Abstract

The purpose of this study is a type of qualitative research with the aim of knowing the Effectiveness of Application of HC Portal Application (Human Capital) in Administrative Data Management and Employee Health Services in PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Sulawesi. The source of data in this study uses primary data, namely informants of managers and users of the HC Portal Application, and secondary data in the form of related regulatory documents. Data collection techniques in the study used the interview, observation and documentation methods. Based on the results of research, the existence of the HC portal is very time efficient, minimizes errors in services and transactions, makes it easier for employees to access the portal and easy availability of administrative information, greatly assists employees in uploading health administration data, as well as easy management of employee data. So that in this study the authors can conclude that whereas in general, employees of PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Sulawesi as users feel very helpful and more effective than the previous process. This is also felt by YAN HC Makassar employees as managers, because the HC portal is very helpful and facilitates their work process in managing administrative data and serving health services..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the UPTP (BLK) Work Training Center in Overcoming Unemployment in Makassar City. This study uses qualitative research methods, the data used are primary data obtained from interviews with employees at UPTP BLK Makassar and secondary data obtained from agencies related to research. The technique of collecting data using interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate effectiveness in overcoming unemployment in the city of Makassar and it can be concluded that the Job Training Center is quite effective in overcoming unemployment. This can be seen from table 4.4 which is quite effective in overcoming unemployment in the city of Makassar with the results of research from 2020-2022 that the number of training participants at UPTP BLK Makassar is 74%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and dividend policy on stock prices in banking companies listed on the IDX. The population of this study is the banking sector companies, totaling 7 companies. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with the variables used in this research are Financial Ratios and Dividend Policy which are proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). , Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 20. The results of this study indicate that Return on Assets (ROA) has no effect on stock prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. Which means that the level of a company's ability to generate profits has no effect on stock prices, Current Ratio (CR) has a positive effect on stock prices. Which means that the level of a company's ability to fulfill all its short-term obligations has an effect on stock prices, Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive effect on stock prices. Which means that the level of a company's ability to generate profits has an effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on stock prices. Which means that the level of the company's ability to use owner's capital has no effect on the stock price, the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) has no effect on the company's stock price. Which means that the level of the company's ability to pay dividends has no effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This research aims to determine financial performance using Altman Z-score analysis before and during COVID-19 in the Mining sector listed on the IDX. The data used in this study is financial data derived from the annual reports of 47 mining sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2022. The analytical tool used is the Wilcoxon Rank Test different test using SPSS 23. The results showed that the assessment of financial performance using the Altman Z-score before the pandemic in 2017-2019 showed a figure of 3,609 or on average Mining companies did not experience bankruptcy. Meanwhile, from 2020 to 2022, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the figure was 2,408 or in the category of being prone to bankruptcy (gray area). Statistically, the change in financial performance was significant with the direction of change, namely a decline in 2020-2022 or during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Peran Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Pengelolaan Wisata Kawasan Adat Ammatoa Di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Fokus penelitian kali ini berfokus pada sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan wisata kawasan adat ammatoa dan sistem pengelolaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat diuraikan kesimpulan terkait peran sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan wisata kawasan adat ammatoa di kabupaten Bulukumba yaitu yang pertama peran pemerintah desa dan pemerintah adat terhadap wisata kawasan adat ammatoa adalah bagian terpenting dalam pengawasan dan pengembangan wisata, kedua lembaga ini bertujuan menjaga keutuhan budaya yang terdapat pada wisata tersebut. Yang kedua pada tahap pengelolaan beberapa kegiatan dan program kerjanya sudah berjalan tetapi masih terdapat kekurangan seperti izin penyediaan sarana prasarana oleh pemeritah adat, kurangnya pelatihan ekonomi kreatif untuk masyarakat dan ketertiban pengunjung.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the financial performance of companies in the food and beverage industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2016 to 2020. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method and relies on secondary data obtained from financial reports. The sample in this research consists of 5 companies selected based on specific criteria using the Purposive Sampling technique. Based on the analysis of the financial reports of companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2016 to 2020, involving the use of financial ratios such as activity and profitability ratios, it can be concluded that the average ratio values of the 8 companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2016 to 2020 indicate that the condition of these companies is not favorable. The Activity Ratio analysis, measured by Total Asset Turnover and Inventory Turnover, indicates that companies in the food and beverage industry can be categorized as being in an unfavorable condition because they are still below industry standards. This suggests that these companies have not achieved a sufficient level of stability and efficiency in their operational activities to generate income. Meanwhile, Profitability Ratio analysis, measured by Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, and Return On Investment, also indicates that companies in the food and beverage industry can be categorized as being in an unfavorable condition because their financial performance is still below industry standards. This means that these companies have not been able to generate adequate profit or return from their sales or from their own capital.

