Abstract

Indonesia is a very diverse country. This makes Indonesia vulnerable to inter-ethnic or religious conflicts. To avoid this conflict there must be harmony between religious communities. One of the efforts made by government organizations such as the KUA is to maintain cultural communication so that people and people who live in the community can unite and interact with adherents of other religions. The theory used in this study is the concept of communication and cultural conflict from Samovar and Little John and Dominici. Then also use the concept of the relationship between Gillin and Gillin. The study was conducted through qualitative research, and aimed to explore differences in communication as well as results for residents and the general population of different religions. This investigation has revealed that there is a combination of population. This presentation shows that the interaction between the two religions is mutually beneficial, so there is no conflict as seen in other religions

Abstract

Abstract: Nowdays, seudati tradisional dancing had Lived aceh province. And about Its origin, it requiremore assessment. Seudati is the most popular and favored traditional dancing By aceh’s people, as specialdancing. The popularity of this traditional dancing had spread troughout Indonesia even abroad. Since thekingdom of aceh, seudati dance is one of traditional dance Which most admired by travelers who comethere. Seudati has sound of music Which been its characteristic, such as sound of music like applause,fingers picking and stomping. The aim of this research is to figure out their values of islamic communicationthat contained in lyrics (verbal) and movements (nonverbal) of seudati dance looked by semiotic perspective.The kind of this research is semiotic analysis by using descriptive-qualitative method of Roland Barthesmodel. The data source of this research consisted of primary and secondary data source, primary datasources are obtained from Aceh seudati file videos Which gotten from agencies of transportation, tourismand social-culture of Lhokseumawe city and secondary data sources are obtained from interviews andliterature books relating to this research.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujan menjelaskan strategi komunikasi dan hambatan komunikasi Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional II dalam pembebasan lahan masyarakat muslim untuk pembangunan Underpass Katamso Medan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini dilihat dari sisi internal dan eksternal yaitu sebagai berikut: Internal, pertama, komunikasi pemetaan luas lahan dan ganti rugi oleh  tim negosiator di lapangan agar dapat mengetahui lahan-lahan masyarakat yang akan dibebaskan,  kedua, sosialisasi terkait pembelian lahan dan ganti rugi bangunan masyarakat. Ekternal, pertama, penyampaian pesan yang santun kepada pemilik lahan dan bangunan, kedua, memberikan kebebasan kepada pemilik lahan dan bangunan untuk menyampaikan aspirasi. Hambatan yang dihadapi meliputi: Pertama, penduduk secara kejiwaan belum siap menerima lahan mereka dibebaskan untuk pembangunan jalan Underpass, kedua, Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional II Medan belum mampu membayar seluruh ganti rugi lahan dan bangunan masyarakat muslim untuk dibebaskan lahan masyarakat. Solusinya ialah memperkokoh komunikasi agar mampu menyadarkan masyarakat muslim betapa pentingnya pembangunan jalan Underpass di Jalan Brigjen Katamso Medan, menyediakan dana segara untuk mengganti lahan dan bangunan masyarakat muslim. Kata Kunci : Strategi Komunikasi BBPJN II, Pembebasan Lahan, Masyarakat Muslim.

