Abstract

This research is about organizational communication strategies in the Thai South Pattani Islamic Student Association in Indonesia (PMIPI) Banda Aceh. The focus of the study is related to the communication strategy of the South Patani Islamic Student Association of Thailand Indonesia (PMIPTI) organization in Banda Aceh. The aim of the research is to determine the communication strategy of the PMIPTI organization in Banda Aceh. to find out the weaknesses, strengths and challenges in the PMIPTI organizational communication strategy in Banda Aceh. The qualitative research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of PMIPTI's communication strategy research in Banda Aceh can be concluded that the aim is to produce students who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also sensitive to the social realities that occur in society. The existence of the South Patani Islamic Student Association of Thailand makes a major contribution to students, where efforts are made to develop the quality of knowledge transformation for the benefit of the people.

Abstract

Abstrak: This research is aimed to : 1) analyze the communication between the director of foundationand the head of branch in inncreasing the staff capability of ArRisalah AlKhairiyah Foundation, 2) analyzethe communication between the director of foundation and the staff to improve their capabilities, 3) analyzethe communication between the director and the conselor of foundation in inncreasing the staffcapability of ArRisalah AlKhairiyah Foundation. The qualitative methodology of research was used bythe writer since it due to search the social phenomena and the issues of human beings. The source of datataken from interview, observation and other documentation due to this research.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui  Pola Komunikasi Interpersonal Kepala Madrasah dalam kaitan peningkatan Kualitas Lulusan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Muzammil Al Azziyah Kutacane Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara; 2) Mengetahui upaya Kepala Madrasah dalam mengefektifkan komunikasi interpersonal  di lingkungan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Muzammil Al Azziyah Kutacane Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara; dan 3) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat proses Komunikasi Interpersonal Kepala Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Muzammil Al Azziyah Kutacane  Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1)Pola komunikasi interpersonal  kepala madraasah dalam meningkatkan kualitas lulusan adalah dengan cara terbuka yakni dengan cara senantiasa memotivasi para guru maupun  tenaga kependidikan agar lebih memperhatikan kinerjanya, mampu bekerja sama dengan baik sehingga hal ini diharapkan  mampu meningkatkan kualitas lulusan madrasah.; 2) Upaya kepala madrasah dalam mengefektifkan komunikasi interpersonal di lingkungan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Muzammil Al Azziyah Kutacane ditunjukkan dengan cara memberikan perhatian pada guru maupun pegawai, mendorong guru maupun pegawai untuk senantiasa bekerjasama terutama dalam kaitan memajukan madrasah dan meningkatkan kualitas lulusan,  menjadi penengah untuk masalah yang muncul di antara rekan,  menjadi pendengar yang baik, dan  berupaya menempatkan diri ditengah-tengah mereka; dan 3) Faktor pendukung efektifnya komunikasi interpersonal kepala madrasah dikarenakan munculnya rasa kebersamaan dan kekeluargaan yang baik di madrasah sedangkan faktor penghambatnya hanya pada ketidakhadiran kepala madrasah  meskipun hal ini dapat diantisipasi melalui telpon.

