Abstract

Batang Hari Regency is one of the districts most vulnerable to the dry season. This has an impact on the agricultural sector, which is a source of livelihood for most residents in the Batang Hari Regency area. According to BNPB inaRISK (2018), Batang Hari Regency is one of the provinces with a high drought threat with a score of 24.0 in the high-class category. This research aims to determine the distribution of areas at risk of drought on agricultural land in Batang Hari Regency by utilizing remote sensing data which is integrated with the physiographical conditions of the area that affect drought, which is then grouped into three classes of drought levels, namely: low, medium, and high. The data needed in this study include Normalized Different Vegetation Index (NDVI) map, Land Surface Temperature (LST) map, rainfall average map, hydrogeological map, and soil type map.From the data processing, it is found that the area with a low agricultural drought level is 55382.60 hectares with a total percentage of 26.73%, moderate drought level is 121303.16 hectares with a total rate of 58.56%, and high drought level is 30472.74 hectares with a total percentage of 14.71% of the agricultural area.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the functions needed to create a WebGIS system for Air Tenang village cash transfer assistance which is then implemented in the WebGIS design for Air Tenang village cash transfer assistance. This research is a development research known as Research & Development (R & D) using the waterfall model with stages, i.e systems engineering, system analysis, system design, implementation, system evaluation, operation and maintenance. The results of the study show that the functions needed in making WebGIS services for Air Tenang village cash transfer service include displaying information, managing data (input, editing and deleting) and requesting assistance services. Development of a WebGIS for village cash transfer services resulted in a WebGIS system with the domain address http://2022-webgispenerimabltdesa.000webhostapp.com/ . This WebGIS system has been tested on village communities, the result shows that the majority of respondents consider that the work of the system is satisfactory and can be applied by village side as an alternative in village cash transfer program.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data, analyze, and discuss the Distribution pattern and Management of spring for Sustainable Household Water Supply in the Village of Nagari Tanjung Barulak, Batipuh District, Tanah Datar Regency. This type of research survey, interviews and questionnaires There are 4 techniques for collecting information. The data were analyzed using the nearest neighbor method of 7 springs discharge, analyzing the quality of spring water and knowing how to manage the community in utilizing springs (PAMSIMAS) whit a total Households population of 1300 heads of household with 42 subjects as subject questionnaires, documentation and interviews for clean water in Kenagarian Tanjung Barulak. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the distribution pattern of the springs in Kenagarian Tanjung Barulak is classified as random in the nearest neighbor analysis with anNR value of 1.163848 while the quality of the springs is analyzed by using physical, chemical (pH) and biological Laboratory test, and the results of meet the standard Provisions set by the regulations of the Ministry of Health The Republic of Indonesia it can be concluded he water in the 3 springs is fit for drinking. For springs discharge Using the buckets method, the results are 2 classes V( 1 Liter/second to 10 Liter/second ) and class VI( approximately 0.1 Liter/second to 1Liter/second ), furthermore then to find out community management in managing springs using a sequential explanatory strategy method, the population of this stud we respondent who used springs water needs springs (PAMSIMAS) by the Kenagarian Tanjung Barulak community with the subjects Answering 28% Very Sufficient, 48% Sufficient and 24% Not Sufficient and for community Action towards the action of water sources the Kenagarian Tanjung Barulak community caries out Gotong royong cleaning around the springs such as dry leaves or twigs and as soon as possible repair the damage so that the distribution of the springs is not disturbed

Abstract

Nowadays, the physical changes of the city which are quite rapid and developing are also happening in Pariaman City, a city located in a strategic area that makes it easier for city development to trigger the rapid development of infrastructure development. Pariaman city is one of the cities that has a vision and mission plan in the target to make it a healthy city or a healthy city in urban infrastructure, especially in drainage and public green open space (RTH). In the goal of achieving a healthy city, it is necessary to conduct an assessment of an object that is seen from a problem that occurs in a city. So it is necessary to conduct a review to determine whether the city of Pariaman is a healthy city in the infrastructure. This research aims to (1) To determine the feasibility of drainage infrastructure and the availability of public green open space (RTH) in a health city in Pariaman City. (2) Knowing the distribution of drainage infrastructure and public green open space (RTH) in a health city in Kota Pariaman. This research method is divided into two parts (1) Drainage by using a weighting / scoring technique so that the results of the summation will show the drainage eligibility criteria. (2) Public Green Open Space (RTH) by using google maps satellite image interpretation techniques. Based on the results of calculations and summation of drainage and public green open space (RTH), it can be seen that: (1) The final assessment of each sub-district in Pariaman City shows that the average drainage is quite decent, where for the middle Pariaman District the value is 323, East Pariaman District the value is 180, The value of North Pariaman District is 170 and South Pariaman District is 173. (2) The distribution of drainage in Pariaman city shows different categories in each sub-district. So that the average distribution of drainage in the inner city of Pariaman is quite feasible. (3) Based on the analysis results for the availability of public green open space in Pariaman City in accordance with the Minister of Public Works No.05/PRT/M/2008 for the need for public green open space must be 20%. So from the analysis obtained, it shows that Kota Pariaman has met the standard for public green open space, namely 151,391 ha if the percentage is 21.00% of the total area in urban areas. (4) Central Pariaman District has an area of ​​397.82 ha, East Pariaman District has an area of ​​158.23 ha, North Pariaman District has an area of ​​41,598 ha and South Pariaman District has an area of ​​442.51 ha. The most dominant type of public green open space in Pariaman City is urban agricultural green open space.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Batipuh Subdistrict, Tanah Datar Regency, aiming to determine the characteristics of the land and the level of land suitability of cinnamon. The method used for the analysis of land characteristics is a descriptive method and for the analysis of the level of land suitability using the matching method with the limiting factor approach. This research was conducted in accordance with the land evaluation guidelines for semi-detailed land analysis. The research variables are soil, climate and topography with indicators based on the Center for Research and Development of Land Resources. The results of this study indicate that Batipuh District has a temperature of 150C - 270C, a dominant rainfall of 2000-2500 mm per year and a high topography which is dominated by a slope class >15% because it is in the Bukit Barisan trail, and the soil conditions are suitable for growing cinnamon. The land suitability level of cinnamon in Batipuh District based on the limiting factor approach has various suitability classes, namely very suitable (S1) of 33.72%, suitable (S2) of 33.02%, marginally suitable (S3) of 30.2 % and 2.2% does not fit. The limiting factors in S3 and N are rainfall, soil depth, and drainage.

