommendation actions besides closing malware port and user training.

Abstract

Around the world the deregulation of the electricity business sector has changed from a centralized and integrated into a segmented industry based on the competence of the business people. The new form of trade with free access to transmission and distribution channels has encouraged a competitive trade between consumers and plant owners. In such environments, the transmission network is considered a key factor in the electricity market. Utilization of other companies' transmission to distribute electric power is commonly known as PBJT or Wheeling Transaction. The term PBJT in Indonesia is known as Joint Transmission Network Usage. There are several methods used to calculate transmission lease cost in this paper are used two cost allocation calculations that allow to apply to Bali electricity system that is, Postage-Stamp Rate method, MW-mile method. In this paper, we will apply the Postage Stamp Rate and MW-mile method of Wheeling Transaction in order to obtain the calculation of transmission lease cost acceptable by both parties. Abstract

One method to process toxic waste of hospital is incinerator. An incinerator burns hospital toxic waste at high temperatures. Many hospitals have to transport their toxic waste to rhid party location which often far away. In Bali, there are 62 hospitals with 6.195 beds with 5.584.310 annual visits from patients from patients and therefore generate large amount of toxic waste. Hospitals in Bali have to send their waste to incinerators in other island a few thousand kilometres away. This practice is expensive and add more environmental problems due to emmisions from transport vehicle and traffic congestion on the Java to Bali land transports. One solution is to develop small sclae incinerator near hospital’s site. This paper discuses the development of small incinerator in Denpasar city of Bali covering insvestment, performance metric, and economical feasibilty. The project is funded by international aid and currently the only incinerator on the island. Abstract

Electricity monitoring is making to determine the quality of electricity used. Currently, electricity monitoring is still done manually together with it requires a system that can measure the electrical parameters automatically. Therefore, an electrical monitoring system is designed for a three-phase system based on a wireless sensor network (WSN) using LoRa communication. The system consists of a transmitter node as a measured voltage, current, frequency, power factor, and active power using the PZEM-004T module. The receiver node is a gateway that receives data from the transmitter node used LoRa transmission and then forwards the data to be stored in a database using the internet network. The receiver node is equipped with backup data when the node receiver cannot be connected to the internet network. Finally, web monitoring is designed to make it easier for users to access electricity monitoring data online. Web monitoring will display data onto voltage, current, frequency, power factor in a single-phase system and active power in the form of the three-phase system into tables and graphs.

Abstract

In this research, the design of PLC trainer tools and its accessories was carried out to support the making of practicum modules for Programmable Logic Controller + Lab courses by utilizing the Outseal PLC Mega V3 Standard PP board. There are three experimental designs for the practicum module of the Programmable Logic Controller + Lab course, such as running light, water level control, and application of oil to the machine. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari dan mengimplementasikan IEC 61131-3 pada otomatisasipembuatan tiramisu. Selama sepuluh hingga lima belas tahun terakhir, berbagai bahasa pemrograman yang berbedatelah digunakan untuk memprogram Programmable Logic Controler (PLC). Untuk satu bahasa pemrograman sajamisalnya Ladder Diagram, tiap-tiap jenis PLC mempunyai aturan dan cara pemrograman yang berbeda-beda.Padahal industri modern biasanya tidak hanya menggunakan satu jenis PLC saja melainkan berbagai jenis PLC, halini akan menjadi tidak effisien, baik dari segi waktu maupun uang.IEC 61131-3 merupakan bagian ketiga dari IEC 61131 yang membahas mengenai standar pemrograman PLC.Pada bagian bahasa pemrograman, IEC 61131-3 ini mengakomodasi 5 bahasa pemrograman PLC berbeda, yang kelimanya bisa digabung/digunakan secara bersamaan ataupun terpisah tergantung proses yang akan dikendalikan.Sedangkan pada bagian elemen umum terdapat Program Organization Units (POUs) yang terdiri dari FUN, FB danPRG, ketiganya merupakan unsur yang digunakan untuk membangun sebuah project aplikasi kendali industri.Poject dibuat dengan bantuan perangkat lunak FPWIN Pro 4.0 versi demo dan PLC Nais FP0-C16T sebagaikontroler.Dalam penelitian ini, IEC 61131-3 diimplementasikan untuk otomatisasi pembuatan tiramisu. Hasil pengujiandan implementasi membuktikan bahwa antara satu bahasa dengan bahasa lainnya, memiliki hasil dan tingkatkeberhasilan yang sama, artinya dengan IEC 61131-3, project yang sama dapat diprogram dengan bahasapemrograman yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

