Abstract

Now the National Police no longer only handles crime, street crime, white collar crime, radicalism and drug problems, but also as the National Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling Covid-19, the National Police has a number of additional tasks, including accelerating vaccination for the community. In particular, the South Kalimantan Regional Police Biddokkes work unit has carried out vaccination efforts for the community in South Kalimantan Province, this has increased the workload for South Kalimantan Regional Police Biddokkes personnel with various main tasks that are inherent in the general Health Biddokkes function. This research is a descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach, aimed at finding out the description of the level of stress on the performance of the South Kalimantan Regional Police's Medical and Health Services personnel during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling with a sample size of 82 respondents.The research results showed that the highest percentage were personnel with moderate levels of stress, 48 ​​(58%), the lowest percentage with very severe levels of stress, 12 (15%), normal stress, 8 (10%), mild stress, 14 (17%), and severe stress. 12 (15%). It is recommended to the Head of Biddokkes to optimize counseling guidance so that the stress experienced by personnel can be controlled well, how to manage stress properly, assignments are not excessive, and the importance of motivation and support from the family

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of non-debt tax shield, growth, size, and asset structure on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable in coal sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The data used in this research is secondary data. The sample selection in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the existing criteria, a sample of 15 companies was obtained. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on data analysis of the four independent variables, only the non-debt tax shield variable and size have a significant effect on capital structure, and of the four independent variables only size has a significant effect on firm value. The independent variable is able to moderate the non-debt tax shield, growth, and size capital structure variables, while the asset structure variable is not able to moderate the capital structure to firm value

Abstract

This research aims to identify characteristics and consumer behavior related to fresh oyster mushrooms at Semampir Market, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Conducted from June to August 2021, the study employs the Fishbein Analysis Model to analyze consumer attitudes based on beliefs about fresh oyster mushrooms. Semampir Market was chosen due to its status as a prominent hub for fresh oyster mushroom sales, attracting consumers in Kabupaten Probolinggo. Findings reveal that 92% of consumers are female, with the majority falling within the 35-44 age range. Educationally, most consumers have completed high school, though some are still students, indicating potential for educational enhancement. Consumer income analysis indicates that 50% fall within the 1.5 million – 3 million range, and 22% earn between 3 million – 5 million. Despite diverse income levels, consumers exhibit positive attitudes toward purchasing fresh oyster mushrooms at Semampir Market, with an overall score of 4.104, indicating a "good scale" perception. Furthermore, consumer behavior in buying fresh oyster mushrooms at Semampir Market is positive, scoring 279.06, demonstrating good consumer buying behavior. In summary, this research sheds light on the characteristics and positive consumer attitudes and behaviors towards fresh oyster mushrooms in Semampir Market, Kabupaten Probolinggo

Abstract

Financial reports can be a reference for knowing the company's financial performance in one period. Regular presentation of financial reports can show how the business conditions are developing. And business owners can evaluate company performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the preparation of MSME financial reports, whether SAK EMKM is implemented, and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of recording financial reports on Edo Cellular. The research method used is a descriptive method, namely analyzing financial reports prepared by Edo Cellular. The results of the research show that in preparing its financial reports, Edo Cellular does not use an accounting application so reports on cash receipts and disbursements are prepared manually and the implementation of SAK EMKM on Edo Cellular has not been implemented in preparing its financial reports, considering that there is no competent workforce and the absence of the government's role. which collaborates with MSME players to provide knowledge and apply applicable accounting standards.

Abstract

This study aims to interpret and reflect on the meaning of the art and culture gandrung dance of Banyuwangi that we often encounter in the event Banyuwangi Festival every year in Banyuwangi. Gandrung dance is one of  original culture from     Blambangan, during an appearance gandrung dance presented in the form of song and dance to the accompaniment of music typical of the Java-Bali. As part of a community that community would be haven for this Gandrung dance community requires knowledge and accounting reports for next activity. This study is a qualitative study using ethnographic studies. Data obtained from informants who are the indigenous Banyuwangi society, through in depth interviews, documentation and direct observation. Based on the survey results revealed that purport accounting practices obtained by the informant showed that Banyuwangi society particularly those members of the community or community gandrung dance  attend  gandrung sewu this is a form of love in preserving cultural values ​​in Banyuwangi. Results obtained if a participant in the event merely as a means of preserving and ensuring the sustainability of a community or a community gandrung dance. Results reconstruction accounting concepts gandrung sewu in Banyuwangi society shows that gandrung Sewu is a form of accountability to the community or the community still preserve the culture and also a pride for the people of Banyuwangi particularly those participating in the event gandrung Sewu

Abstract

Kesiapan kerja lulusan SMK merupakan salah satu tujuan dari keberhasilan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi kesiapan kerja siswa lulusan SMK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah systematic literarature review. Hasil analisis yaitu kesiapan kerja siswa terdiri dari bimbingan karir, dukungan orang tua, motivasi, minat, dan keterampilan sebagai komponen penting dari novelty yang ditemukan. Masing-masing komponen memiliki kode-kode sesuai dengan pemaknaannya. Rekomendasi penelitian ini untuk seluruh pendidikan vokasi untuk dapat meningkatkan dan mengembangkan diri melalui kesiapan kerja lulusan SMK.

Abstract

Program pembiayaan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) merupakan sebuah inisiatif pemerintah untuk mendukung sektor produktif dengan memberikan akses pembiayaan kepada pelaku usaha, terutama di sektor mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Program ini memfasilitasi para pelaku UMKM agar dapat memperoleh pembiayaan melalui jalur KUR sebagai upaya mengembangkan sektor mikro, kecil, dan menengah di Indonesia sehingga perekonomian di Indonesia lebih meningkat lagi. Bank Syariah Indonesia merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan yang diberi kepercayaan oleh pemerintah untuk menyalurkan program KUR kepada para pelaku UMKM. Terdapat tiga macam Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) yang ada di BSI, yakni KUR Super Mikro, KUR Mikro dan KUR Kecil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alur pembiayaan KUR di BSI KCP Banyuwangi S Parman sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan ketentuan yang berlaku, meliputi tahap permohonan, tahap input data, tahap pemutusan, dan tahap akad. Segmentasi usaha mikro yang banyak dibiayai oleh BSI KCP Banyuwangi S Parman adalah trading atau perdagangan dan jasa.

Abstract

Implementasi sistem digital Brimen merupakan langkah penting bagi Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) dalam menghadirkan layanan perbankan yang lebih efisien dan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses dan prosedur pengarsipan dan penginputan Brimen dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan arsip BRIMEN (BRI Document Management System) di BRI Unit Wirolegi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis pada BRI Unit Wirolegi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem digital Brimen telah meningkatkan efisiensi operasional unit, mempercepat proses transaksi, dan meningkatkan perlindungan data nasabah sehingga menunjang kepercayaan pada BRI Unit Wirolegi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial self efficacy, pengendalian internal, sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap tindak kecurangan karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Persero. Data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Sedangkan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data subyek yang berupa respon tertulis yang diberikan kepada subyek penelitian (responden) sebagai tanggapan atas pernyataan tertulis (kuesioner) yang diajukan oleh peneliti. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan metode analisis jalur dengan bantuan alat analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Financial Self Efficacy berpengaruh terhadap tindak kecurangan karyawan. Sistem informasi akuntasi dan Pengendalian internal tidak berpengaruh terhadap tindak kecurangan karyawan. Dan ketiga variabel berpengaruh serentak terhadap tindak kecurangan
