Abstract

Tari remo merupakan kesenian tari tradisional yang asalnya ialah dari Jawa Timur. Tari ini awalnya berfungsi sebagai penyampai kisah yang isinya mengenai cerita pangeran yang sedang berada di peperangan, namun seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, tarian itu sekarang berubah menjadi kesenian pertunjukan.Sanggar Umbul Arum Jombang ialah sanggar yang memfasilitasi anggota sanggar untuk belajar beragam tarian, dan satu diantaranya ialah tarian remo, namun pada pelaksanaannya ada masalah yang dialami oleh pemilik sanggar yakni mengenai tata rias, mereka tidak bisa melakukan penataan rias mereka sendiri sehingga mengharuskan mereka memanggil pihak luar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi terkait : 1) Keterlaksanaan pelatihan merias wajah panggung penari remo di Sanggar Umbul Arum Jombang, 2) Aktivitas peserta pada pelatihan merias wajah panggung penari remo di Sanggar Umbul Arum Jombang, 3) Hasil keterampilan merias wajah panggung penari remo di Sanggar Umbul Arum Jombang, 4) Respon peserta pelatihan merias wajah panggung penari remo di Sanggar Umbul Arum Jombang. Penelitian ini berjenis pre-experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian one shot case study. Subyek penelitian ialah anggota Sanggar Umbul Arum Jombang yang jumlahnya ada 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai observasi, tes dan angket. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasannya keterlaksanaan pelatihan mendapat jumlah nilai rata-rata 4,52 (sangat baik), aktivitas peserta pelatihan mendapat jumlah nilai rata-rata 4,56 (sangat baik), penilaian kemampuan merias menurut wajah panggung penari remo memperoleh nilai 3,6 (sangat baik), respon peserta pelatihan mendapat jumlah nilai rata-rata 92,5% (sangat baik). Abstract

This study aims to found out how interest in buying eyelash serum through social media for students of the D3 Makeup Program 2019 Jakarta State University. This research was made using quantitative descriptive methods by distributing questionnaires to students of the D3 Makeup program 2019 at Jakarta State University. Based on theoretical studies and data collection conducted in this study, itu produces 81,11%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of makeup artists on the use of airbrush techniques in bridal makeup. This study uses a qualitative method. Collecting data through questionnaires at the beginning of the study and interviews at the end of the study. The data were analyzed through the stages of data presentation, data reduction and data verification and then tested for credibility using source triangulation. The questions asked to 5 informants who work as bridal makeup artists who use airbrush techniques include educational background, knowledge of airbrush techniques, knowledge of bridal makeup and the impact of using airbrush techniques in bridal makeup. The results showed that: (1) The use of the airbrush technique can produce makeup on the bride's face that is more durable, smooth makeup texture, and the dimensions of the color gradations are blended. (2) The airbrush technique can be applied to several types of cosmetics in the make-up process, including foundation, contour, and blush. In addition, it is also used for coating the results of makeup using conventional techniques. (3) The use of the airbrush technique in bridal makeup can improve the ability, performance, and value of the existence of makeup artists because they have abilities that other bridal makeup artists in general do not have. (4) Airbrush technique is one of the techniques in applying makeup, it looks easy but when used it is difficult. So to be able to use the airbrush technique in bridal makeup, you must have its own expertise in order to produce maximum makeup. (5) There are obstacles in using the airbrush tool, namely the airbrush pen hole is often clogged with dried cosmetic residue. Therefore, makeup artists who use airbrushes are required to take care of every component of the airbrush tool to keep it functioning properly.

Abstract

Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene is a understanding of maintaining health and avoiding disease, occupational health behavior of beautician has an important role for everyone who is in the workplace so that they live healthy and free from health problems and bad influences from work. This study aims to find out the level of the relation between sanitation and hygiene knowledge with occupational health behavior of beauticians at beauty salons in Sukabumi City. This research was conducted in a beauty salon in Sukabumi City. This research method is a quantitative method, survey with a correlational approach. The population in this research were beauticians at beauty salons in Sukabumi City with a sample of 36 people drawn from 36 people in the total population. Data for variable X (sanitation and hygiene knowledge) was obtained by means of a multiple choice test. Meanwhile, the variable Y (occupational health behavior) was obtained by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The results of simple linear regression testing and hypothesis testing have a correlation significance value of 0.000 < 5% significance level (0.05) with a Pearson Product Moment value of 0.624, so there is a relation between X and Y variables. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, it was found that the health behavior of the beautician in a beauty salon in Sukabumi City was determined by the knowledge of sanitation and hygiene of 38.94%

