Abstract

An organization is formed to achieve a common goal, but to achieve the goal effectively, good and correct management is needed. For this purpose, the necessary resources are designed, including natural resources, capital resources, human resources, technology and work mechanisms to achieve organizational goals.Apart from the function and role of human resources, achieving smooth work also relies heavily on effective management facilities and systems. Without facilities and infrastructure, it is impossible for an institution's goals to be achieved. Therefore, an institution needs office facilities and infrastructure that can facilitate employees in carrying out their duties and work so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run smoothly. The availability of sufficient office facilities of good quality is an important part that needs to be prepared optimally and continuously so as to ensure the smooth running of employee work activities.The aim of this research is to determine: 1. The influence of infrastructure on employee performance 2. The influence of work discipline on employee performance 3. The influence of infrastructure and work discipline together on the performance of employees of the Education and Culture Office of Lampung Province.This research uses a quantitative descriptive research method, namely a research method that uses data in the form of numbers to analyze the facts found which aims to determine the relationship between variables in a population. The analysis used is simple and multiple regression. This research used 25 respondents.Based on the results of data analysis, the hypothesis answer was found as follows; There is an influence of Infrastructure (X1) on employee performance (Y) at the Lampung Province Education and Culture Office, with an influence level (R-square) of 72.8%. There is an influence of Work Discipline on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of Lampung Province with an influence level of 81.2%. There is an influence of Infrastructure and Work Discipline together on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of Lampung Province, with an influence level of 85.6%.

Abstract

The implementation of government must be seen in the context of optimizing the implementation of its main functions towards the existence of the apparatus in the government organization, especially in improving performance in order to provide services to the community. A government is considered effective if it can achieve its goals optimally, is able to adapt to its environment and can improve work performance and human resource development. For this reason, all government institutions must improve their performance including the Regional Secretariat of Pringsewu Regency. Various efforts can be made to improve employee performance starting from education and training, compensation so that there are awards for work achievements achieved. However, employee performance is not only influenced by these factors, but theoretically is also influenced by organizational culture and the quality of human resources owned by the agency. The purpose of this study is to determine: 1. The effect of organizational culture on employee performance 2. The effect of HR quality on employee performance 3. The effect of organizational culture and HR quality together on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Pringsewu Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method, namely a research method that uses data in the form of numbers in analyzing the facts found which aims to determine the relationship between variables in a population. The analysis used is simple and multiple regression. This study used 53 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, the answers to the hypothesis were found as follows; There is an influence of organizational culture (X1) on employee performance (Y) at the Pringsewu Regency Regional Secretariat, with an influence level (R-square) of 83.9%. There is an influence of HR quality on employee performance at the Pringsewu Regency Regional Secretariat with an influence level of 86.9%. There is an influence of organizational culture and HR quality together on employee performance at the Pringsewu Regency Regional Secretariat, with an influence level of 94.3%.

