Abstract

The background of this study relates to the analysis of the quality of a hadith regarding the movement of sujud, specifically concerning the precedence of placing the hands before the knees, which is an important topic in the fiqh of prayer. This study aims to conduct both partial and simultaneous analyses of the hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah and authenticated by Imam Abu Dawud. The research method employed is documentation to collect data related to the hadith and the reliability of its narrators, along with content analysis to examine the data. The findings indicate that, in the partial analysis, this hadith is classified as sahih lidzatih, as all narrators are trustworthy (tsiqa), the chain of narration (sanad) is continuous (muttasil), and the text (matan) does not contain any irregularities (syaz) or defects ('illat). The simultaneous analysis reveals three supporting narrations (tabi'), yet the quality of the hadith remains sahih despite these supporting narrations not having an impact. The study also identifies two corroborating hadiths narrated by Ibn Umar and Barra’, further strengthening the authenticity of the hadith. The contribution of this research lies in providing empirical evidence regarding the quality and validity of the hadith related to the sujud movement in prayer.

Abstract

The law functions to regulate daily life and address crimes and deviations across various aspects of society. Crimes continue to occur in many countries, including Indonesia, and may happen either directly or through online platforms. In such cases, women are often the primary victims of violence, with one example being Online Gender-Based Violence (OGBV). OGBV may take the form of intimidation, sexual harassment, exploitation, and more. However, this issue is protected under existing laws, including the ITE Law. This study aims to investigate OGBV cases in Singgahan District. It employs qualitative research methods, including observation, interviews, and documentation, to describe and analyze the problem. The findings indicate that OGBV frequently occurs in Singgahan District due to factors such as social norms, access to increasingly advanced technology, lack of education about mental and emotional health, anonymity, inadequate law enforcement, stigma, and environmental influences. Efforts to address this issue include education, mentoring, law enforcement training, policymaking, collaboration with civil society, and family support. It is essential to remain vigilant and proactive in protecting ourselves wherever we are and to report any harmful incidents without hesitation

Abstract

This study aims to assess the level of pilgrim satisfaction with the Regular Hajj services in 2025 in Bojonegoro Regency. A survey method was employed, involving 235 regular Hajj pilgrims in 2025 as respondents. The findings indicate that the overall satisfaction level falls into the high category, with a percentage of 79.7% and an average score of 3.98 on a 5-point scale. The assessment covered ten service aspects: travel document processing, religious guidance, embarkation/debarkation, air transportation, ground transportation, accommodation, meals, Armuzna services, Hajj information systems, and leadership of the service officers. The highest satisfaction levels were found in the aspects of air transportation, embarkation/debarkation, and religious guidance. Conversely, the lowest satisfaction levels were recorded in the areas of Armuzna services, ground transportation, and meals. Theoretically, this study contributes to the literature on Hajj pilgrim satisfaction through a multidimensional service approach. Practically, these findings may serve as input for Hajj organizers in their efforts to improve service quality, particularly in aspects with low levels of satisfaction
