Abstract

This study aims to test and determine the increase in tax revenue before and after it is applied to the SAMSAT Dompu Joint office. This research is quantitative descriptive. This is obtained through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed by comparing the amount of motor vehicle tax revenue before and after the tax return. The results of the research show that: Tax revenue after the implementation of the Kring Tax is proven to be able to tie motor vehicle tax receipts with the numbers recorded in the SAMSAT Dompu Office report which is IDR 6,734,770,347, while in 2016 it was IDR 9,205,731,543 and continues to increase until 2018. which is IDR 10,729,544,167, of which the biggest contribution to motor vehicle tax collection is the type of motorbike with a total of IDR 4,206,763,159 in 2018 and IDR 4,349,173,575 in 2019. Constraints faced during motor vehicle tax collection are: lots of data taxpayers who are not in accordance with the BPKB, not to mention taxpayers who have transferred ownership but do not report.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Sermani Steel Makassar. The sampling technique used a census formula (saturated) where the entire population was sampled as many as 63 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and rehabilitation and uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant positive effect between occupational health on employee productivity from the test results t count 3.675 > t table 1.99834 (2) there is a significant positive effect between job security on employee productivity from the test results t count 6.579 > t table 1.99834 (3) there is a significant positive effect between work safety on employee productivity from the test results t count 3.208 > t table 1.99834.

Abstract

This study aims to determine behavior on purchasing decisions for Bimoli cooking oil products (case study on Kheyla Mart Baraka). This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire or questionnaire by collecting data or information and stating the variables that describe the perception of consumer behavior in purchasing decisions. With a total sample of 95 respondents drawn from the entire population. The results showed that the value of count was 2.730 > table was 1.98525 and a significant value was 0.008 <0.05. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the variable X has a significant positive effect on variable Y. In other words, consumer behavior has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The research aims to find out how the process of waste management by garbage banks to improve community welfare through the samaturu garbage bank on barrang lompo island, barrang lompo village, sangkarrang islands district, makassar city. The results of this study indicate that the waste management practices at the samaturu waste bank for the welfare of the people on Barrang Lompo Island are not too significant in improving the economy. However, there are benefits that the community feels from the existence of waste management. Their environment looks clean and tidy, residents are more aware of the rubbish that is around them. Waste management practices performed by the samaturu garbage bank by involving community potential in waste management and running the waste bank program. Apart from aiming to help the community's economy, the existence of this waste bank improves the quality of life of the community and creates a clean environment. Community welfare in Barrang Lompo Island, Barrang Lompo Village is quite good from the results of waste management and from the results of visits from the city government and the environment agency (dlh).

Abstract

This type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of job design on employee performance, (2) the influence of work culture on employee performance. This research method used is quantitative, this research is a study that collects data or information and states variables that describe job design and work culture on employee performance. Woth a total sample of 80 respondents taken from the entire population. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire sheet. Management is carried out by means of the SPSS program comparison t test. The results of this study use several tests, one of which is the t test using the t test, one of which is the t test using the t test, with the t test it is known that the value of t count > t table, this indicates that the hypothesis is accepted. The conclusions of the results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant positive effect between job design on employees from the results of the test, there is it count 0.5480 > t table 1.990 (2) there is no significant positive influence between work culture on performance at the Bawakaraeng Branch Bank From the test result t count -1.787 <t table 1.990.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company and also to find out alternative strategies that can be used by the company, in this case Yamaha Matramas Motor Dealers. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The meaning of this analysis is to identify the company's internal and external environment in a competitive climate with companies engaged in the same business field. SWOT analysis includes the external environment and the internal environment. Environmental analysis is a process used to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In this SWOT analysis, a qualitative approach will be used. The qualitative approach is an analysis that is used without using numerical calculations, but is based on judgments or opinions as well as basics that can support subjective decision making. Based on all the analyzes mentioned above, the tool used to compile the company's strategic factors is to use the SWOT matrix. This matrix can clearly describe how the external opportunities and threats faced by the company can be adjusted to the internal strengths and weaknesses of the company. The matrix can generate four sets of possible alternative strategies. By using a SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that the company can take an alternative strategy of ST, WT, SO and WO.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of competent human resource management in improving the professionalism of SDN teachers in Kalaena sub-district, East Luwu district (study at SDN 156 Kalaena). This type of research used in this research is case research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The processed data is the result of interviews from informants, namely the principal and teachers at SDN 156 Kalaena. The data collection techniques used were interview observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research carried out by researchers, the conclusion that can be drawn is that human resources at SDN 156 Kalaena can be categorized as good or adequate both in quantity and quality Efforts to improve teacher professionalism at SDN 156 Kalaena have been well done in terms of understanding protest demands to achieve qualifications and competence, building good and broad nursing relationships through professional organizations developing ethos and adopting innovations in the use of communication and information technology The implementation of human resource management by the principal of SDN 156 Kalaena has been carried out well, especially in terms of placement of human resources training and development of human resources assessments of performance using qualitative and quantitative assessments and compensation for incentives.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working relations and working conditions on job satisfaction at the Trade and Industry Office in Gowa Regency. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis models. The results of multiple linear regression which are processed and analyzed using the SPSS method, the equation Y = 1.410 + 0.771.X1 + 0.151.X2 is obtained where the number shows a = 1.410, this figure shows that without a work relationship and working conditions it will affect job satisfaction. b1x1 = 0.771, this means that the work relationship has an effect on job satisfaction. b2x2 = 0.151, this shows that working conditions have an influence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the application of management audits as a means of assessing the effectiveness of the human resource management function at the PT Gresik Cipta Sejahtera Makassar branch.