Abstract

This research aim to (1) analyzing the suitability of residential land in the Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh, Bukittinggi city (2) this study aims to make a map the suitability of residential land in the Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh to the spatial pattern of the city of Bukittinggi. This research used descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis techniques used are land suitability analysis, land suitability analysis for spatial patterns, and area function analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that (1) Not all land for settlements is suitable for Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh based on parameters that have been determined using boolean, there are two land functions, namely land that is suitable and land that is not suitable for settlement (2) Directions for developing residential land There are two categories, namely, land that can be developed and land that cannot be developed, land that can be developed is 64 hectares(Appropriate/S2 covering an area of ​​44 Ha, and Marginal Appropriate/S3 covering an area of ​​20 Ha) designated as a planned residential area based on the RTRW of the area, while land that is not suitable for development is 490 hectares (Not Appropriate Now/N1 area of ​​490 Ha).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian lahan untuk komoditas ubi jalar di Kabupaten Agam dan untuk membandingkan perbedaan antara pemetaan dengan metode fuzzy dengan metode lain yang umum digunakan yaitu metode macthing dengan pendekatan faktor pembatas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengolahan data sekunder menggunakan metode logika fuzzy dan metode matching pendekatan faktor pembatas. Hasil penelitian kesesuaian lahan menggunaakan logika fuzzy menunjukan kelas sangat sesuai berluasan kira – kira 116,64 Ha sekitar 0,06% luas lahan, kelas cukup sesuai berluasan kira – kira 117604,53 Ha sekitar 58,9% luas lahan, dan kelas tidak sesuai berluasan 84069,69 Ha sekitar 41,7% luas lahan. Perbedaan pemetaan menggunakan logika fuzzy dengan metode yang umum digunakan terletak pada perbedaan hasil, karena dalam pemetaan menggunakan logika fuzzy kelas kesesuaian dibedakan berdasarkan indeks kesesuaian lahannya sedangkan dalam pemetaan menggunakan faktor pembatas kelas kesesuaianya dibedakan berdasarkan faktor pembatas yang mempengaruhi, dan untuk hasilnya sendiri menggunakan metode yang umum digunakan wilayah kabupaten Agam didominasi oleh kelas tidak sesuai sedangkan jika menggunakan logika fuzzy lebih terbagi rata antara kelas sesuai dan tidak sesuai.

Utilization of the West Sumatra Geoportal studies the monitoring of spatial data access through Geoservices services. This study aims to monitor land cover maps available on the west Sumatra Geoportal through the Geoservices services available on the West Sumatra Geoportal. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with a Free and Open Source Software for Geospatial approach (FOSS4G) The results of this study indicate 1. Abstract

The 21st century is faced with environmental preservation challenges, degradation, soil erosion, pollution, other environmental threats. Through a community institution, the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) accompanied by PKSM has an important role in forest management to form community social change.PKSM role here is very important.Therefore the role of PKSM in KTH assistance needs to be explored to measure the level of efficacy of PKSM through the role and effectiveness of PKSM performance.The research method is using mix method, which conducted at KPHL Bukit Barisan Resort Kota Pariaman and Kabupaten Padang Pariaman.The research technique was done by conducting observation, interviews, as well as using questionnaire.Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis.The research result shows that the PKSM role and effectiveness are very high in guiding KTH, which can be seen from the success of Kota Pariaman and Kabupaten Padang Pariaman KTH in achieving all necessary indicators to meet the standard of KTH success

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis indeks kerentanan bencana banjir di DAS Kuranji Kota Padang. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi. Analisis data dengan teknik overlay menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). DAS Kuranji memiliki indeks kerentanan bencana banjir yaitu indek kerentanan tinggi dengan luas 8.921 Ha. Indeks kerentanan sedang dengan luas 13.137 Ha. Indeks kerentanan rendah dengan luas 348 Ha. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) Indeks kerentanan fisik berdasarkan rasio rumah bertingkat dan jarak rumah dengan sungai. Rasio rumah tidak bertingkat memiliki indeks kerentanan tinggi 1 kecamatan, sedang 2 kecamatan, dan rendah 2 kecamatan. Rasio jarak rumah dengan sungai memiliki indeks kerentanan tinggi 1 kecamatan, sedang 1 kecamatan, dan rendah 3 kecamatan. (2) Indeks kerentanan sosial bencana banjir terdiri dari kepadatan penduduk, rasio kelompok umur, dan rasio jenis kelamin. Kepadatan penduduk memiliki indeks tinggi 2 kecamatan, sedang 1 kecamatan, dan rendah 2 kecamatan. Rasio kelompok umur memiliki indeks tinggi di 5 kecamatan. Rasio jenis kelamin memiliki indeks tinggi di 5 kecamatan. (3) Indeks kerentanan ekonomi berdasarkan rasio kemiskinan memiliki indeks tinggi 4 kecamatan, sedang 1 kecamatan.
