Abstract

PT.Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam or also known as SEMB has a 360º virtual tour which is quite good by only using 360-based video, there is a note that a virtual tour previously existed but is no longer accessible and the virtual tour still uses old software where on this occasion the development was carried out using a new device and replacing the platform that previously used 3D Vista to become Uptale and using hybrid innovation using photos and videos based on 360° which can provide an updated experience in using the SEMB virtual tour 360º virtual tour research on SEMB PEM will use the Villamil-Molina multimedia development method which has five main process stages in the form of development, pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery. Then the results of the SEMB virtual tour development product will go through the stages of usability analysis to measure how big is the level of usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS) analysis method. The use of SUS analysis has the goal of determining whether the SEMB virtual tour meets the standards or not. This research can be drawn into several conclusions, namely: (1) This SEMB virtual tour development product has a platform update, namely Uptale with the development of interactivity, increasing the number of location points, and increasing video information on certain Hotspots. (2) Based on the analysis using the System Usability Scale method, results that enter the B (Good) range enter the acceptable category with a value of 80

Abstract

Mastrip Highway – Bambe Highway, Gresik Regency is included in the UD 2/2 road type where the two lanes are not limited by the road median so that each lane direction is close to each other which has a length of 2.8 km with a lane width of 4 meters and the number of lanes is 2 lanes, with the width of the right and left side shoulders is 0.8 meters. Referring to the density of traffic flow, side obstacles and degrees of saturation on the Mastrip Highway - Bambe Highway section of Gresik Regency, it is necessary to analyze the performance of road and traffic sections using manual count on this road section. The use of the method in this study is quantitatively with the approach of the 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI). Data acquisition comes from primary data and secondary data. Primary Data is data from traffic surveys that have been conducted in the field on the Mastrip Surabaya - Bambe Highway, Gresik Regency. The results of the analysis show that the peak hours of traffic flow volume occur on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 16.00 – 17.00 with a total of 1,800.2 skr / hour.

Abstract

A high-rise building project can be considered as a high-risk project because the work items are quite a lot and high in the structure being built, the occupational health and safety (OHS) of construction plays an important role in the smooth implementation of a construction project. Construction OHS conducts safety briefing to all construction workers when they enter the construction project environment and every morning before the construction begins. Two information systems are used to inform the workers about the conditions and hazards in the construction projects, namely tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge. Therefore, safety induction is less effective and hinders the implementation of construction project work, where construction workers do not know situations that occur when carrying out a job socialized by OHS officers. In this problem, a simulation must be carried out before workers do their work, to carry out this simulation can be done with virtual reality technology. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the OHS staff of construction projects in Jakarta while the data from the questionnaires were calculated. This study aims to find out a list of risks that are still relevant including tacit knowledge and obtained 11 work risks including tacit knowledge from 38 work risks for building construction projects in Jakarta. Abstract

The 2023 Health Law in Indonesia has sparked debate regarding its impact on the Collegium of Medicine and the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI). This paper examines the legal controversies surrounding these institutions within the context of the law. Employing a legal normative approach, the study analyzes health laws and scholarly literature to understand the implications of the 2023 Health Law on the roles and functions of the Collegium and KKI. Findings indicate significant changes in their authority and autonomy, raising concerns about medical education and practice quality. Government intervention and the marginalization of professional organizations pose threats to institutional independence and healthcare service quality. Recommendations include revising the law to restore Collegium and KKI authority while limiting government intervention to uphold constitutional rights. Strengthening communication between the government and medical professionals, enhancing public awareness, and empowering professional organizations are proposed solutions. This research emphasizes the need to balance government regulation with professional independence to ensure quality healthcare delivery in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of role models, entrepreneurship education, and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions in class XI students of SMKN 46 Jakarta. The study was conducted for approximately six months starting from February 2022 to July 2022. The population was taken from class XI students of SMKN 46 Jakarta with a sample of 168 students. This type of research is quantitative research using a survey method in the form of a questionnaire distributed online via Microsoft Form. The data analysis model used is Structural Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) and uses SmartPLS 3.0 software to analyze the data. The output of this study shows that role models, entrepreneurship education, and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Electricity monitoring is making to determine the quality of electricity used. Currently, electricity monitoring is still done manually together with it requires a system that can measure the electrical parameters automatically. Therefore, an electrical monitoring system is designed for a three-phase system based on a wireless sensor network (WSN) using LoRa communication. The system consists of a transmitter node as a measured voltage, current, frequency, power factor, and active power using the PZEM-004T module. The receiver node is a gateway that receives data from the transmitter node used LoRa transmission and then forwards the data to be stored in a database using the internet network. The receiver node is equipped with backup data when the node receiver cannot be connected to the internet network. Finally, web monitoring is designed to make it easier for users to access electricity monitoring data online. Web monitoring will display data onto voltage, current, frequency, power factor in a single-phase system and active power in the form of the three-phase system into tables and graphs.