Abstract

This research is a field related to the history of entry and his growing Islam in Asahan. This study aims to determine how the arrival of Islam in Asahan and how much influence the Sultan Asahan in Asahan First Islamize society. Asahan is one area Malay culture. Malay as a cultural group, has characteristics: speak Malay, Muslim, Malay customs and habitual. These values grow and expand and passed down from generation to generation. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The results showed that the process of entry and his growing Islam in Asahan originated from the government of Sultan Asahan I who ruled in the town of Asahan before the independence of the Republic of Indonesia. Political communication strategies Sultan saaat it is to a large extent the development of Islam in Asahan until now.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the form, role of supporting and inhibiting factors andthe process of interpersonal communication of homeroom teachers in motivating student learning at YPITKuntum Bumi Rantauprapat. The method used in this study is a qualitative method is research that usesa natural setting with the intention of interpreting phenomena that occur and is done by involving variousexisting methods. The results of this study The form of homeroom interpersonal communication which ismanifested in an attitude of openness, empathy, encouragement, positive attitude and equality has influencedstudents’ motivation in many ways. The role of homeroom Interpersonal Communication which ismanifested in an attitude of openness, empathy, encouragement, positive attitude and equality has influencedstudent motivation in many ways, namely making students want to know more about the lesson,learning even though there is no homework / repeat, pay attention to the lesson well when the teacherexplain the material, the task given encourages students to learn, the explanation given makes studentsbetter understand the lesson, encourages students to be more advanced, the teacher’s attitude makesstudents eager to come to school, makes students eager to learn and fierce competition for achievement.Supporting factors in interpersonal communication that occur between teachers and students in teachingand learning activities is the presence of cleric intimacy with students who make the teaching and learningprocess more comfortable, and students can more easily understand what the cleric said. The inhibitingfactor in interpersonal communication that occurs between teachers and students in teaching and learningactivities in the classroom is the cleric in providing material does not distinguish or always consider thesame between students who are quick to understand and who are slow to understand the material, sostudents who are difficult to to understand the material can not take lessons which is given. InterpersonalCommunication Process Guardian Class in Motivating Student Learning at YPIT Kuntum Bumi Rantauprapatis Sensation, Association, Perception, Memory and Thinking.Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk, peran faktor pendukung dan penghambatserta proses komunikasi interpersonal wali kelas dalam memotivasi belajar siswa di YPIT Kuntum BumiRantauprapat.YPIT itu sendiri merupakan singkatan dari Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Terpadu yang terletakdi Rantauprapat Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodekualitatif adalah penelitian yang menggunakan latar alamiah dengan maksud menafsirkan fenomenayang terjadi dan dilakukan dengan melibatkan berbagai metode yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian ini Bentukkomunikasi antarpribadi wali kelas yang diwujudkan dalam sikap keterbukaan, empati, dorongan, sikappositif dan kesetaraan telah mempengaruhi motivasi siswa dalam banyak hal, Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal wali kelas yang diwujudkan dalam sikap keterbukaan, empati, dorongan, sikap positif dankesetaraan telah mempengaruhi motivasi siswa dalam banyak hal yaitu membuat siswa ingin tahu lebihjauh terhadap pelajaran, belajar meskipun tidak ada PR/ulangan, memperhatikan pelajaran dengan baikketika guru menjelaskan materi, tugas yang diberikan mendorong siswa untuk belajar, penjelasan yangdiberikan membuat siswa lebih memahami pelajaran, mendorong siswa untuk lebih maju, sikap gurumembuat siswa bersemangat datang ke sekolah, membuat siswa semangat untuk belajar dan persainganketat untuk meraih prestasi. Faktor pendukung dalam komunikasi interpersonal yang terjadi antara gurudan siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar adalah adanya keakraban ustadzah dengan siswa yangmenjadikan proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih nyaman, dan siswa pun dapat lebih mudah memahamiapa yang disampaikan ustadzah. Faktor penghambat dalam komunikasi interpersonal yang terjadi antaraguru dan siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas adalah ustadzah dalam memberikan materitidak membedakan atau selalu menganggap sama antara murid yang cepat paham dan yang lambatuntuk memahami materi, sehingga murid yang sulit memahami materi tidak bisa mengikuti pelajaranyang di berikan. Proses Komunikasi Interpersonal Wali Kelas Dalam Memotivasi Belajar Siswa di YPITKuntum Bumi Rantauprapat adalah Sensasi, Asosiasi, Persepsi, Memori dan Berpikir.Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Interpersonal, Walikelas, Motivasi, Belajar, Bentuk, Peran,Proses.

Abstract

This study aims to find a model of communication and its types, it is equally known that if humans as individual beings and social beings, have the urge to know, want to progress and develop, then one of the means is communication. Therefore communication is a necessity absolute for human life. This study uses the library research method by using descriptive analysis and combining all the information needed by researchers. The findings in this study are related to the model in communication interpreted as a visual explanation using lines and pictures to explain the various components and processes of communication. The communication model serves as a means to explain, predict and also measure phenomena. There are various models in communication but in general the models in communication are divided into three perspectives, namely the linear model, the interactional model and the transactional model. By understanding the model in communication can help individuals in maximizing the function of communication, minimizing failures in communication and also developing the science of communication

