Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of innovation capability variables, competence, and catur purusa artha on the performance of MSMEs in Bali Province. The respondent data sampled in this study were MSMEs in Bali Province using a questionnaire method using 100 MSME samples calculated using the Slovin formula. In contrast, the data processing and analysis techniques used SPSS software. The findings of this study indicate that: 1) Innovation capability does not have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, 2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, 3) Catur Purusa Artha has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Profitability Ratio proxied by Net Profit Margin and the Activity Ratio proxied by Total Asset Turnover on PT Gudang Garam Tbk's Profit Growth, both partially and simultaneously. The population chosen was the financial report of PT Gudang Garam Tbk, with the sample used being the financial position report and profit and loss report for the 2013-2022 period. This research uses a quantitative approach and documentation data collection techniques. The analytical methods used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on partial research results using the t test, it was concluded that Net Profit Margin had a significant effect on Profit Growth with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Meanwhile, Total Asset Turnover has no significant effect on Profit Growth with a significance value of 0.413 > 0.05. Simultaneous test results (F test) show that Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover together have a significant effect on Profit Growth with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 with an F_count value of 21.160 > F_table 4.74.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Equity (ROE) Terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV) pada PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk periode 2014-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan dan sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan posisi keuangan, laporan laba rugi, dan harga saham perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,010 < 0,05. Sementara Return on Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV), dengan nilai signifikansi 0,816 > 0,05. Secara simultan, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out whether financial literacy, financial behavior, lifestyle hedonism and self-control influence sharia investment decisions either partially or simulta neously in students of Pancasakti Tegal University. It is hoped that this research could be a reference as well as a benefit to enhance an investment decision in students. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is Students of Pancasakti Tegal University with a total of 6,140 Students, while the sample in this research is 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation methods, questionnaires and. The instrumental tests of this research include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions tests, and hypothesis tests. The analytical techniques used are double linear analysis. The research results prove that there is an influence between the financial literacy variable of 3,256 and the t table of 1.985, meaning tcount > ttable (3,256> 1.984) so ​​that it influences sharia investment decisions, the financial behavior variable is 2.321 and the ttable is 1.985, meaning tcount > ttable ( 2,321> 1.984) so ​​that Ho is rejected and influences sharia investment decisions and hedonistic lifestyles is 1.197 and t table is 1.985, meaning tcount > ttable (1.197> 1.984) so ​​that Ho is accepted so it has no effect on sharia investment decisions, self control variable is 2.723 and ttable is 1.985 means tcount > ttable (2.723 > 1.984) so ​​Ho rejected so that it influences sharia investment decisions and financial literacy, financial behavior, hedonistic lifestyle and self-control Simultaneous positive influence on sharia investment decisions among students at Pancasakti University, Tegal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of taste, service quality, and word of mouth on repeat purchase decisions at Seblak Dapuraos. The research method used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are customers of Seblak Dapuraos. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that service quality and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on repeat purchase decisions, while taste does not have a significant impact. These findings highlight the importance of good service quality and positive recommendations from consumers as the main drivers in enhancing customer loyalty for repeat purchases. Although taste is an important factor, it is essential to consider local characteristics and consumer preferences to optimize the customer experience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of Short-Term Debt and Long-Term Debt on Profitability through the financial statements of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk for the period 2013-2023. This type of research uses quantitative research and the analysis methods used in this research are Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Model Feasibility Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The results of the study partially show that the short-term debt variable has a tcount < ttable = (0.126 < 2.306) and a significance value (0.903 > 0.05) which means that there is no significant effect of the short- term debt variable on profitability and the long-term debt variable has a tcount < ttable = (-1.175 < 2.306) and a significance value (0.275 > 0.05) which means that there is no significant effect of the long-term debt variable on profitability. And simultaneously the short-term debt variable and the long-term debt variable also show no significant effect on profitability with the results of the f test resulting in fcount < ftabel = (0.853 < 4.26) and a significance value (0.461 > 0.05) with the coefficient of determination of this study only 17.6% while the remaining 82.4% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on consumer loyalty. The population in this study were all consumers of Kang Cukur Barbershop as many as 5,050 respondents. The research sample used a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula as many as 100 people. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires to consumers of Kang Cukur Barbershop who have been used as research samples. Data processing and analysis techniques use multiple regression analysis techniques. Simultaneous Significance Test of service quality on consumer loyalty obtained a value of t count> t table or (11.264> 1.984) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, while in the t test of Price on Consumer Loyalty obtained t count> t table or (6.623> 1.984) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of F count> F table or (79.970> 3.090). The results of the research test of service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty with the regression equation Y = 4.762 + 0.567X1 + 0.341X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.789 means that it has a strong relationship. The determination coefficient value is 62.2% while the remaining 37.8% is influenced by other factors. Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence of service quality and price on consumer loyalty

Abstract

With the increasingly intense business competition on social media, marketing strategies have become essential to attract potential customers. The right strategy not only enhances brand awareness but also supports long-term business growth. This study aims to analyze the influence of interaction activities, engaging content, and endorsements on the brand awareness of Carl & Claire, a premium perfume specialist in Indonesia, focusing on the Jabodetabek area. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method with purposive sampling, involving 160 respondents who are Instagram users. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that interaction activities, engaging content, and endorsements significantly influence the improvement of Carl & Claire's brand awareness. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for the company in designing more effective social media marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital marketing and word of mouth on consumer loyalty with consumer trust as an intervening variable in Barokah Catering. The population in this study is all Barokah Catering customers. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of customers who have used catering services at least once and are domiciled in Sumbawa Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The data analysis technique was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), with the number of respondents determined based on Paul Leedy's formula, which was 100 people. The results of the study show that digital marketing and word of mouth have a significant effect on consumer trust. However, digital marketing does not have a significant effect on consumer loyalty, while word of mouth has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. In addition, consumer trust does not have a significant effect on consumer loyalty and cannot be an intermediary variable in the relationship between digital marketing and word of mouth to consumer loyalty. These findings indicate that word of mouth strategies are more effective in increasing customer loyalty than digital marketing.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of brand image, lifestyle and product quality on iPhone purchasing decisions among Sumbawa University of Technology students. The sample in this study was selected using a purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 114 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) data analysis method. The research results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Lifestyle has no influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, product quality has a positive and significant influence on iPhone purchasing decisions among Sumbawa University of Technology students.