Abstract

The success of an organization is determined by the performance of its employees. Civil servants are local government officials who assist in the completion of government tasks. The issue that persists to this day is that the resources of government apparatus, both in Ministries/Agencies and Local Governments, have not been fully managed optimally. Therefore, it is not surprising that the management of human resources has become an interesting issue and one of the focal points of the eight programs outlined in the bureaucratic reform roadmap. One of the several mandates that must be carried out within this bureaucratic reform program is the obligation for every government agency to conduct and develop individual employee performance assessments. The task feels very heavy compared to the tasks of addressing the other eight stages in human resource management, such as placement, development, and promotion/termination of employees. The issues at this research include the establishment or determination of appropriate performance indicators for each employee according to their position, performance targets for each employee related to organizational planning, and the means to capture employee performance achievements. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the quality of human resources and work facilities on employee performance at the Testing and Implementation Center for Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Techniques and Methods. This research employs a sampling method with a total of 47 respondents. The analysis used is quantitative, and the data processing is conducted using the SPSS program. The results indicate that the quality of human resources has a positive impact on employee performance, with a contribution of 80.8%. Furthermore, work facilities also positively influence employee performance, contributing 76.5%. The regression test shows that there is a positive combined effect of both the quality of human resources and work facilities on employee performance. The influence of the two variables X1 and X2 on Y is 84.4%, while the remaining 15.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative research. The analytical method in this study uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient and hypothesis testing using t-test. The number of samples studied was 73 questionnaires to employees at the Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) and the Fire Department of South Bengkulu Regency. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are the equation: Y = 13.604 + 0.262 X1 + 0.410 X2 + e, this describes a positive regression direction, meaning that the variables Work Environment (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a positive influence on Employee Performance (Y) in Satpol PP and Fire Department of South Bengkulu Regency. The value of the coefficient of determination from the calculation results using SPSS can be seen that the coefficient of determination value of R square is 0.800. This means that the value of Work Environment (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y) by 80% while the remaining 20% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of workplace facilities and service quality on community satisfaction at the suka banjar village office, tetap subdistrict, kaur regency. the data collection method in this study used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 1,000 respondents. the results of the study show that the multiple linear regression equation is y = 26.889 + 0.332 x1 + 0.125 x2 + 3.417. the coefficients are positive, indicating a direct relationship between the variables of workplace facilities (x1) and service quality (x2) and community satisfaction at the suka banjar village office, tetap subdistrict, kaur regency. the results indicate that the test for workplace facilities (X1) shows a t-count of 5.336 > t-table of 1.660 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus the alternative hypothesis (ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (ho) is rejected. this means that workplace facilities (X1) have a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction at the suka banjar village office, tetap subdistrict, kaur regency. the test for service quality (X2) shows a t-count of 2.026 > t-table of 1.660 and a significance value of 0.045 < 0.05, so the alternative hypothesis (ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (ho) is rejected. this means that service quality (x2) has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction at the suka banjar village office, tetap subdistrict, kaur regency.based on the comparison between the f-count and the f-table, the f-count value is greater than the f-table value, which is 17.314 > 2.70. therefore, it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning there is a simultaneous influence between workplace facilities (X1) and service quality (X2) on community satisfaction at the suka banjar village office, tetap subdistrict, kaur regency. this is shown by the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Library services are developed through the utilization of library resources to meet the needs of users. The quality of library services can affect user satisfaction. If the needs of users are met, it will create satisfaction. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of service quality and trust on students’ satisfaction at Library SMPN 1 Ulu Musi. This type of research uses quantitative research. The analytical method in this research uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient, and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The number of samples studied was 30 students of SMPN 1 Ulu Musi. From the results of linear regression analysis with a value of Y = 9.414 + 0.497 X. From the results of calculations using SPSS, the coefficient of determination value of R is 0.682. This means that the value of Variable (X) influences the variable (Y) by 68,2% while the remaining 31,8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a primary driver of change in the global financial sector, including Indonesia. Deploying technologies such as electronic payment systems, artificial intelligence (AI), and blockchain not only accelerates financial services but also boosts operational efficiency and system security. This article analyses the contribution of digital technologies to cost efficiency and security enhancement in financial institutions through a literature review of scholarly works published between 2018 and 2025. Findings reveal that business-process automation enabled by business-intelligence tools and technology-based financial applications can cut operational costs by up to 30 percent. Meanwhile, encryption techniques and AI-powered fraud-detection systems reduce data breaches and fraudulent activities by approximately 25 percent. Furthermore, blockchain implementation provides transaction transparency and traceability, directly reinforcing customer trust. Consequently, digital technology adoption is not merely a catalyst for service transformation but also a critical strategy for competing in an increasingly dynamic digital economy. This study underscores the need for synergy among technological innovation, adaptive regulation, and improved digital literacy to create a financial system that is efficient, inclusive, and secure.

Abstract

The tight competition in the banking industry requires banks to make various efforts to attract customers to use their products. One of the factors that influences customer interest is digital marketing. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of digital marketing on customer interest in Bank Bengkulu, Padang Ulak Tanding Branch.This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research type. This research was conducted at Bank Bengkulu, Padang Ulak Tanding Branch. The sample in this study was 100 people with the sampling technique in this study being accidental sampling. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative descriptive.The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence between digital marketing on customer interest with a t-value of 4.875> 1.66055 and a sig a value = 0.000 <0.050. The R2 value of 0.195 indicates that 19.5% of customer interest is influenced by digital marketing, the rest is influenced by other factors.