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The problem posed in this study is about how to shape communication principles of Islam extension in the success of the family planning program in Newbury District of Rantau South Labuhanbatu District, the agent in delivering family planning programs by applying the communication of Islam in Newbury District of Rantau South Labuhanbatu District, and other telecommunication applications, Islam in the success of family planning programs in Newbury District of South Rantau Labuhanbatu District. The purpose of this study was to 1) know how to shape the implementation carried out extension of family planning in Newbury District of Rantau South Kebupaten Labuhanbatu, 2) the extension convey family planning programs by applying the communication of Islam in Newbury District of Rantau South Labuhanbatu, and 3) to determine and the application of Islamic communication can make the program successful extension Rantauprapat KB District of South Rantau Labuhanbatu District. This research was conducted using qualitative research perspective. This method is used because the research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of those behaviors that can be observed. Sources of data obtained directly through related parties, namely through interviews, observation and document analysis. The results showed that the shape of the application of communication principles of Islam who do family planning officer is to begin talks with the greeting, speak gently, using a kind word, calling things good about the communicant, good advice, fair, use of language and the corresponding contents of the conversation, to be honest, accurate messages, free and responsibilities, and constructive criticism. In addition educator roles manifest and latent role in the success of the family planning program in Newbury District of South Rantau Labuhanbatu District. In conducting the application of communication principles of Islam extension to the success of the family planning program in view of the increasing activeparticipant KB each year, as well as in performing the tasks extension have barriers that long distance if you want to socialize counseling and services, in addition there is the mindset of society still low, their complaints of acceptors in the installation alakon and adverse effects on any of these alakon, and there is resistance from governments that lack the budget to conduct civic education. In addition there are also barriers in the process of government support outreach activities in the form of cooperation from the village, the extension is supported by the Department of Health, and the availability of devices that support the outreach activities in the community. In overcoming obstacles to the success of family planning programs in Newbury District of South Rantau Labuhanbatu District, there are some efforts made in order extension outreach activities carried out smoothly such approach with the village to socialize KB. Besides religious leaders to explain KB participate in the view of Islam, and other efforts are more socialized and worked extra patient and not get bored in conveying information to the public.Permasalahan yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang bentuk prinsip-prinsip komunikasi Islam penyuluh dalam mensukseskan program KB di Rantauprapat Kecamatan Rantau Selatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, penyuluh dalam menyampaikan program KB dengan menerapkan komunikasi Islam di Rantauprapat Kecamatan Rantau Selatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, dan penerapan komunikasi Islam dalam mensukseskan program KB di Rantauprapat Kecamatan Rantau Selatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mengetahui bentuk penerapan yang dilakukan penyuluh Keluarga Berencana di Rantauprapat Kecamatan Rantau Selatan Kebupaten Labuhanbatu, 2) untuk mengetahui penyuluh menyampaikan program KB dengan menerapkan komunikasi Islam di Rantauprapat Kecamatan Rantau Selatan Labuhanbatu, dan 3) untuk mengetahui dan penerapan komunikasi Islam penyuluh dapat mensukseskan program KB Rantauprapat Kecamatan Rantau Selatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan perspektif penelitian kualitatif. Metode ini digunakan karena dengan prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang perilaku yang dapat diamati. Sumber data diperoleh dengan secara langsung melalui pihak-pihak yang terkait yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi serta analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk penerapan prinsip-prinsip komunikasi Islam yang dilakukan penyuluh KB ialah dengan memulai pembicaraan dengan salam, berbicara dengan lemah lembut, menggunakan perkataan yang baik, menyebut hal-hal yang baik tentang komunikan, nasehat yang baik, adil, menggunakan bahasa dan isi pembicaraan yang sesuai, bersikap jujur, pesan akurat, bebas dan tanggung jawab, dan kritik membangun. Selain itu penyuluh memiliki peran manifes dan peran laten dalam mensukseskan program KB di Rantauprapat Kecamatan Rantau Selatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Dalam melakukan penerapan prinsip-prinsip komunikasi Islam penyuluh dapat mensukseskan program KB di lihat dari bertambahnya peserta aktif KB setiap tahun, serta dalam melaksanakan tugas penyuluh memiliki hambatan yaitu jarak tempuh yang jauh apabila ingin melakukan sosialisasi penyuluhandan pelayanan, selain itu terdapat pola pikir masyarakat yang masih rendah, adanya keluhan dari akseptor KB dalam pemasangan alakon dan efek samping pada salah satu alakon tersebut, dan ada hambatan dari pihak pemerintah yaitu kurangnya anggaran untuk melakukan penyuluhan kemasyarakat. Selain hambatan terdapat juga dukungan pemerintah dalam proses kegiatan penyuluhan ini berupa kerjasama yang baik dari pihak perangkat desa, para penyuluh didukung oleh Dinas Kesehatan, dan tersedianya peralatan-peralatan yang mendukung dalam kegiatan penyuluhan di masyarakat. Dalam mengatasi hambatan untuk mensukseskan program KB di Rantauprapat Kecamatan Rantau Selatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, ada beberapa upaya yang dilakukan penyuluh agar kegiatan penyuluhan terlaksana dengan lancar diantaranya melakukan pendekatan dengan pihak perangkat desa dalam melakukan sosialisasi KB. Selain itu tokoh agama berperan serta untuk menjelaskan KB menurut pandangan Islam, dan upaya lain adalah lebih banyak melakukan sosialisasi dan bekerja ekstra sabar serta tidak bosan dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Penerapan Prinsip-prinsip Komunikasi Islam, Program KB

