Abstract

Education is used as a means of improving human resources. In increasing educational progress, a data management system is needed such as student, class, educator and education data, as well as recapitulation of school data reports for early childhood education levels. This Early Childhood Monitoring Information System was built for the process of monitoring Early Kindergarten (TK) reports to control student activities at school and make it easier to provide information on the development of children's activities that are reported in student activities, without having to use the old system by recording all student progress. manually because it is less efficient in its use and makes it easier for teachers to monitor students. The method used in system development is prototyping. The use of information systems makes it easier for teachers to input monitoring data and results of grades so that teacher users can easily monitor the progress of their students.

Abstract

This study examines the challenges and opportunities of digital learning in Vocational High Schools (PMK) in Palembang City, which is a crucial issue in the context of vocational education. The main problems identified include limited infrastructure, lack of digital skills among teachers, and unequal access to devices for students. The purpose of this study is to explore how digital learning can be effectively integrated into the PMK curriculum. The method used is an ethnographic approach, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation analysis in four vocational high schools. The results of the study indicate that despite significant challenges, digital learning offers opportunities to improve students' technological skills and innovation in teaching methods. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for support from the government and educational institutions to overcome these challenges, so that digital learning can contribute optimally in preparing students for an increasingly digital world of work.

Abstract

SJF Teakwood is a producer and sales of various kinds of furniture. So far, the promotional media used by SJF Teakwood is through social media Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. However, using the promotional media above is considered less specific, so it is necessary to add interesting media to attract the public to the company. This study uses the R&D method. The type of research used is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research method that uses data in the form of written or spoken words from people and people's behavior observed in a natural context. The results of the validation value from internal experts got a score of 32, external experts 38 and product users got a score of 37 which is included in the very good category, so this web-based furniture product catalog is declared valid for use. So it can be concluded that the Web-Based Furniture Product Catalog as a Marketing Media for SJF Teakwood Jepara is worthy of being used effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to measure user satisfaction with the Booking Bromo website using the Modified WebQual 4.0 method. The website is used by tourists to book entrance tickets to Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS); however, there have been complaints about service quality, such as frequent server inaccessibility, a monotonous website design, and a lack of community interaction features. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved 338 respondents who were users of the Booking Bromo website. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring variables such as Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, Visual Quality, and User Satisfaction. The results show that Usability Quality and Information Quality significantly influence User Satisfaction, while Service Interaction Quality requires improvement, particularly in transaction security and user communication features. This study provides recommendations to enhance website service quality and features to improve user satisfaction, such as improving server stability, providing clearer information, and adding more interactive community communication features.

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) has become one of the leading technologies in digital transformation, including in customer relationship management (CRM). This article discusses how IoT integration in CRM systems can improve customer satisfaction and retention through real-time data collection, service personalization, and data-driven decision making. With a literature study and implementation analysis, this research shows that IoT technology can provide deeper insight into customer behavior, improve operational efficiency, and create a more satisfying customer experience.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the use of information technology-based digital literacy in increasing awareness of data security and preventing cyber crime. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive analysis methods, which combine primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews with information technology experts, digital literacy activists, the government, and the general public, coupled with observations of the implementation of digital literacy programs in several regions. Secondary data was obtained from official documents and reports related to digital literacy and cyber threats. The research results show that although understanding about the use of digital devices is quite widespread, awareness of the importance of protecting personal data is still low. Existing digital literacy programs tend to focus on basic skills in using technology, but do not include material on data security and cyber threats. The main obstacle in implementing digital literacy programs is limited resources and facilities in certain areas. In addition, even though educational efforts regarding cyber threats have been carried out, people still have difficulty understanding the right way to protect their data from cyber attacks. This research concludes that it is necessary to strengthen digital literacy programs that are more inclusive and in-depth, as well as increasing collaboration between the government, the private sector and educational institutions to increase public understanding regarding data security and preventing cyber crime.

Abstract

The design of a data processing information system is currently in great demand. By designing a data processing information system, the community, especially the congregation and administrators at the Sumba Christian Church (GKS) Lambanapu, can be facilitated in the process of data processing and providing information quickly, precisely and accurately, so that efficiency and effectiveness of church work are achieved. In this study, the author uses various writing methods including data collection techniques, waterfall methods, and system development methods. Creating an information system in church data processing that should be able to improve service performance and be able to provide fast and accurate information. So that it can help the process of church member data collection and can be a means of conveying information to church members. Creating a web-based system used for congregation or congregation data at the Sumba Christian Church (GKS) Lambanapu which contains applications for member registration, baptism registration, marriage blessing registration, sidi registration, registration for borrowing worship facilities and infrastructure, as well as downloading member documents, and news about church activities.

Abstract

The application of appropriate technology (TTG) is an innovative approach in realizing independent and sustainable regional development. This technology is designed to meet community needs by considering local social, economic, cultural and environmental conditions. This research aims to explore the basic concepts, roles and factors for the success of implementing TTG in the context of sustainable development. Appropriate technology has an important role in increasing productivity, creating jobs and strengthening regional independence. The success of its implementation is influenced by community participation, government policy support, availability of resources, and technological innovation. TTG contributes to achieving sustainable development goals, such as reducing poverty, providing renewable energy, and inclusive infrastructure development. However, the main obstacles to its implementation include limited skilled human resources, limited funding, and inadequate infrastructure. Therefore, synergy between stakeholders is needed to ensure effective and sustainable implementation of TTG. This research suggests increasing training, using local resources, and supporting policies that support TTG development at the regional level.

Abstract

Product search is one of the important features in e-commerce applications to provide an optimal user experience. This research discusses the implementation of regular expressions as a method to improve the efficiency of product search. With this approach, the system can match string patterns more flexibly, even when there are variations in user input, such as misspellings or inconsistent formatting. The results show that the application of regular expressions can reduce search time by 30% and improve keyword matching accuracy by 95% compared to traditional search methods. This research contributes to the development of more advanced search systems for e-commerce applications.

Abstract

Decision making with the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method has been widely applied in various fields. One of them is in the field of disaster mitigation. This study aims to determine the types of disaster mitigation that apply the AHP Method in determining decisions. The research method uses the Narrative Review Method to describe and analyze various research literature on disaster mitigation using the AHP Method. The research method begins with a literature search with a limitation of 2019-2024 and the literature is only in the form of articles that have been published. 11 related articles were found that were successfully summarized. The results of the study stated that there are several types of research articles related to disaster mitigation that have implemented the AHP Method in their decision support systems, such as in research on flood-prone zoning, landslide-prone zoning, priority alternatives for flood control efforts, landslide risk factors, analyzing tsunami disaster risks, air evacuation routes and others.
