Abstract

This study aims to analyze student satisfaction with the administrative services of the Finance Department at STMIK Widuri, utilizing the SERVQUAL method. Effective administrative services are crucial for supporting the quality of higher education and the institution's reputation. Through a questionnaire designed based on the five dimensions of SERVQUAL reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible evidence data were collected from active students. The analysis results are expected to identify areas for improvement in financial services and provide concrete recommendations to enhance service quality. This research aims to offer insights for decision-makers at STMIK Widuri to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial services while meeting student needs. Additionally, the findings are anticipated to enhance STMIK Widuri's image as a responsive institution towards student requirements. The study also emphasizes the importance of understanding student expectations in efforts to improve service quality in higher education.

Abstract

DDOS (Distribute Denial of Service) is a type of structured attack. This attack has been around since 1990. DDoS attacks are capable of paralyzing servers by flooding network traffic and causing it to go down. To overcome this problem, the way to detect DDoS attacks has several methods and algorithms, one of which is the Artificial Neural Network algorithm and uses the Machine learning method due to the fast computing process, high accuracy, and this research uses the SKKNI research method Number 299 of 2020. The analysis was carried out uses training data from the latest dataset, namely CICIDS2017, which is a development of a previously existing dataset. Abstract

This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the PLN Mobile application using the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) method. PLN Mobile is a digital innovation from PLN, offering services such as electricity payment, token purchase, and e-commerce for electrical equipment. The SERVQUAL method assesses the gap between customers' expectations and perceptions across five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data collection involved questionnaires focusing on users' perceptions and expectations, complemented by direct observations of user interactions with the application. The findings reveal negative gaps across all Service Quality dimensions, indicating that customer perceptions fell short of their expectations. The largest gap was identified in the assurance dimension (-23.2), followed by responsiveness (-16.88). The tangibles dimension also showed significant shortcomings (-8.48), mainly concerning the application's interface and functionality. While the application performed relatively well in terms of reliability and responsiveness, substantial improvements are needed across all dimensions to enhance user satisfaction. These results offer strategic insights for improving PLN Mobile to become more responsive, reliable, and aligned with user needs in the future.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged various organizations, including educational institutions, to utilize technology to support their operational activities. One form of information technology utilization in the academic field is the implementation of a web-based library information system. The Amikom Purwokerto library website faces several challenges in its use. One of the main problems encountered is the low level of user access, which is due to the users' limited understanding of the library website's usefulness and a lack of effective information regarding the available features. This situation creates a gap between user needs and the services provided, preventing the library from delivering optimal service. Therefore, strategic information system planning is needed by using the Ward and Peppard method and conducting an analysis using SWOT and Value Chain.

Abstract

Victory in Mobile Legends is influenced by various factors, such as player skills, strategy, and character selection. To predict game outcomes, the backpropagation algorithm is applied to process historical gameplay data and create an accurate predictive model. This study aims to apply the backpropagation algorithm to predict victory based on player attributes, including team role, experience level, and past performance. The research method involves training and testing the model using data from multiple gameplay sessions with varied outcomes. Findings show that the backpropagation algorithm can predict game results with high accuracy, especially when the data includes a more comprehensive range of attributes. The implications of this study suggest that a backpropagation-based predictive model can help players understand their chances of winning and optimize their gameplay strategies. Furthermore, future developments in this algorithm could provide benefits for similar applications in other digital gaming fields.

Abstract

The purpose of developing an outpatient management information system at Waikabubak Regional Hospital is to improve the efficacy and efficiency of the outpatient health service process. The system created will facilitate recording, managing, and monitoring patient health status in real-time. Current manual procedures often result in inaccurate recording, slow administration, and substandard medical data management. This information system is expected to facilitate medical decision-making and smooth the flow of information from patient registration and health checks to treatment and follow-up.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a clinical administration application system at the Anugerah Clinic, so that administrative data processing at the Grace Clinic is easier and more systematic, so that reporting is more accurate and structured. The research methodology used in the data processing system is data collection techniques such as observing documentation studies, as well as conducting literature research that is relevant to information system problems. The system development method used uses grounded research methods.

Abstract

Sentiment Analysis is a technique for extracting text data to obtain information about positive, neutral or negative sentiments. The purpose of sentiment analysis is given by internet users on social media to provide a personal assessment or opinion. Paga Lewu Shop that often gets user sentiment through social media is Paga Lewu Shop. The existence of consumer opinion sentiments about Paga Lewu Shop can be analyzed and utilized to obtain useful information for other customers and the Paga Lewu Shop. By using the Text Mining technique classification method, a sentiment will be known as positive, neutral or negative. One of the algorithms widely used in sentiment analysis is the Naïve Bayes classification method. This study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method with tf-idf weighting accompanied by the addition of an emotion icon conversion feature (emoticon) to determine the existing sentiment class from tweets about the Paga Lewu Shop. The results of the study show that the Naïve Bayes method without additional features is able to classify sentiment with an accuracy value of 96.44%, while if the tf-idf weighting feature is added along with the conversion of emotion icons, the accuracy value can be increased to 98%.

Abstract

Managing incoming and outgoing letter archives is an important aspect in supporting administrative performance at the Regional Secretary's People's Welfare Bureau. This research aims to design a web-based administration system that can increase effectiveness and efficiency in managing mail archives. The methods used in this research include requirements analysis, system design, and prototype testing. The results of the analysis show that the mail management process is currently still carried out manually, which results in difficulties in searching and archiving data. By designing a web-based system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for users to input, search and manage mail archives in real-time. The resulting system prototype is equipped with features such as mail data management, reports and notifications, which are designed to increase data accessibility and security. Test results show that this system can function well and meet user needs. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to the Regional Secretary's People's Welfare Bureau in improving administrative performance through better archive management.

Abstract

The decline in student interest in learning in case studies among 5 students at SDN 104607 Sei Rotan has become a significant challenge at SDN 104607 Sei Rotan. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using Wordwall-based learning media in increasing interest in learning PAI among students. The research method used is quasi-experimental research with a pre-test and post-test design in two groups, namely the control group and the experimental group. Data was collected through a learning interest questionnaire and analyzed using the t- test to measure significant differences between the control and experimental groups. The research results show that the use of Wordwall-based learning media significantly improves case studies for 5 students compared to conventional methods.
