Student activity during the teaching and learning process is one of the indicators of students' desire or motivation to learn. One of the factors that affects learning activity is the pedagogic competence factor of teachers. This study aims to find out the picture of teachers' pedagogic competence and the picture of student learning activity as well as to analyze the influence of teachers' pedagogic competence on the learning activity of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative research type. The population in this study is 154 grade XI students with a sample of 77 students. Data collection was carried out by observation, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques in this study use descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the pedagogic competence of teachers is classified as good. Students' learning activity is classified as good. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a positive and significant influence of teachers' pedagogic competence on the learning activity of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai

Effectiveness is the relationship between output and goals or it can also be said to be a measure of how far the level of output is, effectiveness is also often used to measure the success achieved by organizations or companies related to planned programs. Employee effectiveness is a key factor in ensuring the smoothness and quality of legal services provided. This study is qualitative descriptive research that aims to find out the picture of the effectiveness of employee performance at the Makassar State Administrative Court office. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses data condensation techniques, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of employee performance at the Makassar State Administrative Court office, seen as a whole, is good and effective. This can be seen from the fulfillment of the eight performance indicators, namely work quality, efficiency, work discipline, initiative, precision, leadership, honesty, and creativity. In an organization or agency, it can run well if employees understand their duties and responsibilities so that the services provided to the community can run well. Employees are a very important resource because employees are one of the elements of the apparatus that institutionally become part of government management to carry out their main tasks and functions in government, development, and service to the community. Services to the community by the government in all fields.

Service quality is the key to the success of performance in an organization. This study aims to determine the Quality of Academic Services in the Academic Administration Section of the Postgraduate Program of the State University of Makassar. To achieve this goal, the researcher determined 10 (Ten) informants with the type of research and the approach used was qualitative descriptive. Data collection is used through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The quality of academic services in the Academic Administration Section of the Postgraduate Program of the State University of Makassar, The results of the study show that the quality of academic services in the Academic Administration Section of the Postgraduate Program of the State University of Makassar is not good because it is not in accordance with the number of employees needed in serving the number of students who need services, for example there are 3 employees so that the quality of service is not good. Therefore, judging from several indicators, namely direct evidence is still inadequate, where the capabilities possessed by employees and the condition of facilities and infrastructure are enough to support the provision of services. Reliability shows that it is good enough, this is seen as appropriate in completing documents, providing information to students accurately and reliably. Responsiveness is good, such as providing services quickly, appropriately and responsively in responding to student desires. The guarantee is still not good because there are still students who complain about the behavior of employees in providing services. Empathy is still not good because there are still students who feel that they are treated differently when receiving services

In a digital era like this that has a big impact on implementing work professionalism, it is necessary to organize apparatus resources that not only understand work but are also able to use digital well. This study aims to find out the picture of the professionalism of employees in the PUPR Secretariat of Gowa Regency. This research is descriptive by using qualitative methods and approaches to find out the picture of the professionalism of the work of employees in the PUPR secretariat of Gowa Regency. The number of informants in this study is 3 people, namely 1 Head of Service, and 2 from the Head of Sub-Division. The data collection techniques used are observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique in this study uses data collection techniques, condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing funds. The results of this study show that the professionalism of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Gowa Regency is in the "Good" category, this can be seen in each dimension, namely indicators of employee skills, it is good to see from employees who have skills that help their work process such as communication skills, governance skills in working creatively and innovatively. Competency indicators are good as evidenced by the existence of training on knowledge in doing work and competence in running software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. The indicator of employee loyalty is good, as evidenced by the cooperation between employees and leaders is good without any distinction so that employees are loyal to their agencies.

Workers will face difficulties in achieving company standards without the existence of a positive organizational culture. A strong organizational culture has a huge impact on performance, creating high motivation, a positive environment, creativity, and work-life balance. This not only improves performance, but also contributes to employee productivity and overall well-being. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of organizational culture on employee performance. The method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, the data collection method is carried out through observation, questionnaire, and documentation activities. The research sample involved 66 people, with a sampling technique using the saturated sample method. The collected information was then evaluated by applying descriptive data analysis methods, validity and reliability tests, data normality tests, product moment correlation analysis, determinant coefficients, and simple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this analysis is to assess the impact of organizational culture on employee performance at the KMP LAN Makassar Center. The results showed that the overall organizational culture indicators were rated "excellent," and the overall employee performance indicators also showed "excellent" ratings. According to the results of the product moment correlation test, a significant relationship was found between the two variables. The determination coefficient indicates that the organizational culture variable (X) affects the employee performance variable (Y). A simple linear regression evaluation shows that organizational culture has a real impact on employee performance at the KMP LAN Makassar Center Office.