Abstract

In communicating between teachers and students must use the right Indonesian language, so that effective communication can be realized. This type of research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis method used in this study used a descriptive analytical approach. Based on the output of the research, it was found that teachers experienced obstacles in managing the class, especially in attracting students' attention, giving instructions, revealing dan applying class rules dan mechanisms as a result, effective communication in class management has not been achieved, while in delivering subject, effective communication is relatively built. Because students are actively involved. Delivering the right information is very important for teachers to do, especially in creating effective communication because it really determines the success or failure of learning activities by taking into account the developmental characteristics of students. Christian teachers also act as facilitators who reflect Christian values in every pedagogy they do.

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Role of the North Sumatra Peace Ambassador in Countering Radicalism in Cyberspace". This study aims to determine one, the communication strategy of the North Sumatra Peace Ambassador in countering radicalism in cyberspace. Two, the North Sumatra Peace Ambassador program in countering radicalism in cyberspace. Three, the obstacles faced by the North Sumatra Peace Ambassador in countering radicalism in cyberspace. And four, solutions to the obstacles faced by the North Sumatra Peace Ambassador in countering radicalism in cyberspace. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method based on field research with a communication science approach (diffusion of innovation), because this study explains the phenomena that occur in the field by collecting data obtained from research informants. The results of the research found by the researcher are as follows, basically the role of the North Sumatra Peace Ambassador is to create a counternarrative that is soothing, publish counterpropaganda, with education through graphic content that invites peace in cyberspace in preventing radicalism, especially for netizens. The communication strategy carried out by the North Sumatra Peace Ambassador is to educate with creative and popular content, spread soft messages, and use data sources for content based on facts. The program carried out by the North Sumatra Peace Ambassador in countering radicalism in cyberspace is socialization by campaigning messages and invitations for peace and member regeneration. The obstacles faced by the North Sumatra Peace Ambassador are messages that are not well received and few Instagram followers, the solution from the Peace Ambassador is to create more interesting content and expand the reach of socialization. So from the data obtained by the researcher, the role of the North Sumatra Peace Ambassador has not been maximized. This can be seen from the fact that there are still many people who are not yet literate in information about the prevention of radicalism in cyberspace

Abstrak: The purpose of this study was to describe or describe strategies for organizational communicationPublic Relations, PR organizational effectiveness of communication strategies, as well as factorssupporting and inhibiting komunikas oganisasi PR strategy in resolving religious conflicts in Aceh Singkil.Methodology This study is a qualitative research with a description of the search, analyze andmake interpretation of the data found through documents, interviews and observations. The collecteddata were examined its validity through the validity of the data in the form of trust. Data analysistechnique is to reduce, present, and make conclusion of the study.Results of the study is that organizational communication strategies that do PR office of BupatiAceh Singkil in resolving religious conflicts is doing horizontal communication flows between the membersof the organization / employees who are in the same hierarchical level. While communicationstrategies do PR office Bupati Aceh Singkil in resolving conflicts among religious adherents is a communicationstrategy through conciliation, the communication strategy through negotiation or consultationand communication strategies through mediation. While the effectiveness of the communication strategyof the organization that conducted the Public Relations office of the Regent of Aceh Singkil in resolvingconflicts between religious communities is a formal communication such as communication by usingcommunication technology as a communication channel, as well as informal communication channelssuch as talking directly to obtain information or provide information. Implementation of these activitiesfosters a desire for greater participation in leaders and employees of the organization. With severalcontributing factors: cooperation between organizations, means of communication and transport facilities,as well as some of the inhibiting factors: lack of discipline, lack of quality skills, the location, thedifferent levels of education, and language differences.
