Abstract

People with major depressive disorder (MDD) are more susceptible to experiencing moral emotions related to self-blaming behavior, such as deep and deep-rooted guilt towards the person who experiences it. Moral emotions that have self-blaming behavior will influence the people around them. This is what happened to an elderly mother (Mrs, RS) when she lost the people she loved and left her forever (her husband died), and also the people she loved moved away from her (she was left alone and with her children). and his grandchildren stay away from him). In this section the author will discuss the potential influence of moral emotions that behave in a self-blaming manner, and "Cultural Pastoral Assistance for Hospital Mistresses who behave in a self-blaming manner." This was done with the aim of understanding and comprehending what self-blaming behavior really is, exploring the root of the problem of why self-blaming behavior occurs, as well as providing pastoral assistance in providing solutions for Mrs. Hospitals who experience self-blaming behavior.

Abstract

Internal displacement in Iraq, triggered by armed conflict, sectarian violence, and political instability, has had a significant impact on the social fabric of the country. This phenomenon creates fundamental changes in community dynamics, social interactions, and family networks. This study aims to analyze how internal displacement affects social structures in Iraq, with a focus on changing patterns of social interaction, community cohesion, and gender roles. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to collect data from various internally displaced groups in the main regions of Iraq. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of the social impacts of internal displacement. The results show that internal displacement has led to community disintegration, gender role changes, and increased social inequality. In addition, displacement also exacerbates the problems of poverty and access to basic services, which in turn strengthens social tensions and weakens community cohesion. The study concludes that internal displacement in Iraq has an impact not only on the material dimension but also on deeper social aspects, which require special attention in post-conflict reconstruction and social integration policies.

Abstract

Traditional culture plays an important role in the formation of social identity in Russia, especially in the midst of the dynamics of rapid modernization. The study aims to explore how elements of traditional culture—such as language, ritual, and art—influence and maintain social identity in modern Russia. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and in-depth interviews to explore the perceptions of individuals and groups regarding the role of traditional culture in their daily lives. The results of the study show that traditional culture not only functions as a means of identity preservation, but also as a tool of resistance to the influence of globalization and cultural homogenization. These findings show that traditional culture remains relevant and significant in shaping the social structure and collective identity of Russia, despite being in an environment increasingly influenced by modern values. This research contributes to a further understanding of the dynamics between tradition and modernity in the context of social identity formation, as well as emphasizing the importance of preserving traditional culture in the era of globalization.

Abstract

In Indonesia, children are increasingly involved in income-generating social media content, especially on platforms such as YouTube and Instagram. While Child Protection Law No. 35/2014 protects children's basic rights, including from exploitation, there are no specific rules governing compensation for children who appear in digital content. This poses a problem in ensuring children get their just due. This legal loophole means that many children do not receive their rightful share of the revenue generated, and their privacy is often not protected. This article explores the challenges faced by children in the digital content industry in Indonesia, a topic that has not been widely addressed in national law. The purpose of this study is to analyse the legal status of children in monetised content in Indonesia and provide policy recommendations related to compensation and privacy rights. The method used is normative juridical with analysis of legislation and case studies from social media platforms. The results show that the legal protection of children in digital content is still inadequate, especially in supervision and public awareness. It is hoped that these results will encourage policy makers to immediately formulate rules related to compensation and children's privacy in the digital world.

Abstract

Smart contracts are an innovation that emerged along with the development of blockchain technology, offering automation in the implementation of agreements without third-party intervention. However, the existence and application of smart contracts in the context of civil law still raises various questions regarding their validity and enforcement. This study aims to explore the legal challenges faced by smart contracts, as well as how civil law can accommodate and enforce agreements made in digital form. The research methodology used is qualitative analysis through literature studies and interviews with legal experts and industry practitioners. The results of the study show that although smart contracts offer efficiency and transparency, there are concerns regarding validity, legal recognition, and potential disputes. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of positive law and technology perspectives in understanding the dynamics between smart contracts and civil law. The social implications of this study include the need to develop adaptive regulations to regulate smart contracts, as well as increasing public understanding of the risks and benefits of using technology in legal transactions.

Abstract

The Banggai cardinalfish (Pterapogon kauderni) is an endemic marine ornamental fish from Indonesia, facing population decline due to habitat degradation and overexploitation. Controlled cultivation is essential for conservation; however, challenges such as stress, low survival rates, and slow growth remain significant. This study employs a qualitative research approach through literature review and library research to analyze the impact of vitamin C and E supplementation in Artemia sp. on stress resistance, survival, and growth performance of P. kauderni. Vitamin C and E are known antioxidants that mitigate oxidative stress and enhance immune responses in fish. Previous studies indicate that optimal supplementation levels can improve metabolic efficiency, stress tolerance, and overall survival rates in aquaculture species. Our findings suggest that a balanced combination of vitamin C (230 mg/L) and vitamin E (115 mg/L) in Artemia sp. provides the most effective results in reducing stress-induced glucose levels, increasing survival rates, and improving growth performance. These results highlight the potential of dietary antioxidant supplementation as a sustainable strategy for P. kauderni aquaculture and conservation. Further research is recommended to explore long-term effects and adaptability in different aquaculture settings.