Abstract

his study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Program for the Elimination of Administrative Sanctions for Motor Vehicle Tax Fines in the Technical Implementation Unit of Samsat Palu. This study uses a method with descriptive qualitative data. The data obtained in this study are from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis methods are Data Collection, Data Condensation, Data Presentation, and Conclusion/Verification Drawn. The results of this study showthat the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Program for the Elimination of Administrative Sanctions for Motor Vehicle Tax Fines at the Technical Implementation Unit of Samsat Palu has not been carried out effectively, this is due to the lack of achievement of the effectiveness indicators used in this study, based on the Achievement of Objectives indicator seen from the first aspect, namely, the Realization of Tax Revenue Targets has not been effective judging from the achievements of the three-year realization presentation last. Furthermore, based on the Integration indicator, it is seen from the first aspect, namely Coordination. From the results of the study, it is known that from the aspect of coordination internally and externally, it has not been effective. Second, Socialization. As for those related to the implementation of socialization with taxpayers, it has been carried out effectively. Adaptation indicators, seen from the aspect of Tax Collection Apparatus Resources, are inadequate. Second, Tax Collection Facilities, especially those related to the System Application, have not been optimized so that the management of tax revenue data and information has not been effective. Similarly, field operational support facilities have not been available as needed, the Third Tax Collection Mechanism, where it is known that at the time of the Elimination of Motor Vehicle Tax Fines and the exemption of Motor Vehicle Name Return Duty for the management of UPTB Region I Palu tax collection is not optimal because it does not have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) set and still uses SOPs as usual as regulated in regulations

Abstract

Kebakaran hutan dan lahan merupakan salah satu peristiwa yang sangat merugikan masyarakat. Kebakaran lahan dapat mengancam keselamatan jiwa serta potensi kerugian material dalam jumlah besar. Curah hujan yang rendah, tanah dan tanaman yang mengering serta suhu yang tinggi dapat mengakibatkan munculnya titik api yang berakibat kebakaran lahan. Dengan adanya prototype ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengguna dalam memantau potensi kebakaran maupun menangani kebakaran apabila telah terjadi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian purwarupa terdapat dua kondisi yang terdeteksi sistem dan ditampilkan pada layar penampil kristal dan notifikasi aplikasi Blynk yaitu pada kondisi berpotensi kebakaran dengan nilai untuk setiap sensor yang meliputi temperatur sebesar 36°C, kelembaban tanah sebesar 19,0 %, kadar gas CO2 sebesar 330 ppm dan kondisi yang dinamakan sebagai tidak terdeteksi adanya api. Untuk kondisi asap terdeteksi dengan nilai setiap sensor yaitu temperatur lingkungan sebesar 35,1°C, kelembaban tanah sebesar 17,8 %, kadar gas CO2 sebesar 698 ppm, dan kondisi tertentu yang dinamakan tidak terdeteksi adanya api. Selama pengujian prototype, aplikasi Blynk berhasil menampilkan hasil pengukuran prototype dan notifikasi kondisi lahan di sekitar prototype. Dalam mendeteksi potensi kebakaran, sistem berhasil mendeteksi semua parameter yang ditargetkan.

Abstract

Rapid population growth in Indonesia, particularly in Karawang Regency, has put additional pressure on infrastructure and the environment, including an increase in the volume of domestic wastewater. This has led to water pollution, which poses a risk to public health, such as waterborne diseases. This issue is critical to efforts to achieve the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 6, which targets access to adequate sanitation and sustainable water management. The local government of Karawang Regency, through the 2011-2031 Spatial Plan (RTRW) and the 2021-2026 Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD), plans to develop municipal wastewater treatment plants (IPAL) and sewerage systems in each district, including Purwasari District. The purpose of this study is to plan a domestic sanitation system in Purwasari District to reduce water pollution and improve access to adequate sanitation. The method used in this study is a scoring and weighting technique to assess the capacity of each parameter relevant to domestic sanitation. The results of the study show that Darawolong and Karangsari villages in Purwasari district are prioritised in the planning of the Local Domestic Sanitation System (SPALD-S) due to their higher urgency. The development of SPALD-S in these two villages is expected to bring long term benefits in terms of improved sanitation and environmental health for the local community.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengkaji ulang tentang pengaturan logo dan bentuk perlindungan hukum yang diperoleh oleh pemilik sah logo apabila terjadi pembajakan atas logo tersebut. Dalam penulisan artikel ini data diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan, penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang bersifat teoritis. Sedangkan penelitian lapangan guna memperoleh data primer melalui wawancara dengan responden dan informan yang ada kaitannya dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penilitian menjelaskan bahwa hak cipta merupakan hak eksklusif pencipta atau pemegang hak cipta untuk mengumumkan atau memperbanyak ciptaannya, yang timbul secara otomatis setelah suatu ciptaan dilahirkan. Perlindungan hak cipta bersifat otomatis dan timbul setelah suatu ciptaan diwujudkan dalam bentuk yang nyata (tangible form). Pendaftaran atau pencatatan hak cipta bersifat sukarela/tidak wajib kerena pendaftaran atau pencatatan tidak menimbulkan hak cipta. . Seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Pasal 1 ayat (1) UUHC yang menyatakan, “Hak Cipta adalah hak ekslusif pencipta yang timbul secara otomatis berdasarkan prinsip deklaratif setelah suatu ciptaan diwujudkan dalam bentuk nyata tanpa mengurangi pembatasan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan”. Dalam hal ini perlindungan hukum terhadap HKI telah mengalami berbagai perkembangan yang begitu pesat dalam sebuah tatanan internasional dan bahkan telah menjadi salah satu isu pada era globalisasi dan liberasi pada saat ini. Perundingan yang melahirkan World Trade Organization (WTO) atau Organisasi Perdagangan Dunia dan juga disepakatinya perjanjian internasional tentang Aspek-aspek Hak kekayaan Intelektual Terkait Perdagangan (Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights-TRIPs Agreement). Penegakan hak kekayaan intelektual terutama dalam lingkup ekspor dan impor (border enforcement) muncul sebagai salah satu isu penting selama proses negosiasi dan penyusunan TRIPs Agreement.
