Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the pattern of internalization of Islamic moderation values in building a civilization of love and tolerance by harbouring all the differences that can create hostility and disharmony amid a pluralistic social life. This research is library research because all the data used as material for conducting studies comes from texts or manuscripts that have become library collections using qualitative research methods and analyzed with the nature of descriptive analytic studies. The results of this study state that Islamic moderation values in their implementation in social life as an effort to prevent various extremist, fundamentalist, liberal and radical understandings that are very far from Islamic teachings, which are full of love and tolerance. Love and tolerance are important provisions in forming civilization in a harmonious religious life without any conflict due to diversity. Love can also foster harmony in religious, national and state life, thus creating peace in society. Love makes a person have good morals who always want peace so that he always pleases others in every word and behaviour. Meanwhile, with better tolerance, constructive and efficient dialogue will be built, which can foster religious attitudes and an atmosphere that is more open, plural, and inclusive.

Abstract

Islam has given limitations in all human activities in the Qur'an. Islam regulates correct trade procedures such as the fulfillment of legal trade conditions, which include sellers, buyers, goods and agreements. The development of information technology provides major changes to the types and procedures of trade, such as through electronic media (online), or known as the metaverse. Trading in metaverse makes use of a post-reality universe, a continuous and systematic multi-user environment combining physical reality with digital virtuality. Trading in the metaverse requires a medium of interaction between sellers and buyers, one of which is Virtual Reality (VR). Virtual Reality (VR) is a technology allowing users to interact with a computer-simulated environment in the form of an artificial environment or an imaginative environment. In addition to using media for interaction, trading in the metaverse also requires a special currency which can be in the form of crypto coins such as Exie Infinity (AXS), Decentraland (MANA), Sumnium Space (CUBE) obtained from the exchange of real rupiah money into electronic money in the form of crypto coins

The method used consists of three stages, namely collection, assessment, and presentation. The results of this study indicate that there are 16 final assignments that address the problem of Productive Financing Problems in Islamic Banks in universities throughout Indonesia. The writing of this final project has been started since 2018 and will reach its peak in 2022. Of the many tertiary institutions in Indonesia, students of the Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University and Iain Padangsidimpuan are the most enthusiastic in making Productive Financing Studies on Islamic Banks in their final project. The most widely used method is the quantitative method with a total of 8 pieces of research and 7 qualitative pieces and the theme most widely raised is related to the analysis and influence of Earning Financing Assets. Until now, studies on Productive Financing in Islamic Banks in tertiary institutions in Indonesia have concluded that Productive Financing (profit sharing system) in Islamic banks is still low and less desirable than consumptive financing. From year to year the profit value in Islamic banking has a decreasing effect. Some of the problems faced in the development of productive financing are not only external but also internal factors from the Islamic banking itself. Some of them are the risks that are considered high, the lack of supervision process, the understanding and interest of the public which is still small in the perception of sharia financing, the inadequate quality and number of human resources, profit-sharing financing is considered complicated and inefficient, the lack of innovation and service development compared to conventional banks and so on. regulations and the role of the government which are considered not optimal. Abstract

The issue of punishment in Islam is by raising one type of punishment that is often not brought to the surface, namely the fine (diyat) as an alternative type of punishment. Sentencing also costs a lot of money, for example in the costs of court proceedings, imprisonment, parole, consultation centers that must be attended, and collection of fines. The method used in this research is a normative juridical comparison between Islamic Law and the Criminal Code (KUHP). The research specification used is descriptive analysis. The data collected and processed to support this research used library research which was processed qualitatively. All of our data is separated by data that is relevant or irrelevant to this research. The results of the research and data analysis in this study state that: first, in Islamic Criminal Law there is no such thing as a complaint offense, all jarimahs, be it hudud, qishos, diyat, and takzir, are all ordinary offenses. Adultery in Islamic law is not a complaint offense, whereas in the Criminal Code Article 284 the crime of adultery is a complaint offense, and is included in the category of absolute complaint offense. Second, in proving adultery in Islamic criminal law, it is proven by four things: testimony, confession, qarinah (indication), and li'an. However, this is not the case with the Criminal Code, because the criminal act of adultery is included in the category of an absolute complaint offense, there must be a complaint beforehand so that the offense can be processed