Abstract

This research endeavor aims to delve into the impact of solidarity on employee performance within the Department of Trade and Industry in Gowa Regency. The chosen research methodology for this study is quantitative research. Data collection was meticulously carried out through the administration of well-structured questionnaires. The study's sample encompasses the entirety of the workforce within the Department of Trade and Industry in Gowa Regency. The sampling technique employed is known as saturation sampling, ensuring that every eligible participant is included in the study. Data were gathered through a combination of direct observation and the systematic distribution of questionnaires employing a Likert scale. The findings derived from this study convincingly demonstrate that solidarity exerts a positive and statistically significant influence on employee performance at the Department of Trade and Industry in Gowa Regency. These findings are substantiated by the results of the simple regression analysis, which yielded a coefficient of 0.412, and the t-test results, with a p-value of 0.040. In light of these substantial findings, it can be confidently concluded that solidarity indeed plays a pivotal role in shaping employee performance within the Department of Trade and Industry in Gowa Regency, underscoring its importance as a contributing factor in organizational effectiveness and efficiency..

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the provision of BRI Palattae People's Business Credit (KUR) has an effect on increasing MSME income in Lalepo Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency." This research was conducted in Lalepo village, Kahu District, Bone Regency over a period of 2 (two) months from April to May 2022. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The quantitative research method was chosen based on the philosophy of positivism, which is used to research certain populations or samples, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. This research is quantitative research using a multiple linear regression model which is processed using the SPSS v16.0 for Windows application. Based on the results of the t test calculation (partial), the t-count value was 3.801 and the t-table was 2.014 with a significance level of 0.000. Because the t-calculated value is greater than the t-table with a significance smaller than 0.05 (5%), the results of this study indicate that the provision of People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Palattae Unit has a positive and significant effect on increasing income. MSMEs in Lalepo Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency amounted to 21.5%, while the remaining 78.5% were influenced by other variables which were not included in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the process of implementing human resource management improves the quality of education at SDN NO 35 Maccini Baji, Takalar Regency. This type of research is field research carried out by meeting respondents or informants directly. The data collection technique used to obtain valid data is through observation, interviews and documentation taken directly from informants, namely the principal and teachers of SDN NO 35 Maccini Baji, Takalar Regency. The data analysis techniques used are through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the findings of this research are that the implementation of management in improving the quality of education is going well and is quite adequate, the implementation of human resource management at SDN No. 35 Maccini Baji goes through several stages (1) Carrying out an effective human resource planning process. (2) Carry out external recruitment through the education office and internal recruitment and selection for additional staff such as honorary teachers. (3) Placing employees according to interests and talents. (4) Holding training so that the skills of teachers and employees increase (5) Carrying out performance assessments within one semester. (6) Provide appreciation in the form of compensation and bonuses according to position and qualifications. (7) Terminate employment relations in accordance with mutual agreement. Meanwhile, improving the quality of education is carried out using input, process and output indicators in management. The input indicators are increasing teacher professionalism, the process of carrying out the recruitment process through promotions and improving facilities and infrastructure and the output indicators are academic and non-academic achievements.

Abstract

Fraud or Fraud is a deliberate act of dishonesty to deprive another person/party of their rights or property. In the context of a financial statement audit, fraud is defined as a misstatement in a financial report carried out intentionally. Companies identified as committing fraud can result in bankruptcy. This is where the role of an internal control system is really needed. To reduce the potential for fraud committed by irresponsible parties, maximizing the role of information technology is one way that must be taken to prevent fraud. In this research, qualitative research methodology was used. This type of research is library research. The approach used in this research is a philosophical and pedagogical approach. In the process of preventing and detecting fraud, the use of information technology to strengthen the internal control system is a step to overcome this problem. Through the use of information technology systems, it is believed that it will reduce the occurrence of fraud in an organization, which of course will have a good impact on the continuity of the organization's business.