Currently, polymer materials such as epoxy resin have been used as an insulator in the distribution andtransmission line. Some advantages of using this epoxy resin material having the dielectric properties are better thanporcelain and glass insulators. On the other side, epoxy resins are also disadvantage the surface is hygroscopic. Forthe repair was done by adding the surface properties of silicone rubber materialThis paper describes the effect of adding silicone rubber against contact angle of hidrophobicity and surfaceleakage current characteristics of epoxy resin materials ( Di-Glycidyl Ether of Bisphenol A (DGEBA) andMethaphenylene-Diamine (MPDA). The study was conducted in the laboratory using the electrode method IEC587:1984 with NH4Cl contaminants. The voltage applied to the epoxy resin sample at 3.5 kV and 50 Hz frequencyThe experimental results showed that the addition of silicon rubber in epoxy resin makes the surface materialcontact angle increases. The higher percentage of silicone rubber, the greater the contact angle and the longer timerequired for the occurrence of surface discharge.

Abstract

Smartapps is an integrated one-door service information system that is intended to provide information related to the filing of RFID cards for employees and lecturers, submission of vehicle number plate data, checking and printing of employee attendance reports, and reports on the distribution of suits and books for new students. The development of this application model refers to the problems that arise that are all administrative processes so far still using manual systems that have an impact on the efficiency of service time to be longer. Therefore the goal achieved from this research is that the system works well and is able to facilitate the management of integrated data so that it can be accessed quickly by referring to the results of system testing which shows the user response rate reaches 89.87% of the total 40 respondents. Abstract

Intisari- Sistem komputer yang terkoneksi jaringan internet beresiko terhadap ancaman atau serangan. Sistem Snort dan Honeypot merupakan sistem kemanan berlapis yang dimana jaringan internal akan di awasi selama 24 jam setiap harinya, sehingga jika terdapat data masuk yang mencurigakan sistem akan memberikan informasi otomatis bahwa adanya serangan berupa malware atau hacker. Snort dapat mendeteksi dan menyimpan 250519 jumlah data dengan 27 atribut yang disediakan Snort secara default. Honeypot dapat mendeteksi dan menyimpan sebanyak 248.574 data yang dimana tercatat 10 jenis serangan. System honeypot mendeteksi 10 jenis serangan yang berbeda dengan IP address pada setiap serangan. Dari 10 jenis serangan diambil 5 jenis serangan terbesar dan 5 IP address terbesar pada setiap jenis serangan. Sehingga fungsi sistem snort dan honeypot telah dapat mendeteksi adanya serangan serta menyimpan data penyerang pada sistem, dan dapat berjalan secara bersamaan pada satu jaringan. Abstract

Technology development can be used to support the teaching and learning process so it can runs more effectively and efficiently, and one of the applications that can be used to support this process is the Learning Management System (LMS). LMS provides an integrated platform starting from delivering learning materials to students, and evaluating learning process. The evaluation method that can be done at the LMS is giving assignments to students, and students can do submission by uploading their documents assignment answer. The common problem is many students do plagiarism by duplicate the answers of other students. To overcome these problems, this study will implement feature in Course Assignment Menu in LMS to detect the similarity of student assignment document using K-Shingling and Cosine Similarity methods. The K-Shingling algorithm is used to form shingles or word fragments based from all text in the task answer document that has gone through the pre processing stage, then each document have shingle value vector which will be used to compare the similarity values between documents using Cosine Similarity. The results obtained in this study is the developed feature is capable to detecting the similarity percentage of the assignment answer documents from each student, and from that percentage value it can indicate whether the students assignment answers is plagiarism to other students assignment answers.
