Abstract

Post delivery is a critical period where there is a series of changes in mothers that have an impact on physical, psychological and social. To optimize the health of maternal and infants, postpartum care must be a sustainable process, with care and support that is tailored to the needs of each postpartum mother so that the care provided can help mothers through their childbirth. Post -delivery care consists of monitoring and inspection. The examination material includes measuring the body temperature and pulse of the mother of maternity, recording blood pressure, examining breasts, examining uterine involution, monitoring Lochea. The purpose of this case is to find out the midwifery care given to Mrs. in the suture wound area. From the results of this study it is hoped that mothers in postpartum in order to always maintain the cleanliness of the perineum that has been done well. Thus the care given to the patient goes well

Abstract

Newborns can be interpreted as the period of life of the first baby outside the womb until the age of 28 days where there is a very big change from life in the womb to outside the womb. Providing Midwifery Care by using a midwifery management approach to the newborn Mrs. D at PMB Nurwati, Air Tiris Health Center Work Area in 2022. This writing uses a descriptive observational design in the form of a case study aimed at learning about midwifery care. This research is an assessment and collection of basic data which is the initial stage of midwifery management which is carried out using SOAP with a Varney mindset, namely subjective data assessment, objective data assessment, analysis and management according to the problems that By.Ny.D complained of, namely normal newborns. Based on the care given to By.Ny.D it has been done for 8 days. Based on the monitoring that was given for 8 days, the care provided to By.Ny.D had been running smoothly and there was an increase in the baby's weight and the care provided had been running comprehensively

Abstract

Acute respiratory infections (ARI) are still a world health problem, acute respiratory tract diseases are easily transmitted to toddlers who in their environment do not meet the criteria for clean and healthy living and this is a problem that is often encountered in the surrounding community. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) with the incidence of acute respiratory infections (ARI) in toddlers in Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang Health Center Work Area. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The population of this study were all parents of children under five who visited the posyandu in July 2022 with a total sample of 117 and taken using the total sampling technique. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. Based on univariate analysis were obtained from 117 parents of children under five, there were 67 parents of children under five (57.3%) who were not good at implementing PHBS and as many as 69 children under five (59.0%) experience ARI.The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) and the incidence of acute respiratory infections (ARI) in children under five in Tarai Bangun Village, Mining Health Center Working Area (P-value = 0.000). It is hoped that parnts of toddlers in Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang health center work area can implement clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) by getting used to living clean and healthy.

Abstract

According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO) (2020) it is estimated that diabetes is the seventh leading cause of death. Mortality is doubled in diabetic patients with diabetic foot ulcers (gangrene), it is noted that up to 85% of diabetes-related lower limb amputations are preceded by foot ulcers. The population of this study were all DM patients who received outpatient treatment at the Internal Medicine Polyclinic at the RSUD in July 2022 totaling 652 people. While the sample in this study were some DM patients in the internal medicine polyclinic room of the hospital, namely as many as 87 respondents. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate, processed using a computerized system. Based on the results of the study showed that, of the 87 respondents who suffered from DM, most of them were at risk of long suffering from DM as many as 53 people (60.9%), non-adherence to the DM diet were 50 people (57.5%) and most of them had gangrene injuries as many as 48 people (55,2%). Based on the statistical test with the chi-square test, the p value (0.05) with a 95% confidence level, then Ho was rejected, which means that there is a significant relationship between the length of suffering from DM and DM dietary compliance with the incidence of gangrene injuries in patients with diabetes mellitus. It is hoped that health workers should provide health education more often about programs in diet therapy for diabetics so that they can better understand that good diet therapy can accelerate the wound healing process

Abstract

Post-delivery is a period of recovery of the uterine organs as before the period of pregnancy. The length of the postpartum period is 6-8 weeks. Complications that often occur after childbirth are vaginal bleeding, inflammation of the puerperium, trauma during urination, damming of breast milk, meningitis, sore nipples and loss of appetite. Midwifery care for postpartum mothers should be carried out 4 times, where the first 6-8 hours after delivery, 6 days postpartum, 2 weeks postpartum, and 6 weeks postpartum. The purpose of this case is to find out the midwifery care given to postpartum mothers, with the results that Mrs. D aged 25 years P1A0 that is experiencing good changes from day to day, at 6 hours post partum the mother complains of pain in the stitches, on the second day the mother still feels pain in the stitched area and the mother says she is afraid to defecate, on the sixth day the mother does not feel pain again in the area of ??the stitches and the mother was able to defecate normally, and on the fourteenth day the mother had no more pain in the area of ??the stitches. Through the results of this study, it is hoped that postpartum mothers will continue to maintain the perineal care that has been carried out at home properly and continue to seek new information not only from health workers but can also be done from the internet or from other sources. Thus the care provided to these patients is carried out properly.

