The increase in the incidence of hypertension in the community occurs because of worry or anxiety, tension in oneself, social status, and anxiety, especially feelings of anxiety that can worsen the condition of people with hypertension. One of the treatments to reduce anxiety in hypertension sufferers is non-pharmacological therapy, namely Islamic music therapy. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of Islamic music therapy on anxiety in hypertensive patients in Batu Belah Village, Air Tiris Public Health Center. The research design was pre-experimental with a one group pre test – post test design approach. The population in the study was 1,147 hypertension sufferers in Batu Belah Village and the number of samples in this study were 13 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection tools are observation sheets and HARS questionnaires. The results of this study showed that the average anxiety before giving Islamic music therapy was 21.77 ± SD 2.204 and included in the moderate anxiety category, while the average anxiety after giving Islamic music therapy was 14.46 ± SD 2.787 and included in the mild anxiety category. After conducting the Paired T-test, P value = 0.000 (p?0.05) means that there is an effect of Islamic music therapy on anxiety in hypertension sufferers in Batu Belah Village, Air Tiris Public Health Center. The results of this study are expected to be useful for hypertension sufferers and to add new knowledge insights for health workers and nursing students in improving nursing knowledge, as well as a source of references and reading related to the provision of Islamic music therapy as an alternative treatment for hypertension sufferers.

During the first stage, the data obtained were the latent phase I phase and the active phase in Mrs. A occurred for approximately 13 hours. The second stage lasted for approximately 3 hours. Abstract

Gastritis is one of the most common and frequently encountered digestive tract problems. Incidence of gastritis can be found in various countries such as England 22%, Japan 14.5%, Canada 35%, France 29.5% and China 31%. In Indonesia, the incidence of gastritis is quite high, namely 40.8%. One of the causes of gastritis is stress which plays a role in increasing stomach acid production. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress levels and the incidence of gastritis in the community in the working area of the UPT Puskesmas Kampa. This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. This research was conducted at the General and Elderly Polyclinic at the Kampa Health Center, which was conducted on 03-13 October 2022. The population in this study were people seeking treatment at the General and Elderly Polyclinic at the Kampa Health Center, with a total sample of 96 respondents using an accidental sampling technique. The instrument in this study used the Perceived Stress Scale questionnaire (PSS-10). Based on the results of the Chi-Square statistical test analysis, a p value = 0.000 (<0.05) means that there is a significant relationship between stress levels and the incidence of gastritis in the community in the working area of the UPT Puskesmas Kampa. For this reason, the community is expected to be able to avoid the risk factors for gastritis, one of which is stress, so that they can manage stress and not cause gastritis.

Abstract

Low Birth Weight (LBW) is a problem that often occurs in developing countries, especially countries with low socio-economic status. LBW is a condition where the baby born weighs <2500 grams, so it has a higher risk factor for morbidity and mortality. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between anemia and hypertension in mothers and the incidence of LBW at RSIA Husada Bunda Salo in 2023. This type of research is Observational Analytical using a Retrospective Case Control research design. The population in this study is all data on newborn babies in 2022, totaling 1,040 babies. The sample in this study used a 1:1 ratio, namely 49 with case samples (babies who experienced LBW) and 49 with control samples (babies who did not experience LBW). The data collection tool in this research used a checklist sheet. Data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis. The research results showed that there was a relationship between maternal anemia and the incidence of LBW with a p value (0.004) and there was a relationship between hypertension in the mother and the incidence of LBW with a p value (0.001). It is hoped that health services, especially those at RSIA Husada Bunda Salo, can make efforts to provide information to village midwives about what LBW is and what factors can cause babies born to experience LBW