Abstract

Kurikulum Mata Kuliah Kecantikan Kulit dan Rambut sejak tahun 2019 belum mengalami evaluasi. Mengingat perkembangan sains dan teknologi yang kian pesat dan beragam pekerjaan alumni, maka diperlukan evaluasi kurikulum untuk melihat sejauh mana kurikulum tersebut dapat diaplikasikan dalam pekerjaan alumni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah adanya kesesuaian kurikulum mata kuliah kecantikan kulit dan rambut dengan bidang kerja alumni saat ini sebagai hairstylist, hairdresser, dan wirausaha salon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survey serta sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak (66,7 %) responden menilai tujuan kuliah sangat sesuai dengan pekerjaannya. Sebanyak (70,0 %) responden menilai materi perkuliahan sangat sesuai dengan bidang kerjanya. Sebanyak (56,7 %) responden menilai media perkuliahan yang digunakan sangat sesuai. Sebanyak (70,0 %) responden memberikan penilaian metode yang digunakan sangat sesuai dengan bidang kerjanya. Sebanyak (60,0 %) responden memberikan penilaian sangat sesuai untuk aspek sarana dan prasarana. Kemudian, sebanyak (70,0 %) responden menilai sangat sesuai untuk aspek evaluasi. Secara keseluruhan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sejumlah 19 responden (63,3 %) menilai kurikulum mata kuliah kecantikan kulit dan rambut yang digunakan sangat sesuai dengan pekerjaan alumni saat ini sebagai hairstylist, hairdresser, dan wirausaha salon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana persepsi masyarakat terhadap manfaat akupunktur untuk mengatasi kerontokan rambut. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang terapi akupunktur untuk mengatasi kerontokan rambut dengan jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 30 responden. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner tertutup untuk pengumpulan data, guna mendapat gambaran tentang indikator pengetahuan, kebutuhan, dan pengalaman masyarakat terhadap manfaat akupunktur untuk mengatasi kerontokan rambut. Pengujian instrumen dengan uji validitas menggunakan rumus Product Moment. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan presentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap manfaat akupunktur untuk mengatasi kerontokan rambut berdasarkan persepsi pengetahuan termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor nilai 848, pada persepsi kebutuhan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan skor nilai 699, dan persepsi pengalaman termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan skor nilai 1195. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap manfaat akupunktur untuk mengatasi kerontokan rambut dilihat dari berbagai indikator adalah tinggi (bermanfaat) dimana kerontokan rambut berkurang dan pertumbuhan rambut lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is any effect of persimmon mask to brighten skin. This study applied quasi experimental research methods, skin color chart as an instrumental that use to evaluation the skin color. Sampling was done by purposive sampling where sampling was conducted based on the physical appearance or characteristic of the population in accordance with the purpose of the research. The total of the sample was 10 people, divided into two treatment groups. Five people used persimmon masks as the research group and the other five people used papaya masks as the control group. Each group received 8 treatments for four weeks and the treatment was done twice a week .After obtaining the data, analysis requirement test by normality test using Lilliefors test and two test of variance homogeneity. The result for group A Lhitung < Ltabel is 0,221 < 0,337, so the experiment A have a normal distribution. Whereas experiment B obtained Lhitung < Ltabel, 0,163 < 0,337 so the experiment B are normally distributed. For testing the homogeneity of two variances the writer used F test, Fhitung < Ftabel is 2,19< 6,39, this means the data are homogenous. The writer also applied T test average of two directions which indicated t= 2,72 at the signigicance level of α = 0,05 and Ttable= 1,86 so, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and (Hi) received. It means that the type of facial skin care using soursop leaf persimmon mask totally has influence to brighten the skin.

Asya Aulia Nifa, Thesis : Consumer Perception Of Service Quality Of Men's Make Up Artist. Cosmetology Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Jakarta State University. 2021 The desire of women and men to beautify themselves through make-up is very high. The high need for make-up is used as a business opportunity for all circles of society, men and women. One way to determine the quality of a make-up service is to know the service quality of a male make-up artist. The purpose of this study is to find out about consumer perceptions of the service quality of male make up artists. This research is a descriptive quantitative research in collecting data this research uses purposive sampling technique. Sources of data used are primary data sources and secondary data instruments are observations, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the chi square analysis test on aspects of service quality Asymp. Sig Responsiveness 0,000 < 0.05, Asymp. Guaranteed sig 0,000 < 0.05, Asymp. Empathy sig 0,000 < 0.05, and Asymp. Sig Reliability 0,000 < 0.05. Aspects of service quality that have an influence on consumer perceptions of the service quality of male make up artists are responsiveness, assurance, physical evidence, empathy and reliability.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah media pembelajaran berbasis animasi untuk membantu proses belajar mengajar pada mata kuliah penataan rambut dan rias fantasi di program studi Pendidikan Tata Rias FT UNJ. Penelitian ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode riset dan pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Pada proses pengembangan media pembelajaran peneliti melakukan kelayakan kepada tiga dosen ahli. Pertama yaitu uji kelayakan materi peneliti mendapatkan hasil 91.72% termasuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Valid.” Pada kelayakan media 73.33% termasuk kedalam kategori “Valid.” Pada kelayakan Bahasa 83.33% termasuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Valid.” dan pada uji kepraktisan 84.95% termasuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Praktis.”Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, animasi, karakter luka bakar, teknik 3D

Abstract

Women define beauty as the condition of the skin on the body and face that looks clean and has curly eyelashes. The beauty of the eyes does not radiate perfectly without a hint of mascara. This study aims to determine and analyze the attributes of mascara products that are consumer preferences and the types of mascara attributes that most influence consumer preferences for purchasing decisions in the selection of mascara cosmetics on consumers at Kota Kasablanka Mall. The sample in this study was obtained using incidental sampling technique with the slovin formula. The analytical method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Determining mascara attributes to be consumer preferences using the Chi Square test and which is the main preference requires Fishbein's multi-attribute analysis test. Based on the results of Fishbein's multi-attribute analysis test on mascara attributes, it was found that the attitude value of respondents (Ao) was product quality 23.70, color 22.93, brand 20.50, price 18.00, and packaging 13.88. The higher the value (Ao), the mascara attribute is the first most considered by respondents. The preference that consumers consider the most in the selection of cosmetic mascara is the quality of the product. Based on the results of the Chi Square analysis test on mascara attributes, it was found that Asymp. Sig product quality 0.642 > 0.05, Asymp. Sig color 0.161 > 0.05, Asymp. Brand sig 0.31 > 0.05, Asymp. Sig price 0.001 < 0.05, and Asymp. Sig packing 0.002 < 0.05. Product quality, color and brand have significant values ​​because Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Mascara attributes that have an influence on respondents' preferences in choosing mascara cosmetics are product quality, color, and brand.