Abstract

The findings of the “God Spot” (G-Spot) that is located among the brain's nerve tangle has been changed the human perception about spirituality. The phe-nomenon of G-Spot is an indication that spirituality and spiritual intelligence/spi-ritual quotient rooted in the human brain. Through the brain, human does not have the potential of emotion and rationality only, but also the potential and tools for spirituality. This reality is contrary to the traditions and belief of Muslims in Indonesia. Various classical records and spreading religious experiences believe that qalb which is often translated as liver, is the one which has a role in spiritual matters. Liver is considered as a locus of spirituality that makes one knows God and gives him the knowledge of the meaning and value. Popular references about liver spi-rituality is based on Iḥyā’ ‘Ulūm Al-Dīn by Al-Ghazālī and the ḥadīth about a pie-ce of meat in the human body that was narrated by Nu‘mān Ibn Bashīr as later narrated by Bukhārī, Muslim, and other narrators that are known for good inte-grity.This study aims to describe qalb in the tradition of the Muslims in Indonesia and its relation to contemporary findings in the field of neuroscience that puts the brain as a spiritual tool. The answer to this question is expected to reveal the meaning of the term radical qalb: which one of brain and liver that is more rele-vant to be interpreted as qalb? Or maybe something else? Patterned library re-search, the approach used in this study is rationalistic abstractive, simple, and al-low rational meaning of the object of study. The grounds are concerned with as-pects of contemporary, thought patterns used are reflective contextual.The study shows that the Muslims who live and interact in Indonesian culture in Indonesia mistakenly understood the meaning of qalb, as Al-Ghazālī wrote 915 years ago. Qalb is meant in the ḥadīth Nu‘mān Ibn Bashīr nor liver (hepar) or brain (encephalon), but heart (cardiac). Anatomical aspects in this study conclude that human spirituality center is located in the heart (cardiac). Statement of Allah in Sūrah Al-Ḥajj verse 46 a signal about the position and the potential of the heart (cardiac) as a piece of meat called qalb which has the ability to understand, recog-nize, and feel the spiritual consciousness. This device functions as a locus of hu-man receive transcendental messages.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses mangupa dalam upacara adat pernikahansuku Batak Angkola, makna simbolik yang ada dalam upacara adat pernikahan suku Batak Angkola diKabupaten Padang Lawas, dan keselarasan antara pesan-pesan verbal yang ada dalam upacara adatmangupa dengan komunikasi islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa: (1) Mangupa bertujuan untuk memberikan upah-upah kepada kedua mempelai tentang hidupberkeluarga dan bermasyarakat. Dalam upacara adat mangupa disediakan Bahan-bahan yang digunakansebagai perangkat pangupa berasal dari hewan seperti: pira manuk na nihobolan, manuk (ayam), horbo(kerbau), udang, ikan mas. Bahan-bahan pangupa yang berasal dari tumbuhan digunakan pada tradisimangupa adat angkola seperti: bulung ujung (daun pisang), burangir sampe-sampe (daun sirih), indahan(nasi putih), ulos (kain adat/ kapas), anduri (tampi bambu), gambir, pining (pinang), amak lappisan (tikarpandan berlapis), dan bahan-bahan pangupa yang berasal dari alam seperti: air putih, dan garam (sira).Nilai-nilai pemaknaan simbolik, bahan pangupa memiliki makna penting sebagai simbol yang digunakanpada kehidupan. (2) Alur proses mangupa dalam upacara adat pernikahan suku Batak Angkola di KabupatenPadang Lawas dimulai dengan mandok hata dari: (a) Orang kaya (MC, pembukaan), (b) ibu mempelailaki-laki dan suhut sihabolonan, (c) ayah mempelai laki-laki dan kahanggi, (d) mora dongan, Pisangrahut, hatobangan, alim ulama, dan unsur pemerintahan, (e) harajaon. Kemudian dibalas oleh keduapengantin, yang berfungsi memberi jawaban atas kata-kata nasihat yang telah disampaikan oleh keduaorang tua dan tokoh-tokoh adat. (3) Pesan-pesan komunikasi verbal dalam upacara adat mangupa sesuaidengan Perspektif Komunikasi Islam berdasarkan 6 prinsip gaya bicara atau pembicaraan (qaulan)yaitu: Qaulan Ma’rufan, Qaulan Kariman, Qaulan Maysuran, Qaulan Balighan, Qaulan Layyinan, danQaulan Sadidan.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the prophetic values of communication in preaching in the new media era. Today there are problems in preaching where ethical violations are rampant in new media. Ironically, the existing regulations have not been able to reduce the ethical violations that have occurred so that wild opinions are formed in society. In addition, preaching that ignores ethics causes social segregation and divisions in society. This study uses the literature review method by examining the literature relating to the theme. The data in this article is collected by the author through observation on social media and then reduced by content analysis. The results show that ethical neglect still occurs and is characterized by several contemporary phenomena. To reduce this problem, the Qur'an describes six prophetic communication of the Apostles as a standard in preaching. These six ethics can then be used as a da'wah strategy so that people can accept normative messages and can improve social order

Abstract

Abstract: this study investigated the marketing communication strategy with a specific focus on private Islamic higher education. The research design adopted for the research was a qualitative method with a case study approach. The findings revealed that STAI Ahsanta apllied multi strategies in marketing their program, such as: digital marketing, convensional marketing, cost leadership and empower their staffs to involve in promoting the institution. Additionally, our findings suggested solutions to overcome the problems of marketing in disruptive era through maximizing multi strategies but they also should make a specific competitive program as an effort to reach students candidate in choosing the institution as a place to study. The study recommends that the administrators of institution make a comprehensive digital marketing to enable them an optimal selling. Keywords Private Islamic Higher Education, Education Marketing Strategy, Competitive higher education
