Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of online advertising, price, and online customer reviews on consumers purchase intention at Pintu Baja Jaya 99 Store. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 109 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that simultaneously, online advertising, price, and customer reviews have a significant effect on purchase intention. Partially, online advertising and online customer reviews have a significant influence, while price does not significantly affect purchase intention. These findings indicate that consumers tend to consider online advertising and customer reviews more when deciding to purchase products online. Therefore, business owners are advised to manage attractive online store advertisements and pay attention to online reputation through customer reviews in order to increase consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima Regency. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in the study amounted to 69 people, with a sample of 38 ASN. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature review. Data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, T-tests, and F-tests, processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture (X1) and work environment (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima Regency.

Abstract

Digital transformation is essential for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to improve efficiency and competitiveness. The Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), introduced by Bank Indonesia, unifies multiple digital payment codes into a single national standard. This study aims to describe the implementation of QRIS at Warung Makan Nyanyu in Palu City, focusing on efficiency benefits, challenges, and adaptation strategies. A qualitative case study was employed, using semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and transaction documentation. The findings reveal that QRIS enhances transaction speed, provides automatic recording that reduces manual errors, and minimizes risks associated with cash handling. However, challenges include unstable internet connectivity, low digital literacy among some customers, and the burden of the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR). Strategies adopted include providing backup data packages, educating customers, and offering digital payment discounts. The study highlights QRIS as not only a payment tool but also a vital instrument for MSME digital transformation and financial inclusion.

Abstract

This study analyzes the investment feasibility of the Cimol Tahu Kentang Bersaudara business in Palu City using a descriptive quantitative method using Present Value (PV), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Payback Period (PBP), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Average Rate of Return (ARR) indicators. Data comes from estimated investment costs, operations, revenue, and three-year cash flow projections. The analysis results show a PV of Rp1,592,875,325 and an NPV of Rp1,542,875,325, indicating significant profits. PI > 1 reflects efficiency, PBP of only 0.09 years (±33 days) indicates a fast return on investment, IRR of 10–11% exceeds the benchmark interest rate, and ARR of 1,176%–2,352% indicates high profit potential. Thus, this business is declared very financially feasible and has long-term prospects.

Abstract

This feasibility study analyzes the expansion plan of Tweescake Palu, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) specializing in mochi sales, by establishing a physical store. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative analyses. The quantitative analysis focuses on financial evaluation using five key metrics: Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Average Rate of Return (ARR), and Payback Period (PP). The qualitative analysis is conducted through in-depth interviews with the business owner, Widya Malewa, to explore background, motivations, initial challenges, and perceptions regarding future business prospects. Based on the calculations, the investment plan is proven to be highly feasible financially. The project’s NPV is Rp37,504,178, PI is 1.38, IRR is approximately 29.82%, ARR is 27.16%, and PP is only 3.68 years, or 44.2 months, or 1,344 days. These findings confirm that the investment is financially viable to implement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Competence, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Bima Regency Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study amounted to 101 people, with a sample of 70 ASN (State Civil Apparatus), 10 P3K (National Civil Service), and 21 Honorary. The research sample used 80 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, T-tests, and F-tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results of the study indicate that Competence (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Job Satisfaction (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Bima Regency Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the rapid growth of social media as a medium for digital marketing, particularly for men’s skincare brands such as Kahf, which are widely favored by Generation Z. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of influencers, user reviews, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions for the Kahf brand through social media, focusing on Generation Z in Sumbawa Besar. This study employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design, involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that all three independent variables—influencers, user reviews, and product quality—have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. These results highlight that influencer credibility, the authenticity of user reviews, and high product quality are key factors in building consumer trust and driving purchase decisions. In conclusion, leveraging digital marketing strategies through influencer collaboration, effective management of user reviews, and continuous product quality improvement are essential for companies to strengthen competitiveness in the era of social media–based marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, and to determine the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at company PT. Triwijaya Sari. The method used is a quantitative method using associative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling using a sample of 92 respondents. Data analysis uses regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that the work discipline variable (X1) has a relationship or influence level of 0.550 on employee performance (Y), from the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table, namely (8.219 > 1.986). This can be strengthened with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the test results show a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT. Triwijaya Sari. Job satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant influence with a relationship or influence level of 3.477 on employee performance (Y). From the hypothesis testing, the t-count value is obtained > t-table, namely (3.477 > 1.986). This is supported by a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. The hypothesis test shows that work discipline and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 59.3%, while the remaining 40.7% is influenced by other factors. Simultaneous hypothesis testing yielded a calculated F value > F table (54.354 > 3.099). This is further supported by a significant probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, indicating a simultaneous positive and significant effect between work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Triwijaya Sari.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the Salman Orange Juice (SOJ) micro-enterprise in Palu City, which produces fresh orange drinks based on local raw materials. Data were obtained through interviews with the business owner, field observations, and financial documentation. The analysis used qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches, with investment feasibility indicators including Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Payback Period (PBP), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR), using a 10% discount rate. The results indicate a positive NPV of Rp4,600,000, a PI of 1.23, a PBP achieved in 0.74 years or approximately 9 months, and an IRR of 35.3%. All calculations indicate that the SOJ business is feasible to operate and develop further. From a non-financial perspective, this business also supports local economic empowerment by utilizing orange raw materials from local farmers, offering healthy beverage products, and has a potential market, especially among university students. Thus, the SOJ business not only provides financial benefits but also has a positive socio-economic contribution.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, and social media on purchasing decisions for Azarine sunscreen products on the Shopee platform, focusing on consumers in Sumbawa District. The background of the study is based on the increasing use of e-commerce and public awareness of the importance of skin protection, which drives the growth in demand for skincare products, especially sunscreen. The method used is quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of independent variables on purchasing decisions. The results of the study indicate that the three variables—product quality, price, and social media—have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that consumers in Sumbawa District tend to consider aspects of quality, affordability, and the influence of social media in choosing Azarine sunscreen products on the Shopee platform. This study is expected to contribute to business actors and academics in understanding consumer behavior in the digital era, especially in sub- district