Abstract

Midwifery care in pregnancy is an important factor that can affect the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). The pregnant woman Mrs. N experienced nausea, vomiting and low back pain during pregnancy. The purpose of this case is to study and provide midwifery care to pregnant women in the first trimester using the SOAP approach. This case study uses a descriptive observational design, data collection techniques were collected through interviews, physical examination and observation. The results of care for Mrs. N which was carried out on 02 August - 23 August 2022, namely pregnant women with nausea, vomiting and low back pain, the results of the mother's examination were within normal limits, BP: 110/80, N: 86x/minute, R: 20x/ minutes, S : 36.4 ? C, BW : 44 Kg, mother's conjunctiva pink, G1P0A0 11 weeks gestation, live fetus, single, intra-uterine, mother and fetus are in good condition, no signs of danger were found. The results of this case study are expected to add references that can be used for further research

Abstract

Data World Health Organization (WHO) in 2019 Maternal Mortality Rate (AKI) is a maternal mortality rate caused by the process of pregnancy, childbirth, and after delivery which is used as an indicator of the degree of female health. One way to reduce the battery is to apply midwifery care to pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the midwifery care of pregnant women in PMB Husnel Hayati working area of ??the Salo Health Center in 2022. This study used a descriptive observational research design with a case study approach. The research subjects in this study were pregnant women in Husnel Hayati. Data was collected by conducting direct interviews with pregnant women, respondents' families and physical examinations and supporting examinations, namely physical examination. On the first day to the fifth day, the management of back pain with massage. Based on the care of labor conducted on Ny. R is found that the patient's back pain is reduced. Conclusion Midwifery care is carried out, effective and can overcome the problem of research subjects. It is hoped that this research can increase more knowledge and skills with increasingly advanced times and improve the quality of midwifery care given to patients directly in comprehensive midwifery care

Abstract

The first trimester of pregnancy is the first trimester of pregnancy, during this period the growth of the fetus is in the range of 0-12 weeks where natural processes undergo physiological changes. The purpose of this study was to determine midwifery care for pregnant women in the first trimester at PMB Nurwati in the working area of ??the Air Tiris Public Health Center in 2022. This study used a descriptive observational research design with a case study approach, the research subjects in this study were first trimester pregnant women. Data was collected by conducting direct interviews with pregnant women, the respondent's family and physical examination. From the first visit to the second visit, management was carried out according to the problems complained of. The upbringing of Mrs. A, namely pregnant women with nausea, vomiting, dizziness and back pain. The results of the mother's examination were within normal limits, BP: 90/60 mmHg, N: 83x/minute, R: 20x/mrnit, S: 36.6 0C, BW: 54 Kg , pink conjunctiva, G3P2A0H2 11 weeks gestation, general condition good, no danger signs found. The results of this case study are expected to add references that can be used for further research.

Abstract

Newborn normally or commonly called neonates is a baby born with a gestational age of more than 37 weeks with a weight of 2500-4000 grams. Providing midwifery care by using the midwifery management approach to newborns. A in PBM Nelly Suryani Kuok Village, Kuok District in 2022. The design of this research is descriptive, which is to describe or describe the description of the level of knowledge in newborn mothers in PMB Nelly, Kuok Village, Kuok District. Abstract

Around 52 million (7.7%) children under 5 years globally experience malnutrition. The prevalence of malnutrition in Indonesia in 2019 was 17.6% and in 2020 there was an increase of 19.9%. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between parenting style and the incidence of malnutrition in toddlers in the Work Area of ??UPT Puskesmas XIII Koto Kampar II in 2022. The research method was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. The population of this study were all mothers who had toddlers totaling 535 toddlers. There were 84 samples in this study and the sample was taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate with chi square test. The statistical test results obtained a p value = 0.001 (? 0.05), which means that there is a relationship between parenting parents and the incidence of malnutrition in toddlers in the Work Area of ??UPT Puskesmas XIII Koto Kampar II in 2022. It is hoped that respondents will always actively participate in posyandu so that they can determine the development of nutritional status in infants
